The rooms were large and well appointed and modern. The restaurant meals I had (dinner and breakfast) were really good.

Construction going on next door but really only a minor inconvenience. Location not great without a vehicle.

Very inflexible cafe/restaurant menu! We could not even order or buy a plain meal for an Autistic teenager😔Not beef sausages, plain toasted ham sandwich or even a plain pan fried chicken breast? 😔Very sad that chefs in a hotel kitchen that size cannot even have on hand the odd pack of beef sausages in the freezer or even plain ham & bread for a toasted sandwich for a special needs child? I hope they may think of this need in future. We could not even order any of these items, 4 hours prior to need & we were happy to pay for ‘in-room dining service’ Very disappointing😔

The Aloft is always amazing, friendly helpful staff. Nice large rooms. Would choose a stay here over 5* hotels in Perth

The fridge in room wasn’t cold enough on arrival, took whole day and night to chill drinks, needs to be a bit bigger as you are not able to put drinks and snacks in there, no room…

The room service wanting to charge $15 to bring some cutlery to the room. We ordered Uber Eats because we didn’t want pizza off the menu but we couldn’t eat it because of the lack of cutlery in the room

The room was stunning and very comfortable.

No room service at lunch, I've never stayed at a hotel where I couldn't get some room service. Couldn't even get a drink. Given the lack of room service, having no mini bar is very disappointing. very slow check in process.
