Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Freshly squeezed orange juice too.

The noise level at night. I didn't realize just how close we are to the clubs.

wifi didn't work half of the time so when trying to watch netflix it would just turn off and then we were struggling for like 30min to watch again very frustating when your trying to relax, our fridge was broken for like 4 days, we called 4 times about it (every day) but only on they 4 the send someone :(, there was allot of noise because od construction next to us so some earplugs would have been nice and there was allot of light in the room when trying to sleep.

We left after the first night. It’s sitting in a shopping center and ontop of a nightclub. Unless your a 18-24 year old and love clubbing and being kept up until 3am by loud music. Do not stay here.

The location is very lively, close by restaurants, bars, shops, buses. the hop on bus stops 3mins from the hotel area/mall. The breakfast is good enough to satisfy your needs, not exactly gourmet but quite varied. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I liked also the attention to environment, they have water refill devices so you never run out of still water.

If you want to be super close to Valletta, it is not here (~30mins by bus or 15mins with Bolt). Also, there is a lot of construction around, during the day (if you happen to be in the hotel), it could get noisy. It is not the hotel’s fault though.

The service was great! They were very friendly and helpful. I would book this hotel again and recommend it to everyone

The air conditioner made a lot of noise even though it was turned off. In addition, the walls were not very tight. We heard the music of the clubs

Amazing hotel in a great location. Close to alllll things - beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, excursion pickups, short ride to Sliema/Valletta, etc. Amazing breakfast buffet, def get this!! They also have an in-house rep that will book excursions for you, Karen, who is great. I highly recommend the Fernandes trip!! Rooftop pool views are also stunning!!

One set of elevators is out in the mall aisle, which is kind of odd. Not much else to say here!

It was awesome! We had 2 standard rooms on the 5th floor which were close to the restaurant and indoor pool across the courtyard. Breakfast was standard and good it had everything you need to start the day off right. Comfy beds and bedding, clean rooms and stacked with.coffee and water. Very kind staff and people. Taxi to airport was only €22 and hotel is located close to everything! You're in a mall so it's convenient for families. I really recommend it but I can't forget how awesome the upstairs heated pool was, lounging and drinks, and the sweet service of the staff at Be.Kini bar. We used the indoor pool too on a rainy day and it was perfect! So happy we booked here Thanks for showing my family a great time!

Only the view next door which is a construction site and the loud party noises at night but both are not under hotels control and don't bother much.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. While we had some issues at the beginning of our stay, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to make things right, and we ultimately had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly apologetic and worked quickly to resolve the issue, making me feel right at home. The standout feature of this hotel was the exceptional level of service I received from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was enjoyable as possible. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant (BE.Kini) which served up delicious meals. This hotel is all about customer lifetime value: Loredana, you are the best!

I wish I could think of something but we've really had a blast!

Second time staying at the be.hotel both times have been great, very clean, staff are helpful and friendly, room size is great value for money (suite).

No complaints really, st julians can be noisy but the rooms are soundproof enough to block most of the noise, no fault of the hotel just the nature of staying near paceville

The room was spacious, well equipped and clean, with a very nice sea view. I really liked the big and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the rooftop swimming pool !

We were located on the 10th floor and could still smell the restaurants downstairs. Can get quite noisy in the evening, mainly because of the hotel guests having parties on the balconies.
