The apartment was well appointed, clean and stocked with starter tea, coffee, condiments and milk. Very convenient to eating venues and shops. The view from the balcony was amazing to just sit, relax and enjoy a drink.

Nice clean apartment, proximity to the shops/restaurants was great, instructions were easy to follow when booking into the apartment, very clean facilities, lovely balcony to sit out & enjoy the view.
The smaller room was a good size but the room didn't have any drawers to put any clothes into. Maybe a couple of cubes in the closet would be great

the location is excellent with the beach a short stroll across the car park, cafes everywhere and Coles supermarket around the corner and the apartment has a great view. it is spacious enough, comfortable furniture, enjoyed the balcony and the key fob security system made me feel safe being solo initially.
management are quick to respond to texts. appreciated the tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, personal shampoo etc on arrival plus the bottle of wine, nice touch! most nights were quiet and the fan I had requested was waiting for me on arrival. instructions for how to access the apartment were very clear.
Booking.com do not provide all of the check-in information so it was initially very confusing, you have to contact management directly for this. Turned the oven on and waited 30 minutes but it did not heat up. I didn’t need the air conditioning as my stay was in April and evenings were cool but I tried it out when I saw the weather forecast for warmer weather approaching and it blew out hot air only when set at 23 degrees as per instructions. When choosing where to stay I had read the same feedback from a previous visitor and it did make me hesitate so I would not stay here during hot seasons. the coffee machine only worked properly on some days, on others it spat out a few blobs of coffee and then stopped. the windows do rattle very loudly when it’s windy, thankfully it was only windy on one night of my stay. my stay was not business or vacation, I was extremely busy meeting many people and so did not have the time (or inclination due to jet lag) to try to get some of these issues resolved) and this was a deeply emotional journey but perhaps had I contacted management they could have fixed the issues.

Has the best location right accross thw road from scarbourgh beach just a couple of min walk to pubs and restaurants with a amazing view of sunset from the balcony .
Would be more conveinent if 2 keys and swipe cards were provided especially been a family other than that , nothing .

Location is excellent
For the price we paid there were lots of little fixes that would have made it more value for money. Both toilets leaked, fly screens needed replacing, fan but no extension cord. Second bedroom would be better with 2 single beds for kids. Lounge was very old.

Everything was like wow, beautiful unit with unparalleled views of Scarborough Beach and Esplanade.
Close to pubs, restaurants and supermarket.
Secure parking for our bike.
Check in was a little confusing given unit is privately owned.

Location was fantastic. The room was nicely furnished. Beds comfy. Privacy. Spacious room
The receptionist at the foyer was not friendly. The room was extremely unclean, dirty, unhygienic even. The oven was thick with oil and food spilled. The microwave smelt. The entire apartment had never been dusted. The clothes dryer lint catcher was full of lint dust. The bath had a brown ring around the top and none of the tiles had been mopped, under the fridge and appliances was grime that had never been cleaned. The fridge wasn't wiped clean. We paid $250 a night for this room, inc in that was the cleaning fee of $100+, however im certain non one cleaned it prior to our arrival.
Cleanliness is the most determining factor when choosing accomodation. Im surprised no one has pulled this up before...

We loved our stay at the White Pearl Penthouse. Spectacular views of the beach and only metres away from the water. Great summer holiday apartment. Prompt communication from host. Well thought out design with a functional kitchen plus laundry and comfortable living areas that were clean. So easy to walk everywhere to local restaurants and shops with our car staying put in the handy undercover secure car parking bay.
Only one set of access keys with fob.
