We found the house very clean and organized. The only reason that I don’t give 5 is because all mattresses were very uncomfortable and there were not enough pillows.

We loved the location. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and nice. But the house was not properly cleaned. Lots of hair on the floors. And the plumbing in both bathrooms kept backing up. So we offer 2.5 stars.

Overall the place worked well and we enjoyed our stay. We had flight problems and didn’t get in until after midnight on our first day so I asked for an extension of 2 hours on our departing day because of our outgoing flight time and was denied. The rug in the hall and rooms looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. And there was some sort of yellow substance on the comforter in my room with the bathroom, that got on my clothing. The fan in this room made a loud clicking noise and I could not sleep with the irritating noise so I could not use it. Other than those minor things, we had what we needed and it was nice. A small drive from town but a beautiful view during the ride.

Beautiful home, high up in the mountains, with amazing views and perfectly furnished. Extremely clean and well equipped.

Great stay for a trip to Breckinridge. My family loved the place. It’s off the beaten path so it was quite and relaxing. We would definitely look to stay there again.

This rental was just as described. The location was 10 min. from the city center. We were comfortable and it was easy to get to. There was intense snow and the parking was plowed daily for easier access to our car.
Minor details but the property although was generally clean, was dusty and seemed like it hadn’t been occupied in a while. There was a musty smell, lack of basic cleaning supplies (we couldn’t keep up with kitchen after cooking, ) wiping counters and glass top stove was necessary but only water and dish soap were provided.
No instructions on turning on gas fireplace and minimal trash bags for garbage.
Overall, we did however feel comfortable and safe in this property.

This was a decent place and could be great if management company or owner would but in a small amount of effort. Everything generally worked bit door knows were loose, one door had loose hinges to the point of being uncloseable unless you lifted it back on place, kitchen cabinet doors had loose hinges, master bed had the radiator right behind the bed which heated the pillows or if you moved them made it feel like a volcano was behind your head. Master bed room ceiling fan made a constant clicking noise which made it almost unusable. When called by vacasa to check in they said they would send someone and they did but when maintenance called to do the work they said they would be there around 5 when I was there to show them the issues. Once 6 rolled around they hadn't shown up so I left and of course they called finally and had "fixed' the issues. Upon my return I found they only fixed about half what I told them, including fixing the door know on the door with the hinge issue but not fixing the hinge issue.
Kitchen was nice to cook in, most pans were nice but few were domed so didn't work well on glass cook top, ok for spices for cooking, though don't know if I've ever seen so many salt and pepper shakers. We counted about 15 of each so it looks like there is way more than there is. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion products are poor about what you would expect from a cheaper hotel. I'd bring your own from home along with toilet paper unless you like sandpaper TP.
Don't get me wrong most issues were just details, plenty of beds which were decent, nice blankets. The entryway was nice and well setup for skiers, would be nice if they had a few snowboard holders considering they have like 20 ish ski holders. Heater under bench for drying boots. Lots of games, books, few sleds, and a great view.
In the end the issues didn't make my vacation bad. I do feel bad for the owner as in my opinion the maintenance company is letting preventative maintenance go which will cause worse issues for the house.
If the price was right I would rent again as is. If they fixed the issues I would even pay a premium as the layout and views would make for an excellent vacation rental.

Overall a great experience with everything you need for a family vacation. Some minor wear and tear that will need a deep cleaning. (Carpet, throw pillows ripped, and some chipped paint on stair case.). We would stay here again.

Kitchen, bedrooms. and bathroom were fairly clean. Living area was awful with dirty sofa and cushions. Toiletries were cheap or from hotels. Carpet on the stairs was dirty with stains. TV (cable) did not work at all. There was a DVD player but 3-4 DVDs of cartoons/kids movies. Wonder why the property or Vacasa charge for cleaning/maintenance???

Comfy
The house was comfortable and more than spacious enough for our family of 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for the most part, so meal prep was easy. Be aware that if you are coming from sea level that the bedrooms are on the upper two floors, so be prepared to climb stairs.

Great Escape
My family and I had an amazing time together, and were able to use your home for all our needs. The washer/dryer helped me stay on top of the laundry duties, the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, and the multiple rooms allowed for the kids to spread out and have their own space. Thank you so much for a beautiful place for us to relax and create me that will last our lifetime!
