Perfect location and all you need. Place is great and made for a perfect Thanksgiving Day!!

Loved the design and outdoor space, and the location is perfect for exploring west of Sedona.

The cottage exuded comfness. Large and roomy, especially the shower stall. Kitchen well stocked (but don't forget your measuring tools). Lovely leisure couch.
Nice area, quiet neighborhood, away from the hubbub, mostly. But look at those cliffs!

What a treat was for my wife and I to spend four days in Sedona celebrating our anniversary. The casita was perfect for us. It looked like to us that there were some recent updates to the space. The bathroom/shower were very nice, and the kitchen was great for meal prep. There are two nice outdoor areas: a covered patio and a secluded sitting area. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything situated in a quiet residential area. We were very glad we weren't near the touristy uptown area. We were within walking distance of the Tlaquepaque shopping area where there are not only interesting shops but good restaurants as well. The hiking opportunities in Sedona are amazing. Visit the visitor's center to get good hiking suggestions. It was a challenge to find the place as it is a bit hidden, and Google Maps seemed to be a confused. Overall, a great place for a couple to stay in Sedona. Thanks Marianne and Gary!

This rental was a perfect spot close to the main road in Sedona with all the amenities for a short weekend trip. The check in was easy, the bed and couch were comfortable. We loved the newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. We ate dinner one night on the cute patio. Thank you

Gary and Marianne’s cottage was terrific. Recently and beautifully renovated, with a great outdoor sitting area. The
bed was super comfy, the shower new and huge, and the appliances all brand new. The location was excellent. Walking distance to some trails and very close to town. Hosts very responsive.
The Wifi good, but not perfect. Overall, we would highly recommend you staying here.

Great location and rental as described. Great space for 2 people and bed was firm and comfortable! Internet was spotty and I had to work 1 day while there, but just turned on my hotspot. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, but road is dark without sidewalk ( Sedona is a designated dark sky community which is amazing)!

I was deeply appreciative of my stay at Dragonfly Casita. It was clean, I felt safe, it was close to all of my destinations. The owners were gracious to adjust my stay after an unexpected cancellation of my initial plans in Sedona. I would definitely plan to return with a return to Sedona!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience and a more cozy place right next to an amazing trail that takes you to one of the most beautiful vista of Sedona! AMAZING!

The accommodations were well suited for my needs, working a week in the area. I missed have a microwave a bit, however was able to utilize the toaster oven. The kitchen sink disposal was not working and drain slow. Not a terrible inconvenience for one, however may be more of a compromise if a couple was staying at this property. I was not able to locate a first aide kit, and the Wi-Fi login information posted did not pull up on my devices. I still rated 5 stars, because I was comfortable and felt safe in my surroundings. Both much appreciated when traveling alone.
If traveling by truck, mine a 3500 Dodge Dually, know that the drive is a tight fit ;)

This casita is located in a nice part of Sedona, private and quiet, close to shops, restaurants and trails. Unfortunately, there were a few reasons I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. Firstly, it does not have A/C, it has a swamp cooler, which essentially don’t work if the temperature is above 80. We stayed here in September and it was quite uncomfortable. In general the house just needs some upgrades for comfort and safety. We arrived after dark and it there was no outside lights, it was hard to find and not safe. On our last night we found a scorpion in the kitchen. It needs some new paint and the bathroom needs upgrading. Overall, it could be a nice place to stay if a little more care was put into it.

Very cute little place perfect for two people. We were very happy here, bed was extremely comfortable and the little patio outdoors is just amazing. We didn’t cook but we used the toaster oven a lot. We loved the full size refrigerator and I find cleaning up the few dishes we had to be quick and easy. I wouldn’t want a dishwasher for so few items, what a waste. All in all, a quaint romantic getaway.

We loved this casita. It was perfect for active days and relaxing evenings. Efficient and quiet. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch (chose to eat dinners out). It is comfy, and space is utilized extremely well. For example closet space and counter space. The kitchen has everything you may need. Lots of attention to details. Owners were very responsive and all the descriptions are as described.

My wife and I spent a week in Sedona and really enjoyed this rental. A very quite neighborhood that had access to a trailhead only a few minutes away. The kitchen and full size fridge were a huge plus as it kept us from having to dine out of every meal.

The "cabin" was great! Perfect space for 2 people. We did multiple hikes and shopping walking from the house (though didnt love the road with no sidewalk/curb), though it was fine during the day and is a pretty quiet road. Town was crowded so it was nice to be able to walk. It would have been nice to have a microwave for heating up leftovers. Otherwise, lovely week away!

Perfect location for hiking and mountain biking, easy to get to Uptown, West Sedona, Oak Creek. A block or so from Airport loop trailhead. Full, well-provisioned kitchen, comfy bed, well-stocked clean bathroom with soft towels, paved driveway/off-street parking right at the door, adorable outdoor space for hanging out and locking up bikes. Great natural light. Quiet neighborhood, felt private. We used the gas heater at night and it warmed the space up quickly. Perfect spot.

Very clean studio space with a comfortable bed. Located in an older neighborhood of Sedona where there are no views.
There is a small kitchen which worked for most cooking needs. Does not have a microwave or dishwasher. Would benefit from some interior decor updates. New nicely built pergola for sitting outside.

Nice & secluded. Outdoor space best feature. Older unit, heater very temperamental & if staying for very long it is small & there is no dishwasher or microwave.

We loved this property. The location was perfectly located between everything we did. The access to the trail is super convenient. The bed, amazing. The outdoor seating area, relaxing!

I loved this little casita! I was sad to leave. Marianne was quick to respond when I needed her too.

We had a comfortable stay at this rental. All amenities were available and the hostess gave us lots of information/ advice on local eateries.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dragonfly Casita. It is a nice unit, basically one open room with kitchen area, couch, and bed. There is also a nice covered outdoor patio area. The location is great, a two-minute walk to the Brewer Trail, a lovely trail that connects to the Airport Vortex and Loop. It is also a convenient drive to both West Sedona and the parkway to Village of Oak Creek.

Quiet and clean property. Although some shops and restaurants are within walking distance, there is no sidewalk or streetlights so we didn't think it would be safe to walk in the street. After our first night, we noticed the smoke detector was missing. I notified the host, but no action was taken by the host to address the issue during our stay (4 nights). The listing includes a smoke detector under the Safety heading, but there wasn't one so you should probably confirm with the host if that concerns you.

We loved the dragonfly casita. Great location near town and restaurants. Casita was very well laid out and very comfortable. Marianne was very responsive to our few questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Showed up to this cute little casita and was very happy with first impressions. There’s enough parking in front to where your vehicle isn’t close to the street. The street isn’t busy so it’s nice and quiet and peaceful. Has everything you could need and some extra in case you forgot something at home. I would absolutely stay here again and will be staying there for next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Dragonfly Casita. Great location, clean and cute casita had everything we needed. We would definitely return in our future travels to Sedona. Thanks for everything!!

Location was great. Furniture very dated and uncomfortable. Couch and chairs sink. Bed was very good. Satellite and WiFi were weak but probably typical if this location.
4.0
The place itself is very nice. The location is excellent. It is away from the actual crazy Sedona traffic but still close to virtually everything. If WiFi is important to you be aware that it is spotty at best. Fortunately my T-mobile 5G reception was excellent. For most of the time AC is likely not an issue but we did get a bit warm and the AC was either disconnected or not working as the thermostat did nothing to change the temp in the room. Perhaps it is turned off come October? It would also be nice to have access to the Washer/dryer. The alternative is a coin laundry about 10 minutes away. If laundry and WiFi are not issues for you I can highly recommend this listing.

Our rental was great! This was our first time ever renting from vrbo and it exceeded our expectations. The dragonfly casita was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Owners were easy enough to get ahold of & they were considerate.

The fully equipped adorable studio was perfect for us. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we went and did not have to stay in the middle of it all. We enjoyed the neighborhood and stargazing at night from the comfy outdoor seating area was great.

A perfect little place for two people and in the perfect location for hiking, 4x4, or shopping. Without question, we would stay again.

Thanks Marianne! The new outdoor patio furniture was a great place to have coffee as well as stargaze at night!
Thanks for the coffee filters and salt and pepper too!
A med sized pillow would make it perfect. They wer a tad too thick but looked great as deco on arrival.
I always enjoy my stay here. One friend with me for a conference and it was just enough space for two.
The hair dryer and flat iron were great! I also love the new shelves above the sink and toilet.
Thank you! Repeat customer x 3.
