Weekend fiorentino

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi da Ponte Vecchio. Host e collaboratori cordiali e disponibili. Parcheggio a soli due minuti a piedi dalla struttura, comodo e fornito bar all’interno del cortile.

All’appartamento deluxe mancano le tende alle finestre e necessita di piccole manutenzioni. WiFi non efficiente. Set cortesia essenziale.

Fabulous location, very clean apartment with everything you need.

Excellent location! The apartment was around a two minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. All of Florence’s famous sights were within easy reach. It was very compact but it had everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. We didn’t cook but the kitchen facilities were also very good. The air conditioning was excellent with three individual units in all rooms. This was turned on for our arrival which was much appreciated. The property manager was also very responsive when we got in contact.

It would have been good to have something to air dry your clothes on. There is a dryer but I prefer to air dry. Obviously this isn’t a huge priority when people go on holiday so it’s not a huge issue at all.

It was close to train & bus service. Lots of stairs to manage with heavy luggage.

Breakfast was fine....coffee, cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit.

It was difficult to get the Air Conditioner to work properly.

Exceptional

location is perfect within walking distance to to the whole city, the house was very clean. There was a washing machine with a dryer, all the house is Air conditioned even the living room. Alex was very co-oeprative and helpful. i would totally recommend the house for others and i would definitely book it again if i go back to florence

will not recommend it to anyone…….

not much …… location was fairly good but parking was extremely expensive as we had a hired car

the staff were not very helpful and the apartment was dirty and needed to be cleaned when we arrived

That my daughter was super happy being there and all the small artisan stores bars and café were delightfully nice .I will probably make it my pied a terre for eventual business trip to Florence

good location, staff are friendly.

The address is hard to find, even the taxi driver can't find it. Upon arriving at the apartment, the elevator/lift was just a decoration (staff said the elevator didn't stop on our floor, interesting). Imagine the website description says there is a lift and you still have to carry that 23kg luggage on and off. Although there is a kitchen, there are no cutlery. The water pressure in the shower is unbelievably low. Moreover, luggage cannot be stored after check-out at ten o'clock, which is very inconvenient for tourists. NOT recommended.

Very good

Good location, near to sites/supermarket/shopping, friendly and helpful staff (Alex), apartment had BOTH washer and dryer for clothes.

A bit smaller than expected, bathroom and kitchen a bit cramped, no proper oven (only microwave) or toaster, a bit short on kitchen/dining supplies.

Very poor

If you have a car finding the location and parking the car is a huge problem. Because it is located in a region with narrow streets. The trash box was full in the WC. Also the flat was dirty. The air condition was not warming even itself. It was really cold.

Great location, but not 1st choice.

Great Location!! Almost couldn't have booked a better location. You'll be in the middle of Ponte Vecchio in minutes! Located off a main side road's alley, in a secluded courtyard, whose restaurant neighbor share an idea of quiet and relaxed day. Very modern and young feeling apartment with trendy features and chill vibe. If you're brave enough to drive, a modestly price garage is down the block who'll which most importantly, will cover your ZTL requirements.

THE MOSQUITIOS!!! Dead/squished mosquitos on the walls and ceilings so we knew it wasn't just us. There are no screens on the beautiful, but huge sliding glass doors, so all bugs are drawn inside the apartment. The 1st night was pretty bad because we kept getting bit. We had to buy tiger mosquito repellant the next day. Broken light fixtures everywhere along with broken door panels held on with masking tape made this apartment feel cheap. The bathroom door doesn't have a handle so we would get stuck inside. Shower clogs up and causes you to stand in your own shower water. This apartment has extremally more potential than what is currently is if given attention to small details. Needs TLC and MOSQUITO control, but still a great location and apartment.

Confortable stay!

Very nice 2 bed 2 full bath apartment. Wonderful location, steps away from Ponte Vechio. and restaurants and shops. Close to everything.! Plus a really nice Caffe right at the entrance 😋 delicious Ruben sandwiches 😍 Alex was really nice, we didn’t have hot water and Alex responded right away and was there in minutes. Would stay here again.

A new coat of paint for the hallway would be great.

Excellent value and location

Superb location. All facilities were cleverly provided making good use of the space.

We were told that a maintenance issue would be dealt with at a particular time and to avoid the apartment, which we did. The maintenance did not take place during our stay. It didn’t affect our enjoyment but we would have liked access in the afternoons to have a siesta etc

Very good

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Steps from everything with a coffee shop at your door, pizza, pasta, groceries all within walking distance. Steps from the Ponte Vecchio, literally, and just minutes from the Duomo. We arrived on a Saturday late afternoon from Venice, as part of a larger itinerary. Had an evening stroll over the Ponte Vecchio, a fabulous late dinner at ZaZa Saturday evening, walked a while and then turned in for bed. We ventured out to Tuscany on Sunday morning for a full day excursion at several vineyards. After breakfast Monday morning at the coffee shop, a cab picked us up at the corner and we left for our train north to S. Margherita Ligure. We wish we had more time in Florence this time around, but we'll definitely return.

Pricey, but best location

The apartment is extremely close to the city center. No need for long walks until you can start the sight seeing. The Cafe in front of the apartment is the best one we found in Florence, and the gelateria around the corner is phenomenal as well!

Some of the appliances in the bathrooms are worn out and need to be fixed (toilet paper hangers, electricity outlets, drainages..). Given the weekly price of the apartment, this should be an easy fix. The water faucet of the small bathroom's sink ends where the sink ends. Washing your hands in the small bathroom is not possible without spilling water over the floor.

Pitti Apartment

The accommodation is very close to historic center of Florence. Everything is at hand (supermarket, bars, restaurants, museums). We could leave our stuff after check out.

Very noisy entrance door. You can hear every time somebody’s opening the door which is annoying in the middle of the night. The apartment was not properly cleaned.

Perfect location 100 mts from Ponte Vecchio

Location was perfect. The apartment was not huge but was well appointed with everything you need. Having a separate bedroom for the children was a great plus. Also, air conditioning in every room, which in summer is a life saver. Friendly and efficient host.

The only drawback of being so centrally located was that it could get a bit noisy at night. I had a bit of trouble sleeping the first night, but the rest of my family had no trouble at all. I guess it depends how sensitive to noise you are. In any case, earplugs were the solution and the second night I slept perfectly.

Fabulous location

This was a lovely apartment a few steps from the Pitti Palace and the Pont Vecchio. It overlooks a small courtyard, with an exceptional cafe.

There was a combi oven but try as we might, we could only work out how to use the microwave. Not a huge problem because there are some wonderful restaurants nearby.

Exceptional

1. Kevin and Alexandra were very helpful. They made our stay hassle free. Kevin responds to my text messages quickly and made me feel secure that he’s just a text away if and when I need to ask something. 2. The air conditioning system works perfectly well. My kids were very comfortable. Also, im very happy that there is a washer and dryer, very convenient. 3. The bed and pillows were very comfortable 4. Last but not the least, the Location

The hallway and staircase was not well lit. It was okay but it would have been better if it was well lit.
