Architecture - ancient renovated building.
Size - small number of rooms.
Staff - friendly and paying attention to details.
Quietness - absolutely quiet, didn't hear any noise from the outside.
Location - 10 min by foot to the train station and to the main monuments of the old city.
There were works in the street in front of the hotel (Jan 2024) making access a bit difficult.

The location was fantastic next to cafes and bars. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the markets and main shopping district and was quite close to the train station. Staff were excellent and room was very clean. Highly recommended!

A super luxurious and comfy room right in the heart of Florence. The staff were amazing and there is so much around the hotel including a really nice indoor food market. We especially enjoyed all of the nearby food options and amenities including the fact that we could walk to so many attractions.

My score would’ve been higher, not many things to complain about, only that the bathroom door in room 10 is completely wrong designed and my mom got stuck for 45 minutes in there until firefighters came to get her out.
On the other aspect a nice hotel close to the city centre and train station. Maybe 8-10 breakfast time is a bit of a stretch and they should have to option to do early breakfast if asked in advance.

Absolutely excellent experience - wonderful location and great, quiet, and cool room. Had some of the best sleep here that I've had in a while. The location is totally central to all major attractions and sights - we walked everywhere the entire trip.

Great location - walking distance to wherever we wanted to be.
We couldn't control the AC on the second room so it was a bit cold.

Staff were helpful about the parking situation in the limited vehicle area which was new to us
We like to sleep in a cool room but we were unable to control the heat and we’re unable to cool it below 22 degrees during a cold night

location, room was well thought out - cleaning stuff around the mini kitchen , plates and cutlery. Amazing super hot rain shower, buggy friendly.
nothing specific, there was a lot of construction happening in front of the hotel.

you can’t beat the location of this hotel. it’s very close to everything! and there is a fountain in front of the room, very soothing sound.
the HAVC is broken so no heater, the room is too dump overall.

Amazing “boutique” hotel experience, far exceeded our expectations! The room was immaculate, the access courtyard beautiful, and the location perfect!
Absolutely nothing!

limited reception hours took some getting used too

location was ok, next to the Mercato centrale and train station. not too far from the duomo.
the room smelled like sewer. very difficult to get the smell out of the room. could not sleep or feel comfortable with the continuous smell. Bathroom only had cold water and they did not fix it during the stay after repeatedly telling the front desk. air conditioner was very weak in the room. staff struggled to be authentic, not very genuine, did not even try to have a conversation or be helpful. atmosphere of hotel was depressing and awkward. location was close to station and duomo but there are better places to stay for the price and location. Breakfast could’ve been better, you have to preorder wether you want savory or sweet the day before and if you just show up, the next morning without telling them then there’s a bit of tension, which just not what you want to deal with when on vacation.

Attractive boutique hotel in a great location and close to the Mercato Centrale (gourmet food market), with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and rooms were nicely decorated, room cleaning service was provided every day, good quality breakfast with generous and excellent coffee/tea service.
The rooms had no wardrobes for clothing (there was only an open clothes rack with a few hangars), with no hooks for coats, no robes, and A/C never cooled the room down below 19.5 degrees. When we asked about robes, we were told "there were large towels in the room". The hotel is embedded in an apartment so opening the windows for fresh air only provided us with the smell of raw onions. The breakfast was good quality but more akin to airline service (we were given the option for savory or sweet, after which we were given pre-prepared plates).

Spacious, has a kitchen, maids did a great job!
The receptionists only working a certain hour. But they were helpful.

Initially, the room was nice. It's a fairly large room and it had its own outdoor sitting area (room #4). The hotel was located approximately a few blocks from the gallery. The staff were exceptional. It was about a 7-minute walk from Firenze train station (pulling carry-ons).
The room had a strong odor if the A/C is on (I'm not sure if it's the A/C or the dust. The ceilings are high). After hours, you need to push the door immediately after entering the code at the second door. Other that those two concerns, the stay was good.

The property was very nicely done and clean. The rooms were well decorated.
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
The studio room was smaller than we expected. It was however very comfortable and nicely done up.
It had everything you need in the kitchen.
One night it was pouring in Florence and some water seeped into our room through an open window, which was a bummer. However staff more than made up for it through their generosity.

Spacious rooms and nicely decorated. The property was centrally located, easy to access, and the staff were very courteous and helpful!
The A/C didn't work super well--it never cooled our room completely (maybe due to the fact that it was hidden behind a decorative mantel).
