Excellent Location lovely apartment in central Florence

Stayed here before was as lovely as I remembered it’s so central right next to the duomo.

Only downside is there’s no lift to 7flights of stairs

The apartment was spacious and suited our group of 6 very well. The location was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. So much to do within walking distance.

The many flights of stairs and no elevator. Also, the wall between the two bathrooms does not go all the way up-if you want privacy in the master bedroom, make sure you close the door to the attached bathroom.

Great location close to city center. Walkable to train station. Good size master bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

Pullout bed was not easy to open and not that comfortable. No small washcloths for washing body. Booking communications were in English but owner switched to Italian day of arrival forcing guest to use google translate to communicate about accessing the apartment. No dryer for washing machine. Walls need to be cleaned or painted. Very noisy area with outside noise during all hours of the night.

We would be happy to return to this apartment and will recommend it to family and friends.

We were very pleased with the flat which was adequately equipped and in an excellent location.

The staircase is dark, and very poorly lit at night. We were there for 4 nights, and the rubbish facilities were rather inadequate, e.g. no waste paper bins/baskets in the bedrooms.

spacious and close to attractions.

double story apartment that had spacious rooms. very near to all the attractions as well. good value. host was very responsive to any issues we had as well.

the floors were very dusty, but a quick mop cleaned it up.

The host was friendly and accommodating. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Florence was nothing short of amazing. The food, the sites, everything, and this place puts you in the center of it all!

Super central location, lots of space, updated interior in historic building. Lots of stairs!

The apartment is gorgeous and super spacious. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The bathrooms are updated and beautiful. The location is within walking distance of everything.

We thought there would be a terrace and there wasn't so that was a bummer. The steps up to the apartment are killer with luggage but that's to be expected in an old building, the location made up for it (but be prepared for a workout - it's the top floor of the building). It was difficult to meet the manager and get the keys, we waited for a while.

Perfect 3 day stay with the family in a heart of Florence.

The location, the building and the apartment were great! 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, fresh bedding. Everything was fantastic.

nothing...except stairs in the building and in the appartment but only if you are an older traveller - we were OK with that :) just for the info

Wonderful

Everything was fabulous and we are happy we picked this place for our trip to Firenze!! Marco was kind and helpful. The communication beforehand was quick and understanding. Comfortable, Clean, convenient, perfect! There was noise from the streets alte at night but you’d expect that from being in the city center but it didn’t keep us from sleeping. Lots of stairs for someone physically challenged, but we don’t mind stairs at all.

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of a beautiful city

Beautiful apartment, right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent you are no more that a 10 minute walk to most of the main sights. The apartment is beautifully decorated with 2 good size bedrooms and 1 single size bedroom, there is also a futon in the living room so plenty of space for everyone. 3 excellent bathrooms with all the facilities you need. There also a washing machine and ironing facilities in the apartment, important for those of us that don't like wrinkled clothes!!! We were greeted by the owner Marco with a bottle of wine and lots of information about the city. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

It's up 4 flights of stairs!!!! But well worth the climb

Exceptional

I’m constantly traveling and I can’t remember staying in an apartment like this before. Everything was perfect, from host communication and kindness, to apartment’s location, decoration, furniture, functionality and comfort. I definitely recommend it for a family or group stay.
