Soggiorno Ottimale a due passi Dal Duomo! 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto per una notte, letto confortevole, camere calde, pulizia super ok. Il B&B è situato a 200mt dal duomo. Personale cordiale.

L'assenza di personale anche per chiedere una qualsiasi informazione. Mancanza del bidet..

Struttura consigliata per la posizione, servizi e comodità

mi sono piaciuti: - la posizione: a 200 mt dal duomo -la pulizia: cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani - i servizi: colazione molto buona al bar accanto con una brioche, caffè e spremuta. Inoltre è incluso anche il servizio dove riporre i bagagli dopo il check out. é un locale vicinissimo all'appartamento - la comodità del letto. - caffè e the a disposizione per gli ospiti - struttura sicura e moderna e calda.

Ho trovato una pecca ovvero sono assenti degli appendini per appendere le asciugamani in bagno. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera con quattro posti letti ( un letto matrimoniale e due singoli sul soppalco) e non c'era nessun appiglio dove riporre le asciugamani una volta terminata la doccia. Inoltre dalla camera si sentivano i rumori della strada. Per chi ha un sonno leggero, può essere un problema.

I would recommend this place for accessibility.

Booking a room usually starts & ends in communication especially for tourists that are unfamiliar with the place & how things work plus the added language barrier, they have eased our anxiety by promptly answering our questions. The room is safe & secured, there's a key to the front door, then you go up the wide concrete stairs into the main floor, then you have an option to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor or take the elevator which can accommodate 2 people, you have to manually open the elevator door. Then you proceed to another door, use another key to get into the reception. Another key to get into your room. We had a queen bed & another bed in the loft. It's a short walking distance from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Also a short walking distance to all the attractions. It's quiet during the night despite having restaurants around the area. They also provide a coffee maker, coffee, sugar & creamer. Can't remember if there was a small fridge (sorry). Towels & toiletries also provided.

The keys system is somewhat outdated. The front entrance is understandable that they are not able to change it but they can improve using a keyless entry in the 2nd door & the actual room itself, cause tourist could potentially loose keys & it would be a problem.

Tolle Lage, aber nicht wirklich ein B&B

Die Lage ist großartig. Und anders als anderen Kommentaren zu entnehmen ist, empfanden wir das Frühstück in einer Bar an der Ecke zu bekommen eher typisch italienisch und es hat uns gut gefallen. Zumal die Mitarbeiter dort sehr freundlich waren.

Leider hat es mit der Schlüsselübergabe überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Im Vorfeld wurde von uns mitgeteilt, dass wir zwischen 17:30 und 18:00 ankommen. Um 17:35 waren wir da, aber keiner hat auf uns gewartet. Telefonisch erreichbar war auch niemand. Um 18:05 ist ein Mitarbeiter gekommen. Hier wird augenscheinlich davon ausgegangen, dass die Kunden auf Mitarbeiter warten müssen und nicht anders herum. Im Ganzen ist, anders als die Bilder vermuten lassen, das ganze eher ein AirBnb als ein wirkliches B&B. Zimmer sind ok. Großes Bad, allerdings mit wenig Ablage. Die Überdecken auf dem Bett waren ziemlich fleckig, der Rest schien aber sehr sauber zu sein.

great location. nespresso like coffee maker in room as well as mini fridge.

air conditioning did not work very well so room was warm, extremely small shower in the bathroom. the offer for breakfast is a crossiant with oj and coffee at a bakery so basically a joke.

Good

The location is great. The property had spacious sleeping space and a great coffee. The staff provided us with anti-mosquitos spray quickly.

The bathroom was too small and the check in was not well organised.

Great facility except for the last day with the rude cleaner lady.

Great location, spacious, good and clean facility, Ibrahim was helpful with check in, direction and taxi as needed.

However I was quite shocked at the extremely rude disposition of the cleaner an older woman who came in on the last day. I woke up sick on my last day as such my check was a bit late. she was literally yelling at me like a child. I was almost forced to think it was because I was black but I chose not to accommodate such thought. I had never experienced such in my entire life, it was actually sickening. it will be great to have a microwave in the room too!

Room itself was good, but lots of frustration with no one on site.

Location was great

Be warned. No one on premises. Left standing outside futilely ringing doorbell. Need to phone to get someone to come. Breakfast consisted of a voucher for cafe across the street. No flexibility when we requested to leave our case until approx 12 noon after vacating the room.

great location, but I don’t think it worth the money

location is very good very close to city center

heat in bathroom didn’t work and we didn’t adequate respond from the stuff. too many keys (4 different keys to enter the room). they cancelled our breakfast for the second morning only after we arrived and we got refund for 5 € each.

Good

Super convenient location. A 3 min walk to the cathedral and 5min walk to the piazza del repubblica. 8mins away from the train station. There was an elevator so we didn't have to carry out luggages up.

There was a delay during the check-in as the reception was not accessible. Had to call a few of the given contact numbers before someone picked up. Because its so near to the main attractions, there was a lot of noise from the main street.

Good location

great location, the building is really cool, staff were quite friendly, breakfast provided was really cool

little things - like the pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was placed between 2 sheets and didn’t have a proper cover. it’s surprisingly uncomfortable. I wouldn’t have minded that much but on the last morning I noticed stains on the blanket which made it worse in retrospect. there were stains on the drapes and chair as well as I said, it’s small things but for the price I’d expect them to be fixed.
