This location just really couldn't be better. It is within walking distance of the train station and all major museums and historical sites.
Hmm . . . Didn't really get to interact with any of the people there.

We stayed here for 6 days and were very happy about our choice. It is very well located in the heart of Florence, the room is spacious and decorated with romantic furnitures, and the owner Anna and the staff Margarita were very helpful! It was very cozy and we enjoyed the kitchen / salon space too. Highly recommended!
It was noisy for some nights when there were parties in the square or the roof top nearby, but was manageable and we could sleep.

The location is amazing! The bedroom looks nice and the staff is very friendly.
The shower drain was a bit clogged, it did drain, but very slowly.

The staff are lovely and happily show you around as well as giving you a little map of the area and the best local eateries to avoid tourist traps - you couldn’t ask for a warmer reception upon arrival. The location is fabulous. The building is very cute.
For the facilities available and the bed quality I think it’s a little overpriced… shower doesn’t drain properly, toilet flushes for hours and the pillows need replacing, but the room was spotlessly clean. Also the shared kitchen isn’t really a kitchen - more a place to make tea/coffee.

This is a gorgeous bnb located at he very heart of Florence, everything is walking distance away. Staff greeted us upon our arrival and was super kind and attentive. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen, even though there's no breakfast, we were able to make ourselves some coffee or tea when we wanted. Enjoyed our stay here very much.

We loved the location of the property as well as the property itself. It was relaxing and comfortable. The room felt clean and was a perfect place to return to after a long day exploring Florence.
Nothing.

Location was central and the room was comfortable.
One side of the shower door was damaged and swinging from the hinges. That felt really dangerous as the glass might shatter and hurt us if it falls off.

Good location. Big and silent rooms, comfortable bed. Nice and equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. Anna was a very kind host. Recommended!
The shower moved around. I was unable to keep it fixed.

Location was amazing - the centre of everything. Staff were lovely.
Very noisy because it is right at the market. Didn't really bother us too much because we had earplugs at night but might be bad for others

Location was perfect for a brief stay—we were able to easily walk to all the major central attractions and museums. The woman who checked us in (we didn’t happen to meet the two sisters who own the place) was so incredibly kind and provided us with a hand-annotated map of the area. The room was much cuter and larger than it had appeared in pictures, which was great. The dining room area was very cute and convenient. There was no breakfast, but honestly I prefer that since I’d rather try out local cafes instead. We did not choose to upgrade to a room with a view, but we didn’t feel like we were missing out at all because our window was overlooking a cute cobblestone alley. Overall, really magical place, I was sorry to leave!
Very minor nitpick but might pose issues for people with mobility issues: in our room (“Leonardo”) the placement of the toilet was a bit funny, with a wall very close to the knees. Not an issue for us but since we’re on the talk side (5’10” and up) we kinda had to sit sideways.

Francesca was a lovely host who made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Upon check-in, she took the time to show me around my room and also provided me a map with hand-written notes highlighting some of the main attractions, food recommendations, and nearby grocery stores. She even helped me to print a ticket for an attraction free of charge.
The room was clean and very spacious for a single guest. The bed was comfortable, heating was good, and Wifi connection was strong. It is also on a safe street (slightly away from the hustle and bustle) and in a secure building, which allowed me to feel perfectly safe as a solo traveller. The bars downstairs can be noisy at times but the room comes with double layered windows so the noise was kept to a minimal.
The location is excellent! It is about a 15 minute walk away from the main train station (Florence Santa Maria Novella) and is also within 5 - 15 minutes walking distance to many of the main attractions (Uffizi Gallery, Academia Gallery, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio, Mercato del Porcellino). There are also many good and affordable food options nearby (I would recommend: Trippaio del Porcellino, Dal Vinaio Panini, Cacio e pepe) - the bars downstairs are pretty good too.
Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence. Highly recommended!

The guest house is beautiful and really feels like you're staying in an Italian home. The reception was super kind and welcoming. The hosts provided us with a map with recommendations for sights, food, and shopping. The room and bathroom was spacious for two people. It had a sense of home that we enjoyed during our 4 day stay in Florence. There's also a breakfast area with coffee that we used daily. It was a great way to get our coffee in if we were busy or needed a mid day pick me up. The location is convenient and is close to all of the areas we wanted to see. We were able to come back during the day to rest, which was a huge perk.
The area can be noisy at night, which is to be expected since it's in a central location. The AC was weak, so we had to turn the temperature down a lot to cool down the room.

Perfectly located for a first visit to Florence, as we were a very short walk away from Uffizi, Accademia, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and all of the other must-see spots. We didn’t take the bus/taxi etc. anywhere. The best part though, was the space itself! Beautifully styled and decorated to take you back into the past, with lovely traditional furnishings and little nooks for your morning espresso or curling up with a book. Anna, our host, was exceptionally well-prepared and helpful in guiding us. Don’t forget to ask her about sandwich recommendations, she’s super enthusiastic about making sure you know where to eat well! My husband and I have made a pact to come back and stay here again the next time we’re in Florence.

The location was perfect! About a 10 min walk to Santa Maria Novella station, and minutes away from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signora. Anna was absolutely amazing! We were repeatedly delayed, and rerouted, due to a train strike. Anna stayed in touch and guided us along the way. She provided a highlighted map with all the major attractions as well as wonderful dining options. I only wish we had had more time to try them all.
She was very accommodating with storing our luggage after check out. This allowed us to make up for lost time, and visit the Uffizi, and tour the city, unencumbered. There was a common room with tea and a variety of coffee options . Our room was spacious, especially for these older buildings. I would definitely stay here, again .
The lay out from the office, the common room , and the guest rooms were on multiple levels. I made sure I remembered the well labeled name plates on the doors( all artists) to avoid confusion.

The location nice and very inviting, the service was excellent. Francesca welcomed us with a map of the surrounding city with many little suggestions of where to go.
An in house breakfast would be the cherry on the cake, although there are several options close by.

you cannot get a better location in Florence
there is nothing I did not like; unfortunately, due to covid, they suspended full breakfast service. I look forward coming back when that will be restored. There is the possibility of making coffee and tea, however.
