Perfect for a few days

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and the rooms were great.

The bathtub... I'm only 5'8, and I could barely squeeze into this bathtub it was uncomfortable. Felt like a straight jacket. The caulking was coming out of the walls. The breakfast was pretty in pictures, but in actuality, it was tasteless. The eggs were watery, the bacon was not bacon, and the coffee was un-drinkable. It really was one of the reasons I picked this spot, my wife likes her American Breakfast...I should have known better😒 Maybe they should just stick to Italian breakfast rather than trying to accommodate American breakfast that's just not edible. At least they had a few pastries, missing the graffas, were perfect. 🥰

Amazing

The property was wonderful. The hotel was in a centralized location which was quick and easy to walk to and from the train station with luggage as well as it made it easy to venture around Florence

Room was good except shower and location was undesirable. Woul don’t stay in this area again.Also, breakfast mediocre a

the room and. bathroom were large but shower was not appropriate and tub drained so slow there was standing water while taking shower. James at front desk was excellent and always helpful and polite! Night Paolo was also good and kind.

the location was poor and didn’t feel safe and the street had very unpleasant smell constantly.

Superb

The breakfast was excellent and all-included. The room had everything that we needed and was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and gave helpful information about the city.

The bed felt quite hard - a softer mattress would probably be more comfortable.

Perfect!

Great location, walking distance between the train station and the Duomo. Beautiful hotel on a quiet street and a lovely breakfast included. Large room, bathroom, and very nice staff.

We were on the first floor. Could hear loud footsteps from the room above us. Not the hotel's fault though.

Wonderful stay at a hotel that was comfortable, welcoming and charming.

Location was incredible - able to walk everywhere very easily. Loved the breakfast - so much choice, fresh and tasty. Above all, the staff were brilliant - so friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.

breakfast was amazing ,room was comfortable, clean with lovely toiletries, slippers and tub!

our room faced a closed off courtyard facing another room.ac was inoperable the got too hot. windows open allowed gnats or mosquitos

unique hotel. clean. great location for walking and enjoying Florence. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is super good. Staff very helpful , upon check-in our room was already ready around 12 . Room was cosy , spacious bathroom.

Breakfast was a bit poor , not a varieties of local products.
