Villa Park Lane is a comfortable and convenient four bedroom, four bathroom privately owned pool home located inside the world famous 5 star Windsor Hills Resort. The tastefully decorated villa has four bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom. Accommodations include one king sized master, one queen sized master, one Mickey Mouse themed bedroom with two twin beds and one Toy Story themed bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television with DVD player and cable television. The villa also provides a portable pack and play crib, high chair and strollers for infants and toddlers. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and has been equipped with all the conveniences for easy meal preparation for those who choose to cook rather than visit the many restaurants located just minutes away. The villa offers a dining nook, a breakfast bar with large, comfortable high back stools as well as a formal dining area. After a busy day of activities, your family will enjoy the private, fully screened lanai. Cool off in the crystal clear in-ground heated swimming pool or relax in the raised waterfall whirlpool spa. Great space, very clean ( only complaint was the VERY scented cleaner used was too much for me as i’m sensitive to strong smells-took 24 hrs to settle) Bedrooms were perfect we only used 3 for our family. Game space was a nice hang out spot. Pool was nice spa was great it heated quick and felt great after a day at Disney! Traffic is busy but commute to parks wasn’t long even with traffic. Would definately stay here again!

The Villa exceeded our expectations! The owners thought of everything from toys to themed bedrooms to toothbrush holders. We forgot my daughter’s life vest and thankfully there were some at the house for her to use. My kiddos loved the toy room and the pool. It was so close to Disney, we really enjoyed our stay!

This holiday was booked to go in august 2020 but due to covid was delayed. Communication with Rick was second to none through Covid and even up to arriving and whilst there. Villa was amazing space wise for our 2 families with great facilities and location was perfect. The most amazing holiday and we will definitely be back

Nice place, great area with lots of restaurants and just a short distance from the Disney Parks. One minor drawback is traffic around the house is very heavy especially returning in the evening. Otherwise, no negatives.

Fabulous 5 days at the Villa. Rick is very responsive and gave perfect instructions on getting there and into the Villa.
The bedrooms are all lovely and the kids loved the 2 themed rooms, not to mention the brilliant play room.
Rick has thought of everything.
Pool was perfect and required no heating in July. We opted to heat the spa which was lovely to sit in at night.
We really enjoyed our stay and was only 15 mins to get to Disney.
Made it back from Hollywood studios at closing time in 16 mins!
I would highly recommend a stay at Villa park lane.

Close to Disney which was great. The pool is nice, and convenient. The club house staff were very friendly and helpful. This fit our needs, and we were very comfortable. Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend.

Close proximity to Disney. Enjoyed relaxing in Pool and hot tub! House as advertised. Teens and adults enjoyed game room which is stocked for entertainment for any age. Rick checked in to make sure we were having a great stay.

We were going to Disney but didn’t want to stay on property. Found this gem just 2ish miles away. Super nice neighborhood and clean, updated home. The house had all we needed: a pool, hot tub, game room, toys for our 8 year old and plenty of room. Owner was easily available when we decided last minute we wanted to add the amenity of heating the hot tub. We were able to Uber to the parks for a cheap cost and save on parking and the crowd. Would recommend this property for any family, especially one going to any nearby attractions.

We loved our stay here! It was bigger and better than the photos give it credit for! the owner was easy to reach and very quick to respond. I traveled with 4adults and 4 kids ages between 2 and 8. The pool alarm and safety fence gave me the peace of mind I needed having young ones around. This place had plenty of seating for eating or lounging around. The Amenities of the neighborhood were amazing and easy to get to(2 playgrounds, water slides, splash pad, pool, theatre, arcade area, gym etc. Disney world is so close. Magic kingdom’s parking was a quick 10 minute easy drive. Wal mart is right down the street and has grocery, Disney souvenirs etc. there are also a bunch of restaurants nearby to go out to! Love this place and the location. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful holiday - the owners of the property thought of everything - everything prior to arrival was extremely clear making getting into the property very simple and arriving fully prepared after a long flight. Beds were extremely comfortable and space was plentiful. 10/10 hope to be back and absolutely recommend.

Loved our stay at this location. There is very little storage/counter space in the bathrooms. Things like blow dryer, make up bag, things for your kids. Not much room to have everything you need in the bathroom to get ready. Also not much room for towel storage. My only suggestion would be hooks on the backs of bathroom doors, maybe some extra shelving units in the bathrooms, also something to put soaps on in the shower so you don't have to have everything on the shower floors. Nothing a deal breaker, just things that would be helpful as a guest. Would absolutely stay at this property again it was perfect! The hot tub was amazing after long, hot days at the Disney parks. Paying the extra fee for the heated pool and hot tub, totally worth it!!! Our kids loved the swimming! We had such a wonderful experience overall at this property and a bathroom in every room was so nice! Thank you for an amazing stay.

This is a great home for families visiting Disney World. The parks are around a 15 minute drive. The gated neighborhood has a couple playgrounds. The home itself was immaculately clean and well supplied. The pool and hot tub were in good condition and a good size for families.

We had a great time on our Disney trip! House is about 15-20 min away from the Disney parks/ Disney springs. There is a super Walmart conveniently located less than a mile away. The community pool and water park were nice, pool at the house was nice as well but we decided not to heat the pool for an additional charge so did not use it much. Our trip was unfortunately interrupted by hurricane Nicole. Overall we had a good time, we will definitely Be back to Disney but will probably try to find somewhere a bit closer to Disney if able. Below are some other pros and cons:
Pros- location to Disney, bedrooms and beds were nice. Bathrooms were clean. Playroom was awesome for the kids, though many of the battery powered toys are not functional. Someone left a couple ponchos which came in handy! TVs I’m the bedrooms were nice but not used much by our group. Power stayed on during the storm!
Cons/ areas for improvement- there were ants in the master bedroom/ bathroom. Like 10-20+ at all times, usually in the bathroom. Owner was quick to communicate back with me, said handyman would come fill the hole they were seen entering/exiting and pest would be out the following day. Not sure if pest came to treat externally as we were not home most days, but no handyman came to fill a hole. He did ask for a picture of the area to be filled, but I forgot as we were busy with our plans but I did give a pretty good explanation of area of concern so it could have been taken care of based on that. None the less it wasn’t too big of a deal, just annoying to feel the need to wear shoes in your bedroom. Would be nice if some spices would be provided that don’t typically go bad, no Tupperware with lids for leftovers. Remote in main living room either needs to be replaced or new batteries. Departure details list starting a load of towels, yet no Landry detergent provided. No emergency flashlights available in the home in the event of the power going out.

The best villa we have stayed in, very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was there. Pool was lovely and games room was a godsend for the kids. Great location, very close to restaurants and shops as well as the Disney parks. We felt very secure in Windsor Hills. Would definitely recommend.

Family from the UK and after our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours we didn’t end up arriving until close to midnight. The fact we had super comfy beds to hit was a godsend!
We had some essential groceries delivered which were there waiting for us on our arrival - again another godsend!
Villa is really spacious and very well equipped.
We didn’t heat the pool - my children found it warm enough by the afternoon and it was nice for them to jump into after being hot and sweaty at the parks.
The villa is really close to Disney, but the traffic was horrendous! I don’t know if it was unfortunate timing of our trip due to Covid and the hurricane, but everywhere was just so busy.
Rick’s communication was superb prior to and throughout our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! This house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we would need. Aside from what was listed, there was a car seat booster, multiple life jackets, beach and pool toys, all different types of kitchen gadgets, 3 bed rails that were already set up in the Mickey room, two pack and plays, hand soap in all the bathrooms, dishwasher pods, multiple strollers, and many other things that are a pain to pack but nice to have when traveling with young children.
We happened to be in the middle of our stay when Hurricane Ian hit. If you do travel during hurricane season, this is a great house to consider. It is at a high elevation with multiple water embankments so there was no flooding at all and we never lost power when many others did in the area. My boys LOVED sheltering at home even more than Disney with all of the games and toys to play with. Rick was also very responsive to my questions.
I would definitely book this house again when we return to Disney!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay. The location was great. Very close to a Walmart and restaurants as well as the Disney Parks. The house was very clean and the owners provided everything you could think of allowing for a stress free vacation. We did not need anything and had no concerns. We had a great time at this property! We had three adults, a 7 year old, 5 year old and 22 month old. The communication with the property owner leading up to our reservation date was excellent, no issues checking in after hours, and the owner checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy. The home was in a beautiful community, and is a very short path to a small playground (there is a larger playground, but it was a longer walk or short drive). The house was very clean, and my kids loved the playroom. It was a short drive to the Disney World parks (10-15 mins, and that accounts for traffic), and we loved hanging at the pool in the afternoons and evenings. Having a bathroom for each room was amazing. We never even made it to the waterpark because we enjoyed having the private pool so much, perfect while our littlest napped. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for families looking to stay outside rather than the Disney World resorts.

House was great, well supplied with linen's, beds were comfortable, kitchen dishes /utensils fine, but pots and pans were not the best (old and worn out). Only salt & pepper provided so bring all you need for cooking, which the listing does cover. Check out instructions said to start towels in washer but no laundry soap provided, we had to buy it. There is a Walmart close by that will deliver groceries, etc. It was very convenient since we did not have a car to have the essentials brought directly to the house, just had to tell the front gate security they were coming. Also when getting a Lyft or Uber it is key to give them the front gate address and then instructions on how to get to the house. Several times we gave the house address and they try to come in a side/back entrance and cannot get it, this was also covered in the welcome email.
Pool was fantastic, nice and clean and was a great way to end to our day! Lastly, one concern was the tile floors in the main portion of the home, very slippery if coming in from the pool with any amount of water on your feet, or if water/ice hit the floor from the fridge (ice maker/water) and actually a bit dangerous. Ice maker was jammed with old ice so we cleaned it out and dumped all old ice, worked great after that but ice maker should be cleaned and replenished with new ice prior to each occupant.
All in all the home was good for our family and we had a great time, loved the bedroom to bathroom ratio made getting ready each morning for all 5 of us easy. Thanks for the accommodations and I would recommend the home.

Best villa we’ve ever stayed in
We have been to Orlando many times before and this was without doubt the nicest villa we have ever stayed in! So much so we will only ever stay here now!!! The level of cleanliness was exceptional and the care and details taken to make it feel as comfortable and homely as possible from the moment you walk through the door did not go unnoticed or unappreciated, especially after a long haul flight! The facilities available for children was incredible, from themed Disney bedrooms with cuddly toys, to a wardrobe full of dressing up clothes, to a games room with the loveliest toys and buggies, high chairs and booster seats! Even a cupboard full of Disney themed plastic cups, plates and bowls which as any parent will know when traveling with young children is a small detail which makes life sooo much easier! We absolutely loved staying here and were lucky enough to get to call it ‘home’ for 3 weeks. We can’t wait to visit again in the (hopefully) not too distant future.

Fantastic House
The house was amazing! We were all very pleased with the how clean the house was. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere. Communication with Rick was awesome. There was an issue with the pool and within 20 minutes he had a crew over to fix it! The rooms were awesome and spread out nicely. The playroom in the garage was amazing. The whole family loved it and used it often. The neighborhood was very safe and the extra amenities of the condo were awesome. Can’t say enough good things! It was a fantastic stay and will for sure be back!
