We also have recently upgraded all of the bedrooms with luxury vinyl plank flooring, and all new bedroom furniture with 55 inch TVs in each room! Don't settle for a cramped hotel room when you could have way more room, rest and relaxation in this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom vacation home, and all for the same or less cost! The home was very clean and comfortable, in a nice gated resort close to everything. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tube after long days at the parks. Michelle was very responsive to all our questions. We would love to use this home again in the near future and recommend this to anybody.

Michelle was awesome getting us the information before we arrived. We also had other people coming to visit for a day or so and she got us the passes for them quickly and efficiently. The house was clean, the pool was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and we had starter supplies for dishwasher and laundry. There were plenty of night lights for our kids and the beds were cozy. We loved the tv outside! We were able to watch tv at night while in the pool once the kids went to bed! It was an awesome addition. It was our 3rd year staying in Windsor Hills and we were not disappointed in our stay!

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation!
The house had plenty of space for all of us. The Mickey room was great for my two kids. They loved the beds, decor and having their own full sized bathroom.
The beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed new and very clean.
I loved the updated decor in the house as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had a Keurig that provided hot and iced coffee. We loved that and also the fridge having the filtered water so we didn’t have to buy as many water bottles.
Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub. It was great to hang out by the pool watching the outdoor TV!
We brought our own pool towels but really didn’t need them. The house has plenty of bath and pool towels.
The strollers were outdated so we didn’t use them. We used kingdom strollers for our rental and babyquip for our crib rental. They came right to the home to drop off and pick up the items- it was very simple.
We also used Instacart to have our groceries dropped off so we didn’t have to waste time grocery shopping. There is plenty of grocery stores near by and the parks were just a short drive away.
We will definitely come back to this house!! Michelle was great and made our stay easy :)

Very nice home which is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the personal pool and being able to cook a few meals at the house. The children (2 & 7) loved the bedroom made up for children. We had a great time at this house with no problems.

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at this house. It was clean, lots of room for the 7 of us and we enjoyed the pool and pool deck very much. Very close to the Disney parks, Walmart and restaurants. The owner was really nice and answered every questions we had. I would recommend this house!

Perfect location to all Disney parks! House was very clean. Security great! Pool and pool deck area could use a power washing. Pool and sauna needs a little more attention when cleaning. Had a visit by a raccoon in the trash bin one night! Home owner very responsive when contacted. Would definitely choose this home again! Thanks for all of the great memories!

We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren, the house was perfect for our family with 4 rooms everyone had their own space. The pool and game room were nice to have as the water park was pretty crowded by mid morning. I definitely feel like this house was a good value. Clean and had all we needed for cooking our meals rather than eating out every night.

We went for a cheer competition held at ESPN, it was a 15 minute drive in fairly heavy traffic. We normally stay on Disney property and ride busses to ESPN. This was definitely more convenient and flexible (not to mention significantly less expensive)
The property was clean and updated, and we enjoyed having a pool and hot tub. I also like that there was a bathroom for each bedroom (three en suite)) we had one issue that was resolved quickly- the thermostat stopped working while we were there. The management company was extremely responsive and installed a new one within hours. It was a great stay!

Stayed for a week for my daughter’s competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Super close to Walmart for items we needed as well as restaurants.
The owner thought of everything. Cozy and decorated so cute. Welcoming and just was able to enjoy our stay and having our own bedrooms instead of being in a hotel was so relaxing. I would totally stay here again. The resort was pretty and felt very safe.

We booked this house with dozens of reviews and averaging a 4.9 or 5 star. We had ownership change a couple of months before our arrival and even the required rebooking process was smooth and hassle free.
Michelle was great at communicating with us prior to arrival and being available if we needed anything during our stay. I’m pleased to say we didn’t. This house was perfect for our 7 person family getaway. We went with our three kids (ages 3-12) and my in laws.
The house was clean, comfortable and felt like home from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool accessories were a nice added benefit. The game room was fun and the game cube in the kids room (and huge tv) brought me back to my childhood playing Mario kart.
The home had all of the things we needed as far as cooking utensils, plenty of plates, glasses and silverware.
The proximity to the playground and clubhouse area within the community was an added benefit. Windsor Hills proximity to all things tourist and amusement park makes it the ideal location for any family not wanting to be crammed into a hotel room.
Not only would we recommend renting this house for your stay, we intend to rent it again some day again on a return trip to the area. In the mean time, rent the house, you won’t regret it. Just take care of it for us so it’s as nice on our return trip.
