Well stocked condo with nice view of the ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Beach service was a plus. Pool, hot tub, grills, fitness center and gaming center were located close to condo and made our stay very enjoyable!

The condo & unit were older, but the owner was extremely nice & quick to answer questions. Seating in living room was GREAT, large L-shaped couch & 2 chairs were all comfortable & gave plenty of space for relaxing. View of the gulf was great! Showers were a little slow to drain & master bath curtain was a little dirty, but overall a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was great and we were able to see so many fireworks on the 4th of July just by walking down to the beach (which is a very easy walk by the way). The kitchen is also well stocked and there is plenty of room for everyone in the den.

Renting was easy - made 3 payments & was it was completed. I had communication with the owner randomly asking questions & getting answers. The rental was excellent, great location, clean & equipped.

The property was wonderful. Perfect location for a beach day and plenty of restaurants and fun within minutes. Only complaint we had was the building needed a water line repair, which caused a day without water. Made the best of the situation. Never heard from the owner about the issue. Little disappointed.

Rental process and check in very organized and simple. Property as described. Clean and stocked with general amenities. Beautiful view with balcony access from master bedroom and living area. Quiet family oriented property. My only negative would be not enough parking. Several occasions we had to drive around basically waiting for someone to pull out. Would recommend to others and would rent this property again.

This is the perfect location away from the crowds and has all the amenities you could need. Excellent for your family of four, with two young daughters 7 and 9. Amazing views at all times.

This property was very nice, parking wasn’t the most desirable aspect as the guest parking is cramped with many vehicles lots of vacant “owner” parking areas. Everything else about the condo was perfect would definitely recommend.

What a view!!

Amazing property right on the beach with an incredible view from the balcony. The condo was roomy and nicely furnished. Lots of amenities that make a beach vacation great. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with the condo rental (a beach attendant puts them out every day) Such a convenience not having to lug that stuff to the beach. (BYO beach towels as they are not included at the rental) . There are extra chairs and umbrella in the condo along with boogie boards and beach toys. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and appliances (keurig and regular coffee maker) and having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing!! The king size bed in the master was very comfortable and the twin beds in the guest room can be pushed together to make a double. Overall we had a great time at this beach condo and would definitely come again!

Pam was very easy to work with. Property was exactly as expected and I was very pleased. Fully stocked and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend is some work on the showers. Master bath has poor shower pressure and both tubs would back up while showering. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this condo and location! It is very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and activities. Beautiful views of the beach. We had some friends staying in a different condo on property and said ours was way nicer! We would love to stay here again!

PROS - THE VIEW is AWESOME and as described. Located right next to elevators and close to the beach...less than 5 minute walk. Quiet complex and very relaxing as compared to the congestion in Destin. We will definately be back. CONS - the master showerhead needs some work. Water pressure was lacking, but served its purpose. It was quite a drive from the condo to destin harbour.

The condo was very nice. Right on the beach. The buildings were not marked and we had never stayed at a Condo before. So we didn’t really know where to go. That would be the only thing I would have changed. The check in was a bit confusing. The security in the front was helpful.

An Amazing Vacation space. Pam was great at getting us all of our checkin information and getting us settled. The unit was easy to find and unload/load our vacation gear and groceries. Once in, the unit was very clean and had great cookware for us to cook our meals. The porch facing the Gulf of Mexico offered great views and 24 hours of lapping wave sounds for us to enjoy. There were games for our children to play and books for us to read and overall this was an exceptional experience for us. Oh, I forgot to mention that the beds were all very comfortable and we were able to get great rest and sleep in late with the light-blocking curtains that are hanging in the master bedroom and living room. We recommend booking this unit 100%!

Great location also great ocean view. Condo is very roomy. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star rating for me is housekeeping needs to step up their game. Once we got into condo and took our shoes, we started unpacking for the week. When this was done the bottom of our feet were black from apparently not being mopped. I then started checking the place out seeing where everything was. When looking at the washing machine, i noticed black stuff all around the inside lip of washer. After six cleaning wipes that was white when i started and black when i finished, I had it clean and ready for when we needed to wash clothes. This was the only two things that we noticed which caused me to give it four stars. Traffic will make a preacher cuss. Overall i would stay again. The owner is very helpful and very quick to respond when you message her. Im sure she is unaware of the few cleaning issues but i will be reaching out to her and im sure she will have it corrected.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! Listening to the waves was perfect. I always have to sleep with a fan - but not here. We just opened the door and listened to the waves all night. The bathrooms had hair dryers like a hotel - that was awesome! Washer/dryer/dishwasher/etc was all fantastic! The furnishings were perfect, the view was amazing, there’s nothing I didn’t love; except maybe we could’ve used more towels and washcloths so we didn’t have to do laundry so much. It was seriously fantastic and worth every penny to be !right on the beach! - I will never want to stay across the road or wherever to save money. The pool and hot tub, grilling area, etc for the complex was pretty nice too. It wasn’t the absolute best I’ve ever seen but if I flew to FL for the pool that would be dumb. Haha. My 4 year old and 5 year old adored the pool though. You cannot get better than Destin/Miramar white sands. Oh and also the beach in this area is so much better than closer to main Destin harbor walk area where it is super crowded. This beach was not crowded and just seriously perfect. Thank you to the owners for everything. Also they were so easy to communicate with. And the keypad was really great instead of a key. Stop looking and book this one!!

Second time staying here and never disappointed. Close to the beach and great view. Condo unit just perfect size for my daughter and I. Lots of extra provided, however need to leave a dish drying towel and a washing dish cloth with a small bottle of liquid detegent as I always wash my dishes and don't use dish washer. Love the extra of getting two beach chairs. Place is always beautifully clean and inviting. Thanks again for having us as your guest in your home. Plan to return next year if not sooner.
