The Property is clean, easily to locate, perfectly appointed for a long weekend or extended stay. We had one teenager, one 11 year old, two adults and the Condo was the perfect size. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again the next time they make it into town. Thank you!

We had 4 people stay here for an extended weekend getaway. Despite mid-90 degree weather, the AC units were a life saver. Great location to downtown area. Communication was great with property manager and checking in and out was a breeze.

Everything was as stated. Loved having a washer and dryer and extra bed for our son. Only complaint would be if you really wanted to use the common area hot tub, it was heating properly the days we tried. Beyond that it was quiet and comfortable and a great place for my family.

We stayed at this property for over 2 weeks and had a great experience! The property is very well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. It has a quaint little deck with a treed view and a gas grill we used frequently. The parking lot had plenty of spots so we never had a problem finding a spot and the locking system on the front door worked flawlessly. The area was friendly and peaceful. We would definitely rent this property again!

This was the perfect stay for our first visit to bend. It was clean, had a good amount of space for two couples, and was generally close to all the activities we did while there. It isn’t super walkable into town (not that we expected it to be!) but walkable to the river and grocery store/Starbucks!

For our first time in Bend, this was a fantastic spot. Right in the river trail but far enough from the hub-bub to be quiet and peaceful. There were record-high temps over 100 while we were there and the portable ac’s just couldn’t keep up (they tried so hard!). If the weather had been a bit cooler, then I would have given all 5 stars!!

This place was perfect for our family of four. Anymore than that would have been too tight. We joked that our teenager had his own little "apartment" upstairs! Son had a baseball tournament and this place was centrally located to most of the fields. Also found a fun spot down the road: Walter Reilly's (restaurant/bar) that also had a mini golf and a 3 bay golf simulator. Pacific Pizza and Brew was also close and had delicious pizza. Pool is open but is outdoor and not heated, however there is a hot tub. Owner was great and always quickly responded to my questions. Unit was very clean and did not have chemical cleaner smell another review reported. We would come back.

This place is in a great location close to everything you need. The place when we went in stunk like Disinfectant spray and the floors were sticky and dirty. If you walked in shoes on the floor it was so sticky that the shoes made a squeaky noise and when we took off our shoes our socks got very dirty Also in the downstairs bedroom there is only a very thin blind covering the window so the lights from outside shinned in and the room was very bright. We sleep in a room with blackout blinds so it’s dark not bright. The owners could easily get a blackout blind or a curtain over the blind to make the room more dark The management company was responsive to us telling them about the floor but we should have told them sooner. If they had blackout blinds and cleaner floor we would stay here again

Check in was easy and Camille was accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries about the condo. Perfect amount of space for the four of us, and we enjoyed having the laundry facilities on the second floor. Great kitchen, nicely equipped for preparing lunches and great showers!
