Family-friendly and a simple 5-minute walk to The Village, your access to everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer is at your fingertips. Take the stairs to this 2nd-floor fully remodeled unit and prepare for a comfortable, elegant stay. New vinyl flooring, area rugs, and furniture accents are a few of the recent upgrades. One bathroom was completely flipped, adding a bath and marble tile! Additional storage has even been added under the stairs. New kitchen cabinets and appliances, as well as cooking supplies, are in the unit, allowing for scrumptious creations. The cozy fireplace and welcoming couches enhance the calm ambiance of the living area. It is also equipped with a new 65" flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Each bedroom holds a new king bed with padded headboard and heated mattress pads for extra comfort. With flat-screen TVs in each room, you may never want to leave the bed! The loft is equipped with a new 43" SMART TV with Roku, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. For the families with young children, a pack 'n' play is stored in the closet (just bring sheets!). We hope you enjoy our delightful home as much as we do! Be aware: community spa tub is indoors, complex has no pool, small balcony primarily used for firewood storage

We stayed here the second weekend in June for my nieces high school graduation. It was a great location right near the village and where my family lives. I would recommend this unit. The only thing is we had little kids with us and the floor seemed like it should have been cleaned better. Not that big of a deal. Also, there were some maintenance issues that I would’ve thought they would’ve known about but maybe no one told them before us.

My friends and I stayed here for a ski weekend. Usually it’s a hassle to go and get the keys and turn them back in, so getting to skip that was a definite plus. Perfect location to get to the mountain easily in the morning. Also close enough to walk to the village. Super clean. Not really enough seating for 8 people in the main room though unless people want to sit at the kitchen table

Very nice place, recently renovated. The kitchen has literally everything you can possibly need; there also are games, TVs, even many decorations. First place I will check when going back to mammoth.

The place was located 2 minutes from the village! Super clean and loaded with everything you could possibly ask for! Would definitely recommend to others looking for a clean place to stay!

RE: Just Okay
I have rented from VRBO many times in many places. I would summarize this rental as 2.5-3 Stars. The upstairs set-up was good for the kids, however the living room area was smaller than the kitchen area (kitchen overpowered it / right on top of you). It was uncomfortable sitting on the couch and trying to view the TV from the side / up high. The fireplace blew ash throughout the area. The hardwood floors were uneven. The beds were comfortable and the place has been remodeled "Home Depot" style. Plenty of dishes and items stocked. The check-in code process was pretty confusing as the code didn't work several times; had to be reset 3x during our stay. The M'ment Co. was very responsive though and assisted. The Stairs were very steep up to the property and upstairs (FYI). Overall it was fine, it just wasn't as spacious / comfortable as we had hoped. I will be staying elsewhere next year.

Only downside, AC not sure if we never figured it out or did not have it. We coastal people thought it got to warm and needed a little breeze. Place was comfortable and spacious for our two little families. Stairs was definitely a workout.

Better than we expected! Totally stocked and all the little extras were a nice bonus! Spices, zip lock baggies, tin foil, soaps, etc. Walkable to the village and dining. Best part, awesome layout with 2 King bedrooms, one up and one downstairs made a great split for our crew. Perfect for two families, or a larger group where you want to split up a little. We had 4 teenagers, so their having their own floor essentially was fantastic - gave Mom and Dad some space! Overall super clean and nice upgraded amenities!

This was a great find. This condo was a perfect place to stay at while we explored Mammoth and surrounding areas for the weekend. The place was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. It was clean and it had plenty of amenities. I would totally return.
