The Bear Creek Trailhead is right at the complex. The San Miguel River flows past the outdoor deck with the River Trail taking you to the Gondola, or to the eastern waterfalls at the end of the Valley. The condo's open kitchen is fully stocked with everything the cook desires. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings. A vast expansive Telluride view can be seen from the patio doors in the living room and the deck right outside. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper. The Master has an en suite bathroom and the Master bedroom features a brand new (6/18) king size bed. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunks and a twin trundle bed. The outdoor hot tub for the building is next door along the San Miguel River. All the comforts of home are here in this awesome residence! Business License #11149 **The hot tub may close at any time due to a health and safety issue. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these HOA determined closings** Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. This was a great location to stay with our young kids. Close to the gondola, the river walk, and Bear Creek Trail, it really doesn’t get more convenient. It’s also very easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The property is very dated, and that’s a bit of a bummer. Considering the nature of Telluride in the early summer though, we weren’t inside much anyway. Though dated, it was clean!

We have stayed at Riverside condos before and loved the location. This particular condo, D02, was 26 steps down & back up. Unloading & loading a car was quite the chore. The management was quick to respond when I asked for a new set of sheets. Condo needs a new sofa and larger tv in living area. Kitchen was stocked with spices, detergent & plastic wrap. Can’t see the river from this condo. I will stay at Riverside but just not this particular condo.

It’s Telluride. You shouldn’t be spending too much time in the property unless you’re sleeping, or cozying up after a big day. This meets all needs! The sleeping situations are great and the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the gondola, or Main Street (if that).

Nice location and condo close to downtown and slopes. Minor updates with broken microwave and burned out lights fixed by management team onsite. Approved a short (1 hour) late check out request after several discussions with team too.

We had a great week in Telluride. The location. Is just across the creek with convenient access to the Gondola and town. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in our favorite mountain refuge!

We loved the location and the space. They had a nice gift bag with goodies in it like snacks, liquid IV, lip balm, wine opener, etc. Nice touch. Could have used a few more spices. Overall, a real winner!

Really enjoyed our week in Telluride in the Riverside Condo. Perfect location, short walk to the Gondola & Oak St. lift and everything in town was no more than a 10 minute walk. Unit was very clean & spacious, we had trouble figuring out the TV the first day and the property manager responded immediately and helped us. Nice hot tub for after skiing as well. Overall a great experience, we would definitely stay here again!!

Great property just blocks from town and the gondola. Maybe a 5 minute walk with skis, and technically you could "ski" half of that. Plenty of room with a large living room and kitchen with a table for 8. What a great place to stay and a great town. Had multiple messages to the property manager that was answered almost immediately. Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for us. Lots of room, beautifully furnished, easy access to slopes and town, comfortable bedding, good towels, lots of hot water, washer and dryer .... I could go on for a really long time. Oh, and a gorgeous view. We loved watching dogs frolic in the snow on the walking path that runs beside the river. The unit is below parking lot level so there is a flight of stairs involved going in and out but not a problem for us. We can't wait to come back next year!

The property lived up to our hopes and expectations. Perfect for our family of six with 4 teenagers (dormed up in one of the rooms). Great location with easy access to village, gondola and town park. Spent full day hiking Bear Creek/Wasatch Trail right out front door. As a family we would gladly return to the same location

Located next to Bear t Creek Trailhead and 3 blocks from gondola. House was clean with everything we needed. Even had some toys for kids! Also the property manager was great and helped us with many questions. When we needed laundry detergent, they brought some right over.

This place is a great location in Telluride. Right by the trail and close to restaurants. It is a little outdated and the walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors. Not too bad though. Would stay here again!

This property is within walking distance to everything you want to do. There was also a good amount of space for our family of 5. The fireplace was nice. Not enough hot water for a family of 5, but otherwise was perfect.

This condo was great, our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Our 3 kids slept in one bedroom and my wife and I shared the master bedroom. You could fit even more as the living room has a sleeper sofa. This condo was quiet and away from the hustle, but only 3-4 minutes walk to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola if you take the river trail. Nothing fancy here, but everything was well thought out and everything worked as it should ... and when you are in Telluride you want to be outside and out and about. Telluride is such a magical place we look forward to coming back.

We liked staying here, our 3 young kids in the bunk room. Nice to have ski storage, access to the hot tub, and great living room/kitchen layout. The master bed needs to be replaced and a few things are showing it’s age, but we liked the homey feel

Mattress in master suite needs to be replaced. It is equipped with twins that can convert to a queen. Only problem is one of the twin mattress was so distorted it had a 10 to 15 degree list to one side. We tried flipping and/or turning upside down. Solution did not work. I would rent the unit again as long as the mattresses are replaced/upgraded.

Everything worked out well. The hot tub was hard to get into but eventually did. Otherwise the unit is in a great location to both the slopes and the town.

A little dated two-bedroom condo, but has everything one needs to have a great stay in Telluride. The Village Market is two blocks away plus trails, great restaurants, etc. The condo comes with fully stocked kitchen and spice rack plus in-suite laundry. Perfect for parents with up to four kids.
