Located just two blocks from downtown Estes Park, this cabin allows you the peaceful ambiance and convenient location you've been seeking. Our family enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was so cute and very clean. You can't beat the location and the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

The clean and cozy riverside cabin was exactly as advertised and a perfect base for the 3 of us (high school friends) to get together. Easy walking access along the river to lovely downtown Estes Park and local breweries. Easy driving access into Rocky Mountain National Park. Hope to come back for another stay!

We had a great stay at the cabin. We loved the easy walk to downtown and east drive to the RMNP. We ate all our meals on the deck and loved the warm feelings of the Woodstock.

This cabin on the river had everything that our family of four needed! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware etc, the beds were verh comfortable and the location was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the trolly stop. We woke up on our last day to a huge bull elk in the driveway!!!

Loved the view of the river from inside the cabin. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only negative was from one bedroom on the river, you need to walk though either the other bedroom or the room with the daybed to get to the bathroom. We used all three beds on our trip, so to get to the bathroom you had to walk though the room someone was sleeping. We also really enjoyed the hot tub

This cabin was perfect for our family of four. The decor was cozy. It reminded me of my German grandmother's house. She loved her "German shears" on the windows, and this cabin sported some beauties. Great little kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking. The little gas stove was awesome for the cool mornings. Beds were comfortable.
The location was the star. Easy walkable distance to downtown Estes. The deck over the Big Thompson was fantastic. Big trees to shade you out there, but some places to lay in the sun should you desire. Hot tub was a joy. I used the gas grill to cook steaks and chicken. Turned out great! The host even left a personalized card with a giftcard for the kids to buy their own ice cream or candy downtown.
We will definitely stay here again. Can't beat the location, comfort, and amenities of this awesome cabin on the water. Our family once again made great memories in Estes!

We loved our stay at the Estes Park river cabin. It was fully stocked, clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, the river was right off the deck and we could walk to town. Communication between us and the owners was easy when we had an issue. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Estes Park.

My husband and I loved how cozy this River Cottage was. We walked in and there was a bouquet of flowers on the table and a binder that had everything we needed to know in it. We loved sitting in the hot tub and listening to the river. We would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and table but with it being April we were met with some rain and snow. We would definitely recommend this to anybody and we will definitley be returning.

We used this as a get away for a girls weekend. It was quiet, peaceful, close to restaurants to walk to and close to hiking. Overall highly recommend this cabin for a friends or family getaway!

My family was in need of a getaway from the city for our kids' spring break from school. Estes Park was just the right distance for us (from the Denver Metro), and this house was the perfect, cozy spot for us. It was just enough space and the perfect amount of cozy. We loved the location, especially with the deck immediatly overlooking the river, and just a quick minute from town. The kids loved that the cabin is laid out in a circle, and spent a lot of time chasing eachother through all the rooms of the house. We also loved that it was just moments away from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park where we were able to spend a lovely morning hiking through a winter wonderland around Sprague Lake (the perfect "hike" for little legs).

This cabin was a perfect get away from our Hawaii home. The cabin is in an amazing location on the river and close enough to walk to town. Everything was flawless from check in to check out and excellent communication with the host. I can’t wait to stay here again in the spring or summer next time.

My family had a lovely, relaxing time at Gene and Lisa’s river cabin. The place is well appointed and the kitchen is fully stocked to make meal prep so easy. The hot tub was especially enjoyed during the snow flurries. The proximity to town made for nice walks in the fresh air. We hope to be able to stay here again.

My husband and I came up from the Denver area for a weekend away. The cabin was warm, within walking distance to downtown, cute and just right for us. There are basic amenities in the kitchen and kitchen. The only downside is that it's not TPF (tall people friendly) - my husband is 6'4" and the shower head, bathroom mirror, and some of the lights were lower then the top of his head.

This is an adorable cabin that is centrally located in the heart of Estes Park. It is not on a major thoroughfare, so it is easy to get everywhere but it’s quiet. It also sits right on the river. It was the perfect size for our party of 5.

Very comfortable cabin and well appointed. The book in the cabin indicated to turn off all outside lights at night, however, the business just across the river had floodlights that flooded the entire cabin with light. Not worth the money and would not book again.

Absolutely delightful cabin with easy access to downtown and RMNP! Located on the river with on outdoor hot tub and deck overlooking the water it is the perfect location to sit and relax. Inside is cozy with a wonderful gas fireplace to heat the family room. Perfect to sit by and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The owners quickly responded to our questions. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Everything was clean and well kept. This is the PERFECT place to stay and we could not have been happier! I can not imagine finding any other place that would top Our River Cabin!

When I first walked in I was so touched that the owners were thoughtful enough to leave a portable crib for our stay. I stayed for a long weekend with my daughter and my 8-month-old grandson. The cabin was the perfect setup for us - all three of us had our own rooms! Very comfortable accommodations - everything we needed was here. We loved the fact that we could park the car and walk to town and not worry about parking - so nice! Loved the deck, hot tub, and fire pit. You feel like you are far away, but you’re not - so relaxing. I will definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do justice for this home! It’s in the perfect location, within walking distance to all of downtown. The views were beautiful and the home itself was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little cabin directly on the river. The back deck overlooks the running water and it’s very nice especially with the hot tub! The cabin is an older property but it’s well-maintained. Communication was great with the owner. Great location within walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub on the deck next to the river was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old and 6 month old. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space for us all. The owner even offered the use of a pack and play when they found out we had children. The house was also very clean and in the perfect location. Downtown was a 3 minute walk away. This was our third trip to Estes Park and this cabin was our favorite stay so far! We plan on coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The location was perfect; close to downtown (within walking distance) and a short drive to RMNP. There were so many great features at this cabin. The hot tub was a hit with everyone and the indoor gas fireplace made it cozy for enjoying a cup of coffee on the couch and/or at the dining room table. The wrap around deck was nice too. The river made it very tranquil while sitting on the deck and in the hot tub.

With Texas being too hot we were looking for a cool place and Estes Park was it! Then we went looking for a "cool" place with a little water running by the property. We found just what we were looking for in Our Little Cabin. The beds are comfortable and the living area was just perfect! Thanks for the ceiling fans in bedrooms!

A little more closet and drawer space in the bedrooms would have been nice but we managed ok. We would definitely rent again.

Cute cabin on great location
We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was clean, the directions for using the heat etc. were good and it is in an excellent location for walking into downtown Estes Park. The deck was right next to the creek.

Perfect quiet in-town cabin
We wanted to try a winter excursion in Estes Park, having been here in peak summer season a few times already, and this little cabin was perfect! Lovely views of the river, a great hot tub out back to enjoy in the snow, and cozy rooms inside.
Convenient to all of the Estes Park attractions, including RMNP access.
