We loved the condo and the ski in-out location. We were concerned about using the fireplace as the insulation was hanging down and near the flames. The wine bottle opener was broken as well. But we would stay again! Thanks.

The location was great, the unit was very small. The bathroom was so tiny. It would have been perfect for one person.
Probably won’t use Retreatia again. Too many rules and regulations

My husband and I stayed for the weekend with our 2 year old. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was in the condo. We loved that there was a secured patio we could let our son hang out on. The patio opened up to a pathway to the fire pit right outside and a trail that takes you down the slope to the restaurants and shops. There we’re hike/ bike trails accessible from the condo. We saw a moose right outside on the slope on our walk home from dinner one night. We were a little worried based on reviews saying it was hard to find but we felt the directions were pretty straightforward. We look forward to coming back!

You have to enter the condo from the 6th level and the elevator only goes to the fourth floor from there you have to walk to the end of the condo to find the stairs and go down to another level then walk back to your room and the covid clean fee is BS because we found dirty socks in the the room and last the check in is at 4 but they leave for the day by 5 so good luck if you need help

Would stay here again
The condo itself is well appointed, clean and has a well stocked kitchen (pots and pans, etc.). The condo does have quite a bit of stairs and getting the unit is a bit of a meandering process but as a trade off, you are ski in/ski out off the porch area. The bed is comfy, a bit soft if you like a firmer bed however.

Steamboat tennis tourney
My wife and I stayed at your property for the Steamboat tennis tournament. It was a great property, however, fire alarms went off throughout the property one early morning and didn't shut off for a couple hours. I had to remove the batteries from the alarms in our unit so we could have some quiet. Not sure how everything was resolved.

Perfect and quiet location but still close to all the fun the thing’s to do in steamboat
Really liked the layout and location of this property. Was nice to be right by the gondola (just across the little meadow) and be able to get out in nature.
Really enjoyed our trip and we will be back!

Ski in ski out perfect
The only thing that was a little tricky was getting into the condo if you have any mobility issues that would be an issue with all the stairs not a problem for us though

prefect getaway
We booked this condo hoping to have a great vacation. The only thing I could even complain about were the dates we choose had slightly icy conditions. Retreatia was great, very customer oriented. Thank you

Wonderful stay, we even added another night
Very clean, comfortable and updated decor. Celebrating our anniversary. It was great to have access to the hiking trails, easy walk to the base area for events or ride the Gondola, we made use of the outside fire pit (by the red chairs) just steps outside the deck, fun to watch the bikes come down the mountain trails, even chatted with other guests who joined us. The hot tub was just around the corner too. The only con was the maze to get from the parking lot to the unit but we were there to get some extra steps in our days anyway. Management was very friendly too. Lots to do, would love to come back for a winter visit or even move back to CO someday!

OK
We did not have the best experience this trip. We stayed in the same building almost exactly 2 years ago (both times for my girlfriend’s birthday), but had a much better experience then.
My two major gripes were as follows:
1.The amount I was quoted was less than I paid.
2.I booked a unit, but received a call that the unit was under repair, so I would be assigned a different unit. I didn’t think twice and figured if anything the change in unit would be an upgrade. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the change. The unit assigned (not the one I booked) was on the bottom floor with very little natural light and kind of dingy. This kind of ruined the vibe as soon as we walked in the door.
In summary, I have had much worse experiences, but I was disappointed in our experience this trip. I doubt we will rent any units in this building again, but may be open to different buildings in the future.

Ski In/Out Location Was Awesome
Our stay was pleasant. The location was awesome and for that, we would probably request this unit again. I would give it a 5.

Slope-side property
This was one of the first properties built on the ski slopes but is very well maintained. I played three rounds of golf in Steamboat and stayed at the condo for two nights. The bed was very comfortable which my 59 year-old back needs. The kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom were all fine; a little dated but fine. Booking with Retreatia was efficient and the fee for the condo was very reasonable. I recommend the property and would stay here again without any hesitation.

Nice location, but know a few things going in.
Okay, first off, this property is in a great location. It's very ski in / ski out (or in our case bike in / bike out) with the patio literally walking right out to a fire pit and the slopes outside. But there are a few things to know going in that made this place a little less than we had hoped for.
First off, the unit is kind of a pain to get to. Entrance to the complex is on the 6th floor, and the unit is on the 3rd. There is a tiny elevator to get to, and then you have to go down a flight of stairs and come back, or you have to go down 3 flights of stairs. Maybe this isn't a big deal, but we tend to bring a lot with us, so it ended up taking me about an hour to pack / unpack the car. No luggage carriers available, just your arms.
It's a tad cramped for 4 people to stay out. What's not shown is that there is no storage / dressers in the bedroom, and there is barely enough room to put your suitcases on the floor. There are sliders between the bedroom and as of the time of this review, they wouldn't close all the way and there wasn't much privacy between the master and the pull out couch.
This might seem small, but I think the dishes were made for Hobbits. The glasses are about 8 oz (except one that was about 12), the bowls are about 10 oz. There was a general lacking of pans (one that was old and really really hard to clean, another one looked like it was used to defend the unit in a home invasion.) Also, there was about one sharp knife in the unit, although there were other knives. I would say the biggest deal is that there wasn't much in the way of glasses. My wife and I are very active and it became really hard to re-hydrate after a long ride. We ended up using our portable coffee mugs for most everything while we were there.
The decor is a little dated, but you can gather that from the pictures. The unit has a nice smart TV, and we were able to connect to our Netflix account, which was nice while we were away. The management company is very responsive, and that can be nice when renting a unit.
