Located in an exclusive log cabin community with paved roads and beautiful landscaping. A charcoal grill in a private picnic area with outdoor tables provide the perfect meal while relaxing in your home away from home. Three levels with king size suites on each level offer privacy, while the pool table and game area in the lower level make for the perfect gathering place. Black Bear Falls has a heated community swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Our smoke-free cabin is immaculate and very well-maintained. * Main Floor: Open floor plan, living room with a stacked stone fireplace, with a 52' flat screen TV w/Blue Ray player above. Queen Size Air Mattress provided, dining table that can accommodate up to (8) at a time, and a kitchen complete with all the small wares. Master Bedroom with the #1 Rated Inner Spring King Size Bed, and adjoining full bath. 32" HD T.V. Bedroom window has amazing view of Mt. LeConte. Our family decided to celebrate Christmas in the smokies and this cabin didn’t let us done. There was plenty of room for our celebration of Christmas. There was a very cute Christmas tree and the cabin was decorated so cute. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It had great views since it was the highest house on the street. Five stars!

Comfortable and cozy place! Plenty of room for our family of six to enjoy, relax and have a great time! Only thing that I would recommend if someone is staying more than three to four days and you don’t want to wash towels and washcloths pack extra(1 towel & washcloth each person only available).

Beautiful property. Well laid out for a family group, having 3 bedrooms and baths. Loved the entertainment room downstairs. Was convenient to take the trolley to town and back without having to drive a long way to get to it. Would certainly recommend the host and the property to others

Such a great spot, a beautiful view of the mountains... in a "neighborhood", but still felt secluded. Easy access to town, everything clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property!

This was the perfect cabin for our group! Three couples, all over 60. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed! Everything was clean. We really enjoyed the deck, with the hot tub and beautiful views! The first time climbing the narrow and steep roads up to the cabin was a little scary, but we quickly adjusted, and it was well worth it! The location was great, very short drive to the national park, Gatlinburg, and Pidgeon Forge.

the house layout was not great. door to bathroom opens into kitchen and the door for downstairs opens into kitchen and the kitchen is small. furnishings were okay. some things were dated. this seller also makes you purchase an insurance policy. this policy was used to buy "new comforters". We did not even use the comforters as we were too hot.

The overall experience was a great one. The only confusing thing in the process was signing a vrbo contract and home owner contract. So the confusion which contract was the legal contract to adhere to. However, the owner was very helpful in helping address any questions in clearing up any confusion. With that said our entire family enjoyed our time and we would stay again.

The house had everything we needed, was clean, and worked out well for our group. It’s in a very peaceful location, but is situated just close enough to Gatlinburg and a local grocery store. We enjoyed the pool table too!

We enjoyed our first visit to Gatlinburg during Thanksgiving week! The cabin was a great set up for our family with ample space for everyone. It is a great location with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg, trails, and other local attractions. The views are wonderful to wake up to with your morning cup of coffee.

Owner made up petty damage claim and withheld a large portion of security deposit and then stopped communicating. There is no way to dispute the claim its their word against yours. Recommend renting elsewhere win hopes of an honest owner. I suspect thos owner is skimming just enough to pay for some upgrades. Nice in the surface until dealing with this garbage.

The cabin was very nice, lots of room. Beds were very comfortable. Boys had fun in the game room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the black bear did not disappoint. We had friends stop over and they forgot to close there sunroof and with in 1/2 hour of visiting a bear got in there car and got a bag of chips. No damage to the car just no more potato chips for there trip in the Smokey’s. LOlL the boys love seeing a bear that close up. Definitely would recommend this cabin as it was roomy and very nice. We went to visit our friends about 15 minutes away and we all agreed our cabin was much nicer!!!!

We had my husband and I and our 2 adult children stay here. It was perfect for us. It’s unusual to find all 3 bedrooms with king beds so this was great. Kitchen is on the small side but fully stocked and nice sized refrigerator and freezer. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. This rental is at the top of the community so be prepared for an uphill drive! But it’s worth it! We sat in the porch and just took in the views as often as we could. The community pool area was a lot smaller than I expected but that was ok. We were too busy to use it anyway. Most attractions are within a 20-30 min drive. Some closer. Location was perfect. Very peaceful and relaxing location. Cabin was very clean. We would stay here again.
