Located in Sunnyside, this attractive house for $534 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Just steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world and mesmerizing sunsets with no waiting on elevators and no over-crowded beaches. Fabulous beach home just across the street from the beautiful emerald water and sugar sands of the West End of Panama City Beach Unincorporated. We are only 250 steps to the uncrowded gem of Riviera Beach which is one of the BEST beach refurbishments in the Panhandle. Just down the road, you'll get to enjoy the restaurants of 30A without having to worry about the beach ownership restrictions that 30A has placed on all the visiting families. Main floor: large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining combo that seats 10. Just off the kitchen, a King Master Bedroom with a full private bath with a walk-in shower that makes it convenient for the elderly. As an added extra bonus, the common area includes a half bath and full laundry. Upstairs: Master Suite with King bed and private bath with a private indoor and outdoor sitting areas. There are two additional queen bedrooms (one with two queen beds) and (one with one queen bed). Both bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs. Outdoors: Covered porch on ground and covered balcony off master upstairs. Back yard is fenced with a storage shed that includes 10 chairs for the beach, an umbrella, beach wagon, a propane grill, five bicycles and some water toys. This is a great place for a family to vacation and our referrals prove it!

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. The shed has plenty of beach equipment, and bicycles. Short walk to the beach and the house is in a residential area so that made it nice in my opinion.

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had. We rented gold carts and drove to the beach access but walking was easy to do also. We will definitely come back to this house again. Thank you Donna and Rick! The Woodards

This house accommodated us perfectly! Me and my fiancé came here with our friends and the house was a great space for all us to enjoy and also have our own private space. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The shed has so many chairs and other goodies that we were able to use/take to the beach. Donna was quick with answering any questions. Definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a nice PCB trip!!!

The pictures on the listing do this wonderful home no justice. It is only until you pull into the drive and enter the home that the butterflies become undeniable excitement. This home is beautifully decorated with a spacious open floor plan. The accommodations and amenities provided, in my opinion, superseded my expectations. Additionally, the 250 steps to the beach is accurate, but felt like mere seconds before our toes were in the sand. This was undoubtedly one of our best experiences to PCB, and solidified the fact that the Emerald Coast is truly a home away from home.

I'm obsessed with cleanliness and this home met my standards. Therefore, I could relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, 1/2 a block from the beach. Beach and water were gorgeous. The whole stay was 10/10. We'll be back!

This would be our third year staying in this house and we love it! It’s only a short walk to the beach and they provide you with everything you need to enjoy the beach and your stay. My only complaint is that the upstairs tub in the shared bathroom does not drain properly, but that should be an easy fix. Once again, this place was great and hope to keep coming back for years to come.

Having 2 king suites (one on the main level) was a major plus for us having a small child and grandparents. The property has so much to offer; equipped kitchen, beach supplies, functional grill, and a quiet beach close by. We loved that we were secluded enough from the hotels/high rise condos, yet still had Pier Park 10-15 minutes down the road to do “touristy” activities. Highly recommend this property and Rick & Donna 👍👍

This is our second visit to this beautiful home and will not be our last! It is by far the cleanest vacation property we have ever visited- spotless! The house is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The children loved the beach toys and the beach wagon and chairs made life much easier for the adults! We had a family emergency a few days prior to our trip and almost had to cancel and Donna and Rick were so kind and helpful. We appreciated their kindness so very much. I wish I could give this property more than a 5 star review!! Thank you for sharing your home- will recommend to everyone we know!
