First floor beach house with ocean and marsh views directly across the street from beautiful Wells Beach. Very Convenient beach access. (A crosswalk at the end of the driveway leads directly to Public Way #2). Nicely renovated with two private bedrooms and a large family room with a sleep sofa. Bright and sunny eat in kitchen. Newer bath, hardwood floors, deck and sunroom. Fully furnished. Bonus outside shower, off street parking and grill. Basement washer and dryer access. Cable, Satellite Wifi and DVD player. This is the first floor unit in a two unit house. The opportunity exists for large/multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent both the first floor and the second floor simultaneously. This provides the privacy of your own quarters along with the convenience of having friends or the whole or extended family in the same house. We had to book a last-minute rental for Christmas Prelude weekend after our initial place fell through. We were so happy to have found this spot! It was very clean with all the amenities you need. And the location can’t be beat. There was also great communication from the owners, who answered any and all questions we had in a very timely manner. Thanks for a great weekend!

I call this ,"my little yellow beach house," as I just love it here. All the comforts of home and so close to the beach. Nice owners, great place to stay.

We were happy with our stay. Location is fantastic. So convenient to be able to run back to the house as needed from the beach. Laundry in the basement and access to boogie boards and beach toys was also great, traveling with a kiddo. Living room furniture was pretty comfortable to sit on. Mattresses less so, really the only thing we didn’t like. Loved having coffee in the sunroom in the morning. Check in was super easy (love not having a key) and the house was ready. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself was very nice as was the location to the beach. Having people upstairs with kids, it was very noisy and with rheir bathroom right over one of the bedrooms was not pleasant.

This cottage is easy and nice and close to the beach. Lots of beach gear. Many chairs to chose from. The basement laundry was great and I love having a clothes line!
When small issues arose, Dave got right back to us and was helpful.
The neighbor's upstairs changed during our stay and some people are more aware of their noise level than others. Also, the beautiful sun room in the back may lack privacy when more people are in Wells, as there are no shades or curtains.
Only had an issue with that a couple of times after Labor Day.
Overall, a great stay and I wish we were still there!

This was the perfect place to stay with ease to the beach. Even more so with three children, making it very easy with them and plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Everything we needed was right there! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Minute walking distance to the beach (right across the street) which is perfect for the kiddos. Met the owners while we were there and they were awesome and so accommodating. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

Wells beach cottage
We loved the ocean sunrise views from the living room and sunset marsh views from the enclosed porch. I would definitely recommend this cottage. Just FYI you need to provide your own sheets and towels.

We walked it every day, even walked in the rain,haha. David was available immediately when needed. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!!

Quilt weekend at the beach
We had an amazing weekend quilting, being able to open the door and windows while listening to the ocean was exactly what we wanted. The hosts were amazing.

Great Family Vacation!
We decided to take a quick trip to Wells for the Labor Day weekend and could not have been happier with this property. Everything was clean and when we had a minor issue we had a response within seconds from the property owners. If you can't be on the beach then this is the house you want to be in as it's across from Public Way 2 and literally seconds away from the beach (and yes you can hear the waves at night)! All necessities were provided (cups, plates, silverware, coffee maker, cable tv, beach chairs and toys etc.). We were also walking distance to Beachcomber and a coffee place. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!

What a great way to stay across the road from an access point to Wells Beach, a very long, wide sandy beach. Parked the car at the house and walked every day several times on the low key, family friendly beach. House fully equipped except for personal linens(sheets and towels.) We never needed anything we didn’t find already there from coffee maker to beach chairs.

Another awesome vacation in Wells!
This was our first time renting this property. David was very nice and professional. The property was well maintained and perfect for our small family. We had a great time. The laundry facilities on-site was a huge bonus for us! Would definitely come back and also recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay :). Thanks for making it a great week in Wells!!

Wonderful time!
Dave and Rebecca were very pleasant owners and our stay was very nice. The location was great as we are in our late 70's and the public way was across the street. We had a couple of issues that were resolved promptly.
We certainly will continue renting from them.
