Dirty bed sheets master bedroom we checked other rooms all dirty hair from previous tenants on bed sheets, blocked bathtub. Fat floating on the pool and screen around very dirty. Spider webs all over spiders all over walls very dirty and furniture very worn no wine glasses,and to top it all off the ceiling in a wardrobe in the master bedroom leaks a lot when it rains.

The location was clean, crisp, and quiet. There was a resort attached to the listing and it made our stay worth it. Any questions were answered promptly and kindly by Giselle. We love her and the people at the clubhouse resort! Let's not forget there are cart drivers that take you to the clubhouse too! Although the pool is smaller than we're used to, the kids didn't care. There are memories here and we look forward to going again!

Let’s just say this property needs major renovations. The walls are filthy and need repainting throughout the entire house. New carpet is needed throughout. It is literally matted down and discolored. The couch is falling apart- the whole top layer of the leather is coming off. It’s disgusting. All of our linens had black marks on them. Looked like mascara smears. I emailed the property to request new pillowcases. Many hours later(about 9pm) a man randomly showed up at our door with new pillowcases. It would’ve been nice for them to actually respond to my email and let me know that they were going to follow through with my request rather than ignore my email. Had they done that, I would not have taken the time to strip *every bed* and clean the linens myself on the first day of our vacation. The dining room table is made of pressboard and deteriorating from water. When did pressboard furniture become luxurious? All the furniture is cheap pressboard. Night stands are falling apart and the pressboard on top is all bubbled and peeling. There is a huge screen missing over the pool lanai area, so tons of bugs. The pool screen is also ripped in many other places. The pool deck area was filthy with dirt, mulch, and bugs. We had to hose down the entire pool deck ourselves. The outdoor table has come apart from the base - basically falling apart. The umbrella you see in the photo is rusting in the corner of the lanai area and broken. No dish towels. No wash cloths. No baking pans or baking sheets so no way to bake anything in the oven like french fries or pizza. Only three kitchen stools left and they are cheap, squeaky junk. This property is completely run down and in major need of renovation. It has not been maintained at all. Very disappointed and do not recommend. It’s hard to beleive the property mgmt company allows rentals to be this rundown, let alone call them “luxurious”. I have tons of pictures to show the disrepair but no

Got to the place late and was never told about a parking pass or given the welcome folder. Place was clean and nice. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the clubhouse or that they offer you a ride there with golf carts until we checked out. They have dishes for you to use but nothing to clean them with no scrubber no dish soap nothing. We had 7 total stay there and they had only 3 total rolls of toilet paper and 2 small trash bags. You basically have to buy everything from dish soap scrubbers toilet paper paper towels trash bags dishwasher detergent laundry detergent. No board games or card games. TV in living room doesn’t work and the chairs need some serious WD40. They charge to use the grill 75$ so the hot dogs and hamburgers I bought I had to use the stainless steel pans. They also charge to turn the heat up in the pool. Luckily we did not use it or that would have been an extra cost. Overall we had a good time with family but the experience and the place could have been so much better with some minor tweaks.

The house was in a nice location, well kept outside and amenities. Backyard pool was larger than expected. Inside was dated and needed some repairs - specifically one toilet would flush only by lifting the lid and kitchen faucet was perpetually pulled down. Furniture was significantly worn and barstools squeaked like crazy. The kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. were barely enough to cook meals for 6. Still, the place met our needs but not our expectations. We would stay in the complex again, but not in this unit.

We were pleased except the non response of the management. We paid extra for a heated pool and it was not. Did not even see a filter going. Also paid for grill but it was locked. Requested money back for those items but again no response at all.

Overall a good place to stay. It's huge, great for a big group. It needs some TLC ( cracked toilet seat, toilet paper roll hanging off wall, none of the tv remotes worked properly) just small things that would make this place great. We used the club house pool once, it was great. The pool that comes with the property isn't worth heating up. Perfect location for Disney. One real complaint I have is the rental company my moved our reservation to a different house, in a different neighborhood without even asking or notifying me. When I called they couldn't tell me a reason to why this happened but they did change us back to our original location. Just weird.

The ac was broke when we arrived. They knew it was broke and no one showed up until after 8pm to try to fix it. He couldn’t fix it so we had no ac that night and the house is as over 84 degrees. They said they would have someone out first thing in the morning. No one showed up until the afternoon and they still couldn’t fix it. The communication was horrible. I had to constantly call. They never contacted me and trying to contact them was a chore in itself. They ended up moving us to a new location and said they would refund us for the 1st night. I have yet to see a refund.

Okay, it's hard to give a star rating. The pictures looked amazing and what we walked into was not really what we were expecting: Molding staircase, dirty towels, and the pool had so much chlorine in it. You could smell it when you opened the back door. We spent the first two hours cleaning and throwing the towels in the wash. This property did not have anything that a normal house would have. It barely had kitchen utensils or anything we could use like other properties I've stayed in.
This is not VRBO's fault, but we also had someone try to break the last night we were staying. We called the police and gave statements and it's on the record. But I am not happy with the location either—not safe.
All in all the house has enough space. But it honestly looks and feels like a giant party house. Not what we were looking for.
So 1 star I guess. I'm sorry just being honest.

This property and location were perfect for our family. We loved having a bed for everyone and three bathrooms made getting ready in the morning so easy. The Hideaway club with lazy River, large pool, water slide, and putt-putt. The delish adult drinks at the bar were an unexpected bonus! We visited Disneyworld and Universal Studios while on our vacation and the location made it very easy to get to both. Took us about 15 minutes to get to each. We enjoyed Twistees for ice cream!
We would have appreciated a few more towels available at the property and recommend anyone who stays here bring a couple of their own for each guest.
While it didn’t impact our overall experience, we recommend the property owner go through the house to fix a few odds and ends. The bar stools are very squeaky and wobbly, some of the toilet paper holders were coming out of the wall, the upstairs en suite bathroom shower wasn’t able to turn on completely without the bathtub still filling.

This townhouse is excellent in size, however it needs a lot of updating, scuffs on walls, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off a lot of wear and tear on sofa, table and bedside table. The pool is fantastic and a sun trap. I feel I paid a lot of money to rent but owner needs to update a lot of things and it would be perfect.

Fun stay
This place was great! It was very clean and spacious. We loved having a private place to swim in the back. The waterpark was also fun for our kids. We appreciated the extra accommodations of being able to add one night to our stay when our travel plans changed. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and out. When we arrived the dishwasher was broken and when we were gone one day someone came in and fixed it, but we were never notified that anyone was coming. We just noticed it was different. Would’ve appreciated a heads up on someone coming over due to us leaving valuables out. The air conditioner only goes as low as 69 but it rarely actually gets to temperature. Upstairs gets warm.
We didn’t complain about anything. Had a great trip. Would return.

Let’s talk about the clubhouse, I wished we could have enjoyed the club house the upon arrival. Weather wasn’t on our side, however we were able to enjoy after an amazing time at the parks. Our children were having so much fun. Our stay location was convenient and so cozy! Looking forward to our next family trip.

The home is beautiful - clean floors, great bedrooms, welcoming living room. It was perfect for our 4 adults and 3 kids. The pictures are accurately portray how incredible it is. We cooked most of our meals in the gorgeous kitchen, and appreciated the Tupperware available to use.The community amenities were wonderful. The pool was so much fun, we never wanted to leave, and the gym was functional. The property manger was very attentive. He checked in often to make sure we were ok. Also the workers with the community center were friendly.I will say it was weird to have to re-fill things like toilet paper and buy dish soap. All of these homes seem to require it, but it’s annoying especially since we flew in. I wish that there were a different business model. I’d pay extra to not have to run to Walmart. Next time I go, I’ll ask if that’s an option.Our whole family loves this place and we’d definitely stay here angsin and recommend it to friends.Thank you!!

The house is in a guarded area. You get your pass at the beginning of your stay at the gate when you show your contract. The house is superclean and you find no hair or other dirty stuff. Its also very quiet there. You do not hear anything from the Osceola Pkwy. 2 bedrooms upstairs with lakeview. 1 master bedroom upstairs with streetview. 1 bedroom downstairs with streetview. We had a issue with the A/C and it was fixed within 6 hours. Its the second time we are renting this property....and not the last. Thank you also to booking and customer service. They do everything instantly and they are very professional and nice !

The house is great, although some of the furniture are old and worn down.
The backyard pool is nice, and the Common pool area is great, although the service in the poolbar is unbelievable slow. We waited for 30 minutes just to order some pizza.

This was my first time using vrbo. Everything went very well. I had a great host that communicated with me and answered all my questions. The place was beautiful and it was very secure. My family had fun. No hidden extra fees, it was exactly what I payed for. The price was so affordable and in the future I will definitely be using vrbo again.
