Very well maintained. We spent three days at Disney and had no issues getting to or from Park. Easy drive in (about 15 mins on average depending on park). We've stayed in this neighborhood before at a different unit each time. This was one of the nicest appointed we've seen and everything was very well managed with fast communication. Would stay again!

Great location for Disney and Universal. Would highly recommend but needs a more detailed cleaning, dusting. Management has been notified and they were very polite and stated they would take care of it.

My family enjoyed the luxurious and properly appointed apartment. It was so spacious we thought we were in a large home! Cathedral ceilings higher than life and designer furnishings throughout. The owner thought of everything needed for a great experience. Definitely will refer friends and family and of course plan to spend future vacations there!

Overall the place was wonderful & spotless . Huge 3bath/ 4bedroom. Great for big family . I would recommend the aparptment.
I didnt give it perfect score for couple reasons . 1) the contract they sent right before chexk in was insulting & disresoectful . They sent a legal agreement that said we were staying during High season abd chexk in couple be delayed couple hours . But still denanded chexk out same time abd sane rate . That upset me. 2) this is a big compsny that has about 90 aoartments . No communication exact a legal document. If hsve probkems email or call general number . I find rhat very impersonal. Thats why i didnt stay at a hotel. But no person service . 3) they had a cofee pot but no filter to put cofee in. Thats just weird . Do they expect us to buy a pack of cofee filters. That really should be part of the cofee pot. 4) not enough toilet paper . We atyed almost week. Ive never stayed at place that we ran out of toilet paper 5) its very noisey right by the highway. Even late at night trying to sit on deck very noisey with cars and early AM too..
Overall the place was fantastic & we had no big issues . And i woyld highly recommend staying .

I can't believe this place was available for me to stay. It was perfect. Perhaps the best STR I have ever used. The space itself was clean and beautiful. The pictures dictate that. What is missing from the listing is the proximity to Disney. Literally less than 10 minute drive to all parks with like three stop lights. It's got all kinds of restaurants etc around it that you could almost walk to.
Finally, the waterpark associated with the property is fantastic (Lazy river, spash-pad, slides, basketball court).
I just don't know what more anybody could ask for. Highly recommend.

-Early check-out with a cleaning person at our door exactly at 10:00 AM

When we booked this accommodation in Orlando, we were hoping for something nice, but nothing could have prepared us for just how stunning it was. When we walked in we were just blown away. The fantastic high ceilings really make the place look huge, and it was set out like a show home. A large "formal" area to eat, a smaller cosier area and a breakfast area. 4 superb sized bedrooms, 2 with ensuites went down really well. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we wanted from a fridge that made ice, to a coffee maker, to a pizza cutter! The addition of a pool table made for fun evenings. We did venture to the large pool and clubhouse area, but there is a smaller pool much closer that is much quieter, and this proved much more popular with us all after a day out and about. Location was great as well, being close to both Universal and Disney. Overall, we could not have asked for better accommodation for our holiday

The nearby smaller pool was nice and the larger pool with cabanas was just a short distance. Easy road access to other condos, grocery and restaurants. We will plan to stay here on our next visit.

The place was beautiful overall and a great stay with plenty of room and amenities. We were very comfortable there. The bedrooms were very nice as were the bathrooms. We had our one year old who loved to crawl around the large space. We would have liked to have access to wash clothes and more towels. The only other thing to note is a lot of the water faucets and door handles were loose. The condo could probably use a maintenance review to check things like that and tighten them up.

The place itself was beautiful and the pictures do not do this place justice! My only complaint would be the long line to get checked in at the gate & the elevator was not working when I stayed. Walking 4 flights of stairs with luggage wasn’t easy.

The public clubhouse and pool area were decent amenities, although they did close a bit early (9am-9pm) However, the condo was in need of a good amount of repairs, cleaning, and regular maintenance when we arrived. Firstly there was a glass nightstand that was broken in one of the master suites. The overhead mounted microwave was completely broken, and we had to use a countertop microwave for the duration of our stay. The remotes for the bedroom ceiling fans/lights did not work consistently and likely need new batteries. There was also a good amount of mold in one of the showers when we arrived. Another minor issue was that the pool sticks included for the pool table were in rough shape - one of them had a broken tip and was unusable… and the list goes on. For the price that we paid for the room and how meticulous the rules are for the condo, you would expect all the small issues like those listed previously to be taken care of. So with that being said, our stay was fine but I would not recommend this condo to anyone else, and we don’t plan to stay here again!
