Nestled in Pagosa Springs, this lovely condo for $181 per night is a great option for your next trip. This Charming Kitchenette with its eclectic mountain southwest decor is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It includes 1 Queen bed, a Twin bed in a separate room and a kitchenette for simple meal preparation (no stove/oven). Under the covered porch is a charcoal grill, table and chairs, with views overlooking downtown. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs' favorite restaurants. The apartment is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 2BR house and a 1BR studio, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor living spaces. It's possible to rent the whole property to accommodate up to 10 people. The other two units are the San Juan ID#4197229, and the Alberta ID#4274958.

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect size for the husband and I, TV - with access to the UT Bowl game, and walking distance to food plus shops and hot springs Bed was comfy, view was lovely and hosts were easy and fast on the communication. I loved the heater in the bathroom btw! Thank you for everything!!

This was an amazing property to stay at for little family’s! We took our child on a snowboarding trip for Christmas and the first day on the mountain our child got altitude sickness and the owners let us check in early to let him rest and start feeling better, which was extremely sweet of them! The place was very clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again if available!

As an single angler and hiker seeking fun in Pagosa Springs, the 250 (as I called it) was just the ticket. Comfortable bed, strong shower, and seating on the front patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It’s within walking distance of downtown and even has a nice view. If and when I come back, I’d definitely stay here again. Pagosa Springs was a great fun and I highly recommend the Williams Creek outfitters for a trout fishing expedition…ask for Bob!

The property was well-kept and clean. It had so many extras that you couldn't find in a hotel room...broom/dust pan first aid kit, fly swatter, little ironing board, convenient kitchenette, outdoor sitting, gas grill plus much more. We were just minutes from the spa and mineral pools which was very convenient. The only thing that bothered us was the loud traffic in the area and a small little shower. Other than that, the place fit our needs very well.

This property is perfect for 3 people! Really great location, very close to The Springs. Our property managers were very timely when we contacted them. Pagosa Springs, CO offers lots of entertainment, as well as relaxation. We’ll be back!

Very welcoming and comfortable. The patio was great because it rained so we sat under cover out there. The next day we hung out on the side yard looking across town in 2 really comfy chairs. We walked to lunch and also supper. Thank you We missed the 30+ poppies that were about to bloom.

This place is perfect for us. It’s very clean (something many other properties from other owners are not). Communication is great! This is the third time here and that speaks for itself. Looking forward to our next visit!

The property was very nice and provided everything we needed. It's 2 blocks from the main street and allowed us to rest after skiing. I had a few questions and Linda was very prompt with a response.

The location was great and close to everything. The shower is extremely small but the main issue was walls are very thin. It connects to two other units and we could hear everything and would get woke up very early…that was disappointing-being on vacation and getting woke up at 5am.

The heating/cooling options were excellent. Great location and security. Occasional deer sightings and peaceful vibe. The shower is very small, but functional. There were two times that we were disturbed by work that needed to be performed outside with water issues.
