This Bend vacation rental is located in the middle of the West side of Bend, Oregon and minutes via bike to Bend's mountain biking epicenter, the Phil's Trail Head System. Bend has been rated #1 in the country for diverse single track and well maintained mountain biking trails ranging from beginner to double black diamond rides presenting hundreds of miles of well-mapped and linked trails. Approximately 3,245 sq. ft. with an open and spacious floor plan, its perfect for your next family or group get away as this home sleeps 8. Situated to the left of the slate entry is a working office with twin sofa sleeper. The King Master Suite has a flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a private entry to the deck boasting mountain and Ponderosa Pine tree views. The home opens up to a large fully equipped kitchen with tile counter tops, 4 burner electric range and long expansive breakfast bar and formal dining for 8. The social kitchen faces the living room with a fireplace, large flat screen television, DVD player and is also furnished with a comfortable large sofa sectional. The entry to the deck with BBQ, which has mountain views is situated right off of the living room. Downstairs you will have a large play room equipped with a pool table/ping pong, bistro bar/table, flat screen TV and 3 more bedrooms. Bedrooms are - King in master with en suite bathroom, Jack and Jill dual sinks, stand up glass shower and walk in Closet. The bedroom as well has access to downstairs deck. Queen bedroom with night stands tables and 3rd bedroom is an Queen Bed with XL Twin Bunk Bed on Top and access to full bath with tub/shower combo and walk in closet. Come and enjoy all that Bend has to offer in this vacation home, perfect and convenient location, beautiful decor and the comfort of home! A stone's throw to NW Crossing and less than a half mile from the "Flaming Chicken" roundabout at Century Drive & Galveston. Easy access to all Bend's West side cafes, restaurants, boutiques and outdoor recreational businesses and downtown as well. Walk or ride to NW Crossing for another opportunity to experience more fine restaurants, markets and shops. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is approximately 18-20 minutes up Century Drive as well. The home has High Speed Internet Service (40 mbps) and Direct TV with over 140 channels. This home does not have A/C. Sorry - strict no pet policy at Quinn Creek due to owner allergies Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay

This is a lovely 4 bedroom home. Plenty of room. The upstairs office/pull out bed is extra space for another person to sleep if needed. Furnishings are nice. Kitchen is well stocked and house is well maintained. Great neighborhood. Especially loved the long walking path out back. Great location to everything. Will want to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The home was very clean and well laid out. This would be a great house for two families to rent. It has two large master bedrooms, plus several other rooms. The ping pong and pool table was great as well. The host was very responsive. My only disappointment was the heating system. The downstairs was very cold. I like a cool house, but the downstairs was essentially uninhabitable without space heaters in every room running 24x7. This was surprising for such a nice home. Everything else was perfect. I would find a competent HVAC contractor to evaluate the system.

Perfect house for 4 couples. No one was energetic enough after a day outside to use the pool table, but the deck and fire-table was well attended. The kitchen was well equipped for the few nights we ate in. The tv setup was too complicated for us old folks, which was just as well. WiFi was powerful enough for all the phones and computers. Management quickly responded to the heat/ac issue we had.

Perfect location to all things Bend. We went hiking and hit local restaurants and breweries. The house is steps away from biking and hiking trails. Loved it! When I heard the news of the passing of my cousin, my family decided to make the journey from Iowa to pay our respects. We had 5 adults traveling in from multiple locations. I needed a place we could stay that would allow us to visit as a family, but also have our own private space at night. This house did not disappoint!! We found it very clean, with enough aminities to enjoy ourselves. We would have really enjoyed the back deck area if it weren't so cold and snowy during our stay. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. We loved it.

The house was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you can think off. It also was well stocked with spices, coffee beans, coffee filters, etc. The house was very clean and spacious. It's about a 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor.

This was a fantastic house. The kitchen was really well equipped which we enjoyed since we all like to cook. The location was fantastic since it was only 30 minutes from Mt Bachelor. I really appreciated that the owners require shoes off in the house. I do the same in my own house and this made for a much cleaner house than most rentals. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Experience on property overall was excellent. In my occasion we had no heater down stairs and the fire place was out of service wish we ignore because portable heater on the house. We found really excessive fees from vrbo on this rental. I will consider other platforms next time.

One of the top VRBO properties we have stayed. Everything and more you could need. Kitchen unbelievably well stocked with cooking eating etc supplies. Had many spices and basic cooking needs. Great location! Very spacious. Loved the ping pong and pool table. Would recommend to any one!!

This home is a delightful retreat nestled in montane coniferous forest, yet within a suburban neighborhood with quick access to shopping and other venues in town. Sleeping accommodations are generous, with plenty of space for gathering and visiting. Kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. Two balconies/decks (one with a gas-powered fire pit) offer delightful outdoor relaxation. We hope to stay at this venue in future trips to Bend.

I loved this home! It was spacious, comfortable, well kept, clean and safe. The couch was so comfortable I didn't want to get up! I would absolutely love to rent this house again as it is right down the street from my husbands brothers house, whom we came to visit.
I would however like to comment on the cleaning fee. It's a lot. We followed the rules to the T, and are leaving this house near exactly the way it was when we first walked in. We stripped the beds upon leaving to get them ready to wash, did the dishes, took the trash out, and tidied up just as we would our own home. The cleaning fee of $299 is such a staggering amount when the housecleaners won't hardly have any work to do, (except again, wash the sheets, & a light dust mop) which does not equate to $299. On that note, It would be cool if there was a way for the renters to receive a portion of their cleaning fee back if there wasn't anything besides the basics to clean. Idk, such insensitive Might work out well for the owners, as consumers typically respond to reimbursements.
In any case we really enjoyed our stay, we couldn't have picked a better place than here.

Several of us from work stayed here for a work conference in Bend. We also hosted a few of our clients for dinner for one night. It was perfect for connecting with our clients and for employee bonding. Highly recommend staying here.
