The cozy one-bedroom getaway for up to four features a queen-size bed in a private room, a twin bunk tucked away in an alcove, with the full bathroom easily accessed in the hallway. Hang out in the living room and kitchen are while enjoying a DVD on the TV or just enjoy the peace and quiet as the wood-burning fireplace gently warms you up. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who like to cook while on vacation. On-site is a recreation center sauna, hot tub, pool, BBQ, Ping-Pong, and more. Here, you'll also find the shared, coin-operated washers and dryers. A free shuttle will take you to Mammoth Mountain Resort where you can find year-round outdoor activities. We just had the pleasure of staying in this wonderfully clean and cozy condo located conveniently close to the Mammoth ski area. The proximity to the slopes made our ski trips a breeze. The condo itself is a gem - it’s warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained. What stood out for us was the lovely bunk bed. Our daughter was thrilled with it! She had a wonderful time claiming the top bunk as her own little adventure space. The condo’s location, cleanliness, and comfort, coupled with the fun bunk bed, truly made our stay exceptional. It’s the perfect spot for families looking to enjoy the slopes and have a comfortable, homey place to return to. We can’t wait to come back next season!

Clean no frills unit. Faces busy street. Not a problem in winter but Street noise would be ussue in summer. Plenty of parking. Bit of a walk to office and jacuzzi. Fantastic skiing.

It was very convenient to Vons and other restaurants like Dish Bistro which is excellent.

+ points: Good size apartment with easy ground floor access, and parking (for two cars) right outside. Plenty of room for four people, and the extra bunkbeds mean you don't have to covert the sofa into a bed. Kitchen was well equipped for self-catering (although no coffee filters!) and the dining table is a nice addition too.
Unit location is excellent for access to the old town shopping and restaurants/bars, with everything in easy walking distance. Bike shops and coffee/breakfast restaurants all nearby too.
- points: Small deck and no room for a grill. The plumbing was noisy (in all 4 units apparently) - although I understand from a neighbour that was being looked into.
Overall it was perfect for us, and we would definitely stay here again!

Condo was showing its age but was everything I needed. Having a kitchen and separate sleeping spaces was a big plus. You can’t find a better place/location for the money. I would definitely go back.

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. It was advertised as two bedrooms, which isn't exactly true. There was an alcove with bunk beds. The ladder was in the bedroom. It did show a picture of this on the ad, but it did say bedroom. Rather than worrying about the ladder being in the way, I slept on the couch. The only minor concern I had was structural. The cupboard with the plates and glasses was located above the breakfast bar. A chair was needed to reach the kitchenware. It was a little tricky for three small women. Aside from that, it was small but cozy, clean, functional and priced right. Overall, it was a winner.

If I had known it was in the front of the complex, on busy Meridian Ave., I wouldn’t have reserved it. Cars driving by all night. The condo was very nice and spacious...had supplies already there like paper towels, tp, fire wood, fluffy bath towels. The Jacuzzi was great and huge. We will definitely call you again.

The property is clean and cute and in a perfect location. Close to everything and in a quite neighborhood. Perfect for a small family. Loved it!

This unit is in need of an update. We arrived on a cold winter night and it took quite a while to find the unit. It is not located near the lakes and Village as indicated in the listing, but very close to Vons. The unit is directly on Meridian Rd. While the parking is in a lot off to the side, it is necessary to walk on Meridian Rd outside of the snowbanks to get to the condo. I do not suggest this unit for people with small children.
Once we got inside, the unit was cold and took many hours to warm up. There were no extra blankets so we went to bed wearing our jackets and socks until it warmed up. We are used to a cool house as we keep our own house quite cool, but we sleep with warm blankets.
We could only get one station on the TV and the toaster was dirty and was smoking so we discountinued using it. The carpets and furniture are in need of a cleaning.

Mammoth Condo
Well supplied. Furniture is worn. Enjoyed our stay other than the last morning when a work crew began sawing and drilling in the neighboring unit.

Good home at a good location
The unit was good for what we needed. A place the family could spend the night. Decent proximity to Yosemite park. The cleaning fee was relatively high but overall it was a decent price. There is a swimming pool and pool table and a ping pong table. We didn't have time to use them but it is nice to have.

We love going up to mammoth your place had everything that is needed the condo could use some upgrades but when you go to a place like mammoth your not there just for the condo your there for the experience of the serias I would love to own your condo

Beautiful little cozy bottom floor condo...with all the necessaries....kitchen, fireplace,view, comfy beds,lots of space...great location! I would love to rent this spot again...for a fun Mammoth experience, thankyou VACASA

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very quiet and warm.
Everything was clean upon arrival, and upon departure the cleaning team was there to clean.

Good Stay - Good Condo
We had a good weekend. Directions to get keys, get to unit, etc. were very clear.
Positives
- Good floor plan with plenty of beds for our family of 4.
- Location - good proximity to Vons, restaurants, etc.
- Other than the busy road, it was very quiet. No noisy neighbors.
- In general, everything you see in the pictures is how the condo is. No real surprises.
Negatives
- Saw a mouse, managed to get it outside. Then found a dead mouse. Management was fairly responsive and got back to us by the end of the day.
- We were asked to do the dishes before leaving, but there was no dish soap for the dishwasher we could find.
- Bedroom faces Meridian Blvd., sort of busy and loud.
- Place wasn't cleaned real well when we arrived. Not extremely dirty (except for the dead mouse), just not a great cleaning job. With young kids we're more sensitive to things being cleaned. Carpet could use a good cleaning.
All of these negatives were relatively minor and didn't really have an adverse effect on our stay. The unit is older, and shows some wear in places, but overall, it was in good condition. The price reflects some of the minor issues as this unit was cheaper than most other 1 bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
