About this condo rental
Situated in Panama City Beach, this charming condo for $259 per night is a great option for your next trip. **Clean and Spacious 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the 14th Floor. It has a Comfortable King Bed, Twin Bunk Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Condo sleeps 6 and has plenty of room for a relaxing vacation! You can see the breathtaking Emerald Water from the Balcony of the 14th Floor. Two full size bathrooms are a plus for the Family! The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook a night or two! We provide Beach Towels, an Umbrella and Beach Toys. We also offer Beach Chairs and a folding table for a great day at the Beach! All the beach supplies are in the Condo for our Guest to use. The Condo offers WI-FI and Cable. Delicious Seafood Restaurants (Sharky's and Runaway Island) are within walking distance to Emerald Beach Resort. Pier Park is less than a mile away and offers Entertainment, Shopping and several eateries for the entire Family!

Comfy couches and not a lot of trinkets and things around for my toddler to be tempted by. Perfect for a family with small kids. Really nice balcony furnishings! Also, probably the best condo/hotel bed I’ve slept in yet!

The overall resort is excellent! All the amenities around condominiums was great! People were friendly & resort very clean. And loved festive decorations. The pool was nice & warm as well as sauna. Our unit had beautiful view of ocean from 14th floor. I would’ve liked to see view of pool as well, but couldn’t from this unit. Unit nice size especially for just the two of us. Unit could use a few updates like trouble with curtains on balcony doors wouldn’t slide easily & kept getting stuck, ice dispenser didn’t work through door had to open door & get out of dispenser tray (but still provided enough ice), one of chairs at kitchen table extremely wobbly, velvet couches outdated & worn in, but everything else worked and was great! We had two days that cable went out, but we finally found out that the entire complex was out, But once someone from the complex notified cable company they came & had problem fixed! We had a couple of unexpected interruptions two days where bug spray company had to come in unit to spray. Then another day maintenance had to come in our unit cause they thought there was a leak coming from our unit to unit below so they were in & out a few times. But wasn’t a problem with our unit. Christine was our contact person & she was extremely nice & always answered immediately when we needed her!! Overall this unit was very nice & Christine was excellent to work with! We only had two days of good sunny weather. But we enjoyed our stay for the week! Thanks!!

I am beyond thrilled with this enormous property (especially for just 2 people) with all the necessities! Some rentals are missing linens or towels or utensils and pans, things broken but this place was stocked, comfortable, in perfect running order and absolutely stunning view. However, by far the best property manager Ms Cindy who literally was the icing on this overall rave review. So communicative and kind and amazing instructions. Thank you Pisces sister for all the special touches you added to our much needed few days away.

This condo was everything it was described to be, and more! Everything was extremely clean, there was easy access to everything, and there was a welcome notebook with info on local restaurants and things to do. I loved that so many things were provided that your normally don't get with a beach rental: beach towels, chairs, beach toys. It was so nice not having to bring all that stuff with me.
The communication with Christine was great! She was always quick to respond and when I reached out about adding a night at the beginning of my trip, she had it handled in about 15 minutes. I was a little worried about getting lost from the parking deck to the condo but the email you receive before you arrive gave very clear instructions so it wasn't an issue.
As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe staying in the condo and walking the property. My favorite part of the trip was sitting on the beach watching the sunset each night. It was some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. I can't wait to come back next fall.

We can not say enough about our fantastic experience staying in this condo. Our room was beautiful and exactly as expected. The owner of the condo is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. The resort itself has amazing amenities, and it is in a perfect location to walk to a lot of different surrounding restaurants and souvenir shops. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will be looking to stay in this room again.

This condo was excellent with amenities, cleanliness and location. The unit itself was perfect. It had everything we needed . The bed was comfy, the water pressure was great and the unit was super clean! Check in was at 2, which we realized was very convenient since the busiest elevator and parking garage time was 4… we didn’t have to wait for an elevator and easily found parking near the garage elevator every time we left … the only potential issues I could mention was the master tub is very deep, so may not be ideal for someone with issues stepping in and out … and the master bedroom does not face the gulf (I didn’t notice when I booked , my husband pointed it out ) neither of these things were a problem for us … we booked last minute , so cleanliness was my main concern and it definitely did not disappoint. Thank you!

We were so lucky to have found this gem of a condo when searching last minutes for places to stay when evacuating from Idalia. Christine was an absolutely incredible host who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is in excellent condition and was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed access to the beach umbrellas and toys provided with the condo, and also spent a considerable amount of time in the beautiful pools! We definitely plan on booking again in the future!

The room was exactly as pictured. We originally were only suppose to stay 3 nights, but ended up staying an extra night. Mrs. Christine was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and responded quickly. We would definitely book with her again.

The family and I really enjoyed our stay, everything was what we expected and more. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and a very comfortable room with everything needed for our week long vacation ready to go. The cherry on top was Christine, she was great! Very easy to contact, I spoke with her on the phone and by text multiple times before and during my stay as it was my first time in the area. She answered and accommodated all inquiries promptly. Will be back for sure!

It was a perfection place for our vacation extension and Christine did everything she could and more to make it worth the effort to move from the house we were staying and extend our vacay and the condo was stacked with all the essentials and more! Truly, Christine made it like home away from home! Weather and condo was perfect!

The condo was beautiful and Christine was a blessing. We will definitely stay here again. The elevators in the building are the only issue we had with our stay. They took forever to get on / off of. Like 20+ minutes at some points. It was a really busy weekend with Jeep Jam going on so maybe that's what caused the delay but other than that, it was amazing!

This has been, by far, my favorite trip to Florida! Where to begin? Christine is amazing! Even before the trip, her communication was great. She offered us an early check in which was great because we were only able to stay for the weekend, due to my kids having school. The day we hit the road, i recieved an email with all of the info(and more) for our stay and also a text message from Christine letting us know that we could reach out if we needed anything. When we arrived to the room, she was inside doing some extra straightening up and making sure our room was perfect and nice and clean for us. I was so happy to meet her because she even further explained everything from the wristbands for the pools, to restaurants and things to do around the resort. She also had several beach items and toys we were free to use, which my kids LOVED ! I would definitely book from Christine again, she helped make our trip so perfect.Thank you so much !

We had a wonderful stay, nice large living room/kitchen. Wasn't cramped like other condos. We loved the porch setup with lounger and tall chairs. All in all, great condo and fun stay for the family.

For the price it was really great. The view was gorgeous the unit had enough space and was clean. Two things that would make this place much better: 1. New mattresses (primary bed was awful and clearly needs to be replaced). Both the bunk beds and the primary bad rattled and made noise with any movement and they are uncomfortable so there was a lot of tossing and turning. 2. New Linen and towels: They look worn and it’s a low cost way to upgrade and make guest feel like they are using clean linens. I appreciated that the owner left some dishwasher tabs, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. I also appreciated that the internet worked and the TV. Again the place is not fancy but it is a great value. The reason we won’t stay there again is because of the location and the building. There was no enforcement of the no smoking rules and everyday we could smell cigarette and marijuana smoke coming from some where below. It was also loud at night (I think I thought Spring Breakers had moved on but there was some of that) and the elevator situation was annoying in that one bank didn’t work and we got stuck in one for a short time. Also if you are someone that wants to work out the gym was very dirty and just not maintained. I think this place is great if you are unbothered by the building and location issues.

We absolutely loved this condo on the 14th floor at Emerald Beach and will definitely be staying here again in the future to come. Top 3 best beach vacation stays ever. I loved how high up the 14th floor is, and non-beach living people could sit on balcony of the unit and still see the entire family playing and swimming in the water. Perfect!!

I could go on and on about the condo. It had everything you could need. We packed clothes and personal things- everything else we needed was at the condo which made surprising our boys super easy and fun. We will definitely be back
