Check in is 2:00 P.M and Check out is 10:00 A.M The maids are on a tight schedule and If you are not out by 10:00 a.m and need the maids need to come back, you will be charged double maid service. Things to bring to The Mammoth Escape: 1. 2 Queen Sheet Sets, 1 Twin Sheet Set, Blankets & Pillows (we provide blankets and pillows.) 2. Bath and Hand Towels, Toiletries 3. Food, Condiments 4. Thank for visiting our condo in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. If you love the cabin feel, then this is the place for you!! This 1 bedroom/1 .25 bath mountain condo is very unique. Please scroll down and look at my pictures. I have a 32" flat screen in the bedroom and a 46" flat screen in the living room. Both with blue ray player and a collection of dvd's. We have wifi and Fire TV(please log out when leaving). We have board games, books, xbox 360. There are a few sleds in the closet for some fun in the snow. Don't let the bears scare you in Mammoth, we have a big collection of stuffed animals and figurines in our place, so you can feel the environment you are in. If you just want to kick back by a wood burning fireplace while in the mountains, you can do that too. You may also want to visit to the spa to relax after a big day of snowboarding, skiing or hiking. There is also a swimming pool, a bbq and washer and dryers available for your use. There is a huge parking lot for this complex and you can park right in front. It is on the first floor, so in the winter it is easy access!! No going up stairs. Yeah!! Please note there are two steps up to a huge log bed and two steps leading up the the front door so it is not wheelchair accessible. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes pots and pans, spices, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, full fridge and freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. Just bring food and condiments!!! Sleeping arrangements are 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 twin sleeper sofa in living room. If you are too tired to cook after a long day of skiing or fishing you can walk to local restaurants. Bring your kids and eat great food or hang out in the bar. Walk to Vons and there is a Starbucks inside!! At Vons center there is Carls Jr. and Giovanni's which has great pizza. Also in the Vons center is The Chocolate Factory, Color Me Mine, Minaret Cinemas, and Tail Waggers. Across from Vons is Mammoth Sporting Goods Bike Shop, Oaktree, Salsas and Dominos Pizza. Going toward The Stove Restaurant is Country Liquor and Jalapenos Restaurant. While still on Old Mammoth Road and going toward the main highway you have Quiznos, Chart House, Mike and Millie's Pizza/Sandwiches, Subway, Deli, TrueValue Hardware, Coffee Shop, Rite Aid, Footloose Snowboard Shop, Health Food, and Trout Outfitters. There are also some cool thrift shops and gift shops. We have a 'Hot List' email to let our customers know of last minute cancellations and special offers. The address is located in La Residence IV at 2443 Sierra Nevada Road #O2 (look for building O, unit 2 on the back side first floor) Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 I do have a paypal account!! I also accept Checks, Cash, Master Card, American Express and Visa Card via Square Trade. Half of the total payment will be due now, and the other half will be due 3 weeks before your stay. We had a really nice time. The condo was very cute with the decorated bears. Our girls loved looking at them. There were clear instructions on what to do. Location was great.

My family really enjoyed our time here at David’s condo. Clean and great location, walkable to the Von’s and various restaurants in and around Minaret Village. Great value and we will definitely look to book again.

This adorable cabin was decorated with rustic log furniture and adorable bears everywhere! It was efficient, well laid out and well stocked with cooking equipment, cleaning supplies and labeled for easy usage. You do need to bring your own linens, towels,spices, and clean before you leave, but we were able to check in at 2pm instead of 4 which is a great perk! The heat worked well and it was easy parking, close to stores. There is a bus stop right by but it was not running yet as we were there early December and they started a week later. Central location was great! Owners were accessible and very helpful getting in and answering queations.Wonderful relaxing week!

Super comfortable bed. Very nice accommodations. Condo on outside but once you're inside its more of a well appointed log cabin. Very nice. I did bring some food n snacks but didn't think about coffee. Some k-cups would have been great

Loved the place. Cute and clean. Everything we needed was right there and easy to deal with. Beds were comfortable but approaching the end of their life span. Both had a small sag in the middle but nothing sleep disturbing. Shower could use a non-slip mat and a higher shower head as well. Living room heater could stand to be turned down some as it got too warm at times. But, overall we had a great experience here and would totally return. Owners obviously care about this place and it shows.

The place was very close to the ski resort and supermarket. It was very convenient for a family of 4 to be near the canyon lodge (5min drive) The condo had everything we needed. It was quiet (and covered with snow!) and we would definitely come back.

We planned a quick trip but 395 closed down and we needed to extend our stay for 2 extra nights. David's communication was quick and greatly appreciated. The condo location made running into town easy and the first floor location is perfect after a long day of skiing. My boyfriend and I also enjoyed the board game collection :)

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at David's property in Mammoth Lakes. It was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed, and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed all the cute woodsy cabin decor and all the bears, more bears than we could count. My husband said he would love to stay here again. After a long day of hiking and exploring, this condo was the perfect place to rest and relax.

This condo was a convenient and very adequate place from which we could enjoy and explore the region surrounding Mammoth Lakes. It is well stocked with all we needed. The only things we had to bring, in addition to food and beverages, were bed sheets and towels.

Property owner very responsive. Place is convenient to anywhere you want to go in & around Mammoth Lakes. Cute 1 bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, 1 1/4 bath. Great for 2 people who want a great deal. If you’re willing to bring own linen & clean up before checking out this is for you.

Mammoth Escape was everything we could have asked for. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and our communication with David was incredible.
