Nestled in Cabo San Lucas, this attractive condo for $321 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. You will love this condo, beautiful view, and private!!! Essential to book early or will absolutely be gone during high Season Nov1-April 30th. Come to Cabo, the location of my unit 152 is absolutely perfect. This quiet Unit 1592+ large patio sq ft Condo (almost 2000 sf total) w/ 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, patio with large couch - sleeps 4 . This unit is downstairs you can walk out directly onto the sand. Amazing view from patio and master bedroom, beautiful birds and flowers on patio. This unit is displayed on a private beach and is ideal for a romantic getaway, a friend's excursion, or families. It's located within 100 yards of the new infinity pool and then the Pacific Ocean, in the only ''Private-Ownership'' Ocean-Front condo project in Cabo. This unit is very private, you can walk out to the sand from the patio. The 322 sq ft patio, master bedroom and part of lounge all overlook the pool and ocean. Outdoor BBQ, new living room furniture fall 2021 with new artwork, new bar/entertainment center built in Oct 2018. This unit has Streaming TV for 42" flat screen TV and upgraded Wi-Fi. New coffee maker (May 2019) and smaller standard coffee maker. This unit is quiet and relaxing. Recently had inside trim/doors painted. (Sept 2017) Living area is kept with Mexican theme so you don't feel like you are staying in a Hilton, Las Vegas, or any other cookie cutter condo/timeshare, Bedrooms decorated with relaxing sea and nautical décor. TERRASOL stretches down the sand to the Pacific and is just a short walk to the towering boulders at the very end of the Baja Peninsula. Our mile long stretch of beach, free from vendors and noisy water sports is ideal for walking, surf fishing, sunbathing, reading or simply sitting and gazing at the spectacular waves and whales (in the winter). You can enjoy the beach and ocean views from both of our heated pools at the Pacific's edge, one with a swim-up palapa bar (drinks and food available.) The water is drinkable at Terrasol. There is also a tennis court, basketball court, ping pong table and gym on site, a small library, and a third smaller wading pool with a fountain. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained and landscaped with native plants. A place of great serenity, yet it is within easy 3–10-minute walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shopping areas, the marina, and other beaches. Taxis, bike taxi's, water taxis. and UBER, are also always available and local buses are in immediate area. In addition, our extremely courteous, Spanish/English speaking staff can help you arrange tours and answer any questions you may have, as well as 24-hour gated security. There is maintenance staff daily, and cleaning service as needed (for a fee) as needed. There is a tennis court, basketball court, fire pits (near infinity pool). Terrasol is a quiet community, and renters should be respective of neighbors. Due to the location at the tip of Baja the currents are very strong and swimming in the ocean on this beach is not allowed. A short 5-10+ minute walk to the gulf has plenty of swimmable ocean or farther up north on the pacific side for swimming/surfing. The water taxis are at the marina and can take and pick you up anywhere you want to spend time on the water or beaches. I have small ice chests and beach blanket for day trips. New air conditioners and water heater. Appliances 3 years old. There is a separate drink refrigerator in the bar. Yes, it is Safe to Visit Cabo San Lucas, probably safer than most towns in the USA .5 million tourists come to Cabo every year. There is something for everyone in Cabo. When you leave you will be planning your return trip! I am easily accessible, and my goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable, carefree relaxing vacation. The condo has everything you need; dishes, cooking utensils (even though we ate out for every meal), spices, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. You get the ocean view from the outdoor patio and master bedroom, and the Marina is a 5 min walk away. Kathy was great about answering all of my questions.

we stayed for 3 nights ahead of a company trip and it was a great location for us as it was only a 5 minute walk to the marina. condo was very clean when we arrived. Carlos at the front desk was very really nice. i appreciated that we werent roped into a 1 hour+ timeshare type sales pitch at check in that's common at many of the all inclusive type resorts in the area. We decided to rent a car one day and Carlos was very accomodating getting us a decent rate with National - who dropped the car off for us within an hour. Food at the restaurant was a great value - huevos ranchers was amazing. We look forward to coming back with family next time and staying at Terrasol!

This was one of our favorite vacations!!! Kathy was a wonderful host, answered all the questions we had and gave us great tips. The condo has everything you need and then some. We loved that the resort was fairly quiet and private, but if you wanted a fun night out, it was a quick walk to all the action of DT Cabo. We will be back!!

Great unit in a great complex. Unit had everything you could possibly need for your stay and owner/property manager communicated with us before and during the stay. Pool bar was open for breakfast and lunch. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Short walk to the marina area. View was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Will definitely return.

First timer to Cabo and this condo made it a perfect trip. The location is very close to town so whether you're into shopping, partying or eating you're in a perfect spot! The view from the patio is wonderful and just a short walk down to one of two pools and the beach.
Check-in was so easy, literally took less than a minute. Condo was very clean! No issues with bugs whatsoever. We had a car and parking was never an issue. Gated entrances, very polite and accommodating staff. Overall a great rental! Thank you Kathy!

A perfect stay
We recently stayed in Kathy’s home during a 10 day family vacation. Her home was perfectly set up for two couples with king sized beds and adjoining en-suite washrooms. Kathy’s unit offered amazing views of the ocean from every corner of the space. We spent most mornings and evenings taking in the beautiful sites from the patio. The pool was only a few steps away along the concrete path. Just perfect for moving back and forth during the days at the pool. She has filled her home with every amenity you could need including most basics for preparing meals at home. You can tell Kathy considers this her second home as it’s filled with comfortable touches and inviting decor. We can’t wait for a return trip!

Kathy's unit is located in a great location, just several steps from the parking lot but is very private. The bedrooms were wonderful and the mattresses were very comfortable. The best part of the condo was sitting on the back patio while the sun comes up in the morning drinking your coffee. The unit is well stocked with the basic needs for cooking and plenty of essentials for your basic needs such as TP and paper towels. The back of the unit has a great view of the pool and the ocean can even watch a cruise ship coming into or leaving the port from the patio. The unit has a table with 5 chairs and two lounge chairs to enjoy on the patio. While we were there we saw several whales from the patio and had an unusual experience of turtles hatching and making their way to the water. The infinity pool next to the beach was a great spot and we never had problems getting a chair, compared to the complex next door when you have to get out at 7 AM to get a place to sit. The complex is very quiet except when the resort next door has activities going on at their pool, not bad but reminds you why you chose to go to Terra Sol, for pure relaxation. Terra Sol is located next to Playa Grande and it is a short walk into town or the harbor. There are several restaurants in town and the harbor area with some of the best food I have experienced at such a reasonable price. Kathy is a very gracious host and was very responsive to all my annoying questions, I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Very nicely set up condo with everything you need for a home away from home. Right at Lands End on the other side of the arch. Can't swim in that side but it is very relaxing to hang out on the beach plus you can swim at the pool. Great location right next to downtown but not close enough to be sketchy.

Kathy is a wonderful host, thinks of everything to make our stay in her condo more enjoyable. Terrasol is a perfect location as a base for a great vacation. We walked everyday to the harbor and the town to shop. Restaurants within walking distance were superb.

Quiet and close to the marina
Great location that’s close to the marina, but away from the hustle and bustle. The patio leads directly to the beach, and has a lovely patio. Its bougainvillea arch and visiting hummingbirds, wrens, orioles, and woodpeckers perfectly frame the ocean view from the patio dining set. We really enjoyed that tranquility!
The owner of this unit kept it very well stocked, and the amenities were appreciated. We enjoyed that each room had a King-sized bed and bathroom.
The Terrasol complex is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the gate, front desk, and palapa bar are responsive and friendly.
Terrasol is within easy walking distance of Manta Scuba and Cabo Adventures. The marina is quite expansive, and has a variety of shops, restaurants, and excursion/activity vendors, including water taxis.
Playa Empacadora is a 10-minute walk from the property, with calm water, a nice beach, and plenty of fish to see while snorkeling. If the sun is too bright, vendors will happily set up an umbrella for you to use.
If you’re looking for a busier scene with lots of tourists and vendors, catching a water taxi will get you to famous Medano Beach just north of the marina. It’s got several beachside bars and restaurants, along with a huge variety of vendors of wares and water activities.
Prospective renters are advised by the owner that the patio door lock can be accidentally engaged when closing the patio door. It’s good to keep the house keys in your pocket, especially if there’s not a member of your group inside the unit.

I would definitely stay there again. Also, the front desk was very helpful in setting up my COVID test for my trip back to the U.S.
