The main living/dining area has a queen sized sofa sleeper and a twin sized love seat sleeper, a large dining table with six chairs and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. The Microwave, Stove and Refrigerator have been upgraded to Stainless Steel. The master bedroom is furnished with the national geographic West Indies collection by Lane and includes a king sized black, distressed four poster bed, bachelors chest, comfortable shell chair and armoire with TV and DVD. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two over sized teak rocking chairs. The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. The separate bath area has a brand new custom tiled shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf. The second bedroom is furnished with a bead-board pine queen sized bed and with over sized night tables and an armoire with TV and DVD. The bunk room (third bedroom) has a wall mounted, smart TV with drawers for storage and a brand new twin over double bunk bed. We had the best time! Don't count on the onsite shop to be open but other than that it was so convenient and quiet. We don't like being in the middle of chaos so this fit us perfectly!

Condo owners where very accommodating, making sure we got checked in okay and that everything was perfect. We did not have any troubles with anything during our stay. It was amazing and truly a “taste of paradise” for myself and for my family. The location of the unit and condominiums were PERFECT AND CONVENIENT. We were able to check in early as the owner let us know when it was ready for check in. We will hopefully be returning again to this exact same unit. THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL AT HOME.

Tim's location is the perfect 3rd floor corner location. Fully stocked. We spent seven days & six nights, it has easy access to beach after 9 am. There was more than enough room for everyone, and then some. Short easy drives to numerous eateries and attractions. Our only complaint was when the beach had severe rip tides, but that was ok, we had the pools and hot tub. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise, you and your family will love it.

This condo is perfect for a large family. The 4 bedrooms (2 Masters) allow everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals for a large group. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is very well maintained and clean. The heated pools are perfect for the little kids. A large “splash pad” pool for the younger kids and the zero entry large pool is a perfect place to play. And the beach….Wow! World class sugar sand beach is amazing. Do not hesitate to book this unit.

Compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, this was the absolute best!

-accommodations were great, clean, roomy
-heated pool was perfect for our winter trip
-communication with owner was convenient w/ quick responses
-we were able to adjust the ac/heat which made it much more comfortable for our group (we’ve stayed at places that didn’t allow that)
-kitchen was stocked with all if not most kitchen appliances and gadgets
-appliances all seemed fairly updated and worked as should
-close by to Walmart and all the main restaurants
-perfect spot on the semi private beach

The Boardwalk Resort is really nice. The pool is big. There are two hot tubs outside. Everything is handicap accessible. The food at the outdoor bar and grill was really good.
The four bedroom condo was spacious and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Boardwalk Resort.

The owner is very accommodating—texted to let us know we could check in early. Kitchen is well stocked. Our extended family of 10 stayed her comfortably. This was our second stay at this condo. Beautiful views from the balcony of the beach and pool. The condo has an on-site restaurant with good food and drinks.

This was our 10th year staying at the Boardwalk. We've never stayed on the 3rd floor but it was really quick and convenient going back and forth. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Boardwalk Resort. We had 7 adults and 5 littles ranging from 13 down to 7 weeks. There was plenty of space for us to not feel crowded. Overall the unit is excellent. Only minor criticism is that the mattresses may be too soft (possibly a personal preference) and that the temperature is difficult to control in the master shower. Beach and pools are really nice, especially for young children.

The boardwalk condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was just far enough away that we didn't feel crowded by other large condos. Enough elevators that we never really had to wait. The restaurant/bar was very nice and served great food. Loved the kid zone and splash pad. Pool was nice. I like that the condo had two access to beach but you could really only use one. The other didn't have a place to rinse off the sand and they locked the gate whenever they closed the pool. This made several guest very mad through our stay. Overall very nice condo. Would stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The balcony was nice to sit on both in the morning while drinking our coffee or in the early evening enjoying the breeze. The location being on the 3rd floor was perfect to look down and see grandchildren in the pool enjoying themselves. Beach was right there for us to use. Loved the stay and the owners kept in touch with us from start to finish. Definitely would recommend this rental!

This property is in a great location, on the beach but away from the main drag but an easy drive to necessary places like walmart and walgreens. Our group of 8 adults found the property very accommodating for being together, but also couples could have their own space. The porches were great! To accommodate up to 14 people, privacy would be lacking though. The owner (property manager) was easy to contact and when we had an issue with the dishwasher, he made it right.

Thank you for the opportunity to rent your condo. The condo and the complex were perfect for our group. We never felt on top of eachother and had 4 teenagers and a 3 yr old with. The layout was nice and having 2 masters, both with ocean views was wonderful. It made sharing with another family doable. Master 1 shared the large balcony out front. Master 2 had its own small balcony on the side of the building. Since there is nothing built in the lot next door, it offered ocean views also. You could even lay in bed and see the water from either Master. This was the most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. This made cooking for a large party so much easier. Honestly if we needed it there was a 99.9% chance it was in that kitchen outside of the food of course. The complex was in a great location. Walmart could be walked to if needed which made shopping much easier. Tip: Go to Walmart at 7 am. It is the busiest Walmart I have ever seen. We went Saturday am at 7 am and there was only 3 other cars in the lot. Souvenirs within walking distance. Pineapple Willy's was within walking distance. We did have vehicles with and the traffic was far less down by the condo which made getting around easier. If we had to go down by pier park it was a 30-45 minute drive due to traffic in that area. The State park was easily accessible and offered a nice calm beach for swimming and snorkeling. It also had a great beach for body surfing. There are charcoal grills there if you want to grill out. The condo complex did have some more strict rules for the month of March, as did the city. Such as no alcohol at the pool or on the beach. We just put our drinks in metal cup and had no issues. The pool was beautiful and heated. The hot tub was actually hot. The kids splash area was getting a make over while we were there and 1 of the hot tubs. There was security at the complex and that made us feel comfortable to allow our teenagers a little more freedom. Parking was nice. We were happy to be on floor 3 but surprisingly the elevators were really fast. A few in our party do not like heights so this was perfect and we still had wonderful views. Tim was very responsive. We asked about being able to grill and he very quickly pointed us to 2 places we could. He checked on us mid week which really felt like a nice personal touch. I honestly can say the only complaint I had was having to leave!

When traveling with little ones you need a soft place to land - this condo was it!
When we arrived the little ones (2, 3, and 5) needed a nap- this condo offers many "spots" for little ones to take a snooze while the adults can talk.
The master is where we stayed and the view is perfect.
We loved the beach chairs rental for the week, the spacious bar and countertops, the three - yes, THREE coffe makers, the extra blankets, the softest sheets, and the big bath tubs!
We also loved the locAtion of this condo- quick trip to the grocery for an ingredient while cooking, or running out to get some really great seafood- you won't spend a lot of time in the car.
We loved Tim's willingness to suggest great places to eat. We took the advice and rented a boat at Lagoon Pontoons- that was a priceless memory.
We love this condo and will never forget this trip! Thank you Knight family! We will be back!

Great week great condo! Easy check in, everything was waiting on the table (parking passes, wristbands for pool). The condo was well kept and clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. We enjoyed playing cards at the large dinning table. Tim was one of the best I have ever rented from. He kept us informed on the weather (Hurricane Hermine ) threat and made sure we made it safe. He also checked on us during the week to make sure we were having a good time. The balcony had an awesome veiw and we even got a glimpse of dolphins playing one morning. The resort itself is well kept and the security guards and staff are very friendly. This unit includes a lot of extra amenities other units do not have (beach chairs, gym use and even secured us extra parking.) Thanks for sharing your unit with our family.

Our family has been taking family vacations for the past five years at various spots on the Alabama and Florida gulf coast. Boardwalk at Panama City Beach is the first place that all family members have agreed that we would come back without hesitation. The condominium was clean and well-equipped. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner with the rental. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pristine beach, pool and Tiki bar. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to be back next year.

This was a beautiful condo. The Boardwalk Beach resort had a beautiful pool and nice beach. The condo was very nice. The owner is hands on to help meet your needs. We had a great family vacation. I've been coming to PCB my whole life, having stayed at most of the well known beach front resorts. I have to say, Boardwalk is my new home away from home! Currently, there's only one tower, so the beach is not nearly as crowded compared to many of the other resorts with twin buildings and the amenities are well appointed. The parking area is adjacent to the bldg, so there's no catwalk to negotiate. This unit is fabulous! Great third floor end unit with huge balcony, AND a secondary balcony off the "in-law suite"...both with great views of the gulf. My family stayed for the week, with four adults and four children. We had plenty of room, and everyone slept great. The unit owners have even placed a memory foam cover on the sleeper sofa, which was very comfortable. The unit is well furnished and nicely decorated. Best of all, the owners were very responsive, easy to work with and provided additional information for great local restaurants (off the beaten path) and other excursions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!

We take our children and grandchildren on a vacation every year. We usually book through VRBO. We must say that this unit was one of the best. It was everything that the description says and more. The location is great and the facilities are very well maintained and clean. Our entire family enjoyed our time together at the condo. Their was plenty of space for all ten of us! Tim is great to work with and is available if there is any type of problem. There are restaurants in walking distance.
