About this condo rental
Situated in Daytona Beach Shores, this charming condo for $340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Shores Club in Daytona Beach Shores is a direct oceanfront condominium located on a pristine, quiet no-drive beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1250 sq. ft. condo was remodeled and decorated just a few years ago and includes beautiful tile floors, granite counter tops, high end appliances and professionally adorned furniture and decor. The unit is a 9th floor unit offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic and the beach. This unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The second bedroom and back balcony feature wonderful sunset views of the Halifax River and the Intercostal Waterway. Sorry, no single night rentals - minimum weekly rental (monthly rates available September-April only). All the amenities of home can be found here, including a large flat screen TV in the living room, a DVD player, wireless Internet and TV's in all the bedrooms. There is a private, full-size washer and dryer available as well. Linens and towels are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers. It is a very safe area, and the building has electronic locks on all outside doors and secure main-level garage parking. Daytona Beach Ocean Views – This is what Florida vacation rental is all about! The best view at the condominium is from the large balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. It provides a 180 degree panoramic view up and down the beach and out to sea. Dolphins are seen regularly and manatees have been known to be sighted. Seabirds are often seen diving on schools of fish visible from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front balcony, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private bath. The second bedroom twin queen size beds. This bedroom offers views of the Intercostal waterway. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishware and cookware. The living room, with its comfortable large sofas and twin recliners provides a nice conversation or TV viewing area. There is a large flat screen TV for you to sit back and enjoy your favorite programs after a day of sun and fun. The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean-side. There are also BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. Want a little exercise? The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna for your use. The area has a wide variety of activities: -Lighthouse Point Park– 4 miles down the beach. A beautiful 52-acre park that features a fishing pier, hiking nature trails, wildlife, an observation tower, swimming and picnicking. Over 2 miles of shoreline and beach. Nearby is a kayak nature trail. - Ponce Preserve - 3 miles - a 41 acre nature preserve that includes a boardwalk out to the Halifax River with 3 covered gazebos, kayak and canoe launches and a fishing dock. Great area for bird watching, picnic areas and a new playground for children. - Golf - The area has many nice golf courses. The renowned LPGA International Champions and Legends courses features 36 holes of championship golf – 16 miles. Golf Digest recently ranked Daytona Beach in the top 15 places to play in the nation. - Shopping & Dining – Short beach walk to Sunglow Pier restaurant Crabby Joes; multiple waterfront restaurants within 5 minutes. It was very clean! Furniture was like new. Fun time playing tennis on the onsite courts. Owner responded to my questions within mins. The only thing is that the washer and drier aren’t “in” the unit. But no biggie. Thanks!

This condo unit is beautiful. We stayed in quite a few condos in Daytona -- this unit is the top of the line. It is very clean and comfortable. We definitely will come back. We truly cannot say anything negative about our experience.

We were less than satisfied with this stay. It started out with the keypad to enter the unit not working. Fortunately, owner was very responsive and immediately had their onsite contact come let us in— the prompt fix was appreciated. But when we walked in, the kitchen light was broken. We immediately let the owner know, and he said he would “try” to get someone over there to fix it. There was never any contact or efforts to fix it during our 3 day stay and the lack of lighting rendered the kitchen useless and unsafe for use in the evening, even having the remaining lights all on. The way the unit is set up makes that kitchen area that is tucked in the corner very dark, so it was not safe to be handling knives or use a stove with limited visibility. There were a lot of beach towels available (which was appreciated!), but bath towels were stained, dingy, and in rough shape. The secondary bedroom was very musty smelling. There were air fresheners scattered around the unit to try to conceal the smell, but it wasn’t working. Primary bed was pretty worn and uncomfortable. The unit’s surfaces were clean, but things like bath mats and comforters were not fresh for our stay.
We had family staying in 4 other units on the property and every single one of them was much nicer than this one and cost less. We love this property since it is nice and quiet, easy access to a quiet area of the beach, and the permanent residents are all very kind. But I’d suggest getting a different unit.

The property was just what I was expecting. The unit and building were well maintained. The room had what we needed in the kitchen for cooking and such. I will say that the icemaker is a tad slow, but noting buying a bag of ice didn't fix. Parking can be a little tricky if you have an extra large SUV. It may have been just me, but the 6'2" height for the lower level garage, had me a bit scared to try going down there. We had no issues, so I only reached out to the owner prior to our stay and he was very helpful and answered right away. We will definitely come back again.

We have stayed at many units around there. My siblings also rented units there during this stay. Everyone agreed that our unit was best of all of them! All the appliances worked well. We had everything we needed. Super clean!
Some notes:
1-There is a hairdryer, so leave yours at home.
2-there are plenty of beach/pool towels -so leave your at home.
3-TV in every room!
4-the beach side bedroom has drapes that block the sun -an envy from my sisters!
5-no beach umbrellas that I found -but my sisters had and we used theirs
6-I think there was only one adult sized beach chair -we really did not need more
7-remember to check your junk mail to get the check in information-I didn’t and I did not know what to do. For some reason, the email went to my junk mail!

The unit was so clean and well kept, and the location is perfect to enjoy the beauty of the beach and ocean. Just a couple suggestions, there were only 2 kids and one adult beach chair. So we had to buy three more. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, cups, plates, and silverware. It could have better supplied with some basics like salt and pepper shakers, tin foil, etc.
Also, one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is not adaquate. However, we have rented in the Shores a number of years and unit 905 was the best one we have rented! 👍😎

The views were awesome. The kitchen was open and had lots of space. They had everything we needed for cooking, even a blender which we used for frozen drinks. The closet was well stocked with bath and beach towels. Master bedroom had a walk in closet with a really nice full length mirror. I guess if there were to be any complaints, I would say the master bed was too high for me lol. I’m short and had to use a chair to climb in it due to bad knees. The owner was super responsive, almost immediately every time I messaged him. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay again in the future.

I can’t say enough about our stay in this condo. It was roomy for 3 adults and a 2 year old. That kitchen is supplied with more then you’ll ever need. Found that you don’t need to pack beach towels they had more then enough. The place was clean and relaxing. I lived on that Balcony. Love the ramp going to the beach, when your planning on staying on the beach we packed the wagon and wheeled it down, no car driving was a plus when you have children running around. Though my granddaughter is only 2, this grandma made special memories on our first beach trip together. I’m planning on booking again for next year.
PS. The dimmer switch to the lights over the table is on the wall by the bathroom, it’s a little side thing you just move up..

The unit was very clean, neat and looks like the pictures. The furniture in the master bedroom is different but looks even nicer. The view and the location are great. There was one very small problem that the owner looked into quickly and he was very nice. I can definitely see coming back here again.

Wonderful place to stay, building is well maintained as well as the grounds. Condo is clean and as advertised. The only thing it needs is some better furniture in the living room, maybe a reclining loveseat? Overall a five star vacation.

Clean condo on the 9th floor with fantastic views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Spacious living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with additional bar seating. It was perfect for our party of four adults and a toddler.

Loved the condo! Amazing views! Fully stocked with everything you need! Owner was very responsive when contacted. Only trouble is parking which is no fault of the condo owner. If you have a smaller vehicle it works great. Hard for large SUV's and Trucks to park. We will love to stay again.

Overall, the condo is on the smaller side, but very comfortable for four people. I enjoyed the great view of the ocean from the living room and balcony, particularly in the afternoons when it’s shady. With the view, just sitting on the couch feels like you’re on the beach.

Great place to stay with the ocean as your backdrop. Open your balcony doors and listen to the waves. My family and I had a great weekend just soaking up the rays, playing in the sand and water on the semi- private beach. Host was very responsive to all of our needs and was very friendly with good advice on local dining. Would definitely recommend for families or a couple just looking to get away.

We literally checked in and started cleaning and washing sheets as the bedding was not clean. Dishwasher was leaking after our first run. Neither bedroom TVS remote worked so we couldn't use those as we discovered no batteries in them. We ended up checking out a day early
