Nestled in Atlanta, this attractive condo for $172 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Apartment in a detached carriage house built to look like the 1920's craftsman-style house it sits behind. It is on a quiet residential street in Midtown Atlanta, only a few walkable blocks from Piedmont Park, dining, and nightlife. Also walkable to MARTA and other public transportation. Parking is available on the 2 intersecting streets out front at no charge. The apartment is open and airy, with a wooden divider between the bedroom and living room. The queen-sized bed looks over a secluded garden that is also part of the property. Wi-Fi is fast, and there is a large TV with digital cable and HBO. The efficiency kitchen, with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, comes equipped with pots, pans, a coffeemaker, plates, glasses, and utensils. Downstairs there is a washer and dryer which you may use at no additional cost; there is also an iron and ironing board. Aside from access to the best part of Atlanta, guest will also have access to a spacious patio with outdoor seating and a firepit. Behind this is a garden with a small semi-private seating area.

My German Shepherd, Bino, and I had a five-star weekend staycation at the property. The carriage house is extremely clean, private, well-kept, lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Super walkable location close to everything and parking wasn't a problem, either. Jesse, the host, was very responsive and helpful as well. It was definitely a treat to stay at this property!

This place is a Midtown gem: immaculately clean, well stocked, comfortably furnished and walking distance to Piedmont Park, Trader Joe’s, Grady High School, to name a few. It is very quiet and private- feels like a cozy treehouse and beats the heck out of a hotel room. Jesse was a gracious and kind host, accommodating me suddenly when I had a death in the family. I will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The carriage house was extremely clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and short Uber to all of the venues we went to for our niece’s wedding. Very comfortable and quiet location. Highly recommend!

We were visiting ATL for the first time. The carriage house was perfect. Cozy, comfortable, great location. We were able to walk for 6 days to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Piedmont park offered trails, food and the beautiful botanical gardens. The beltline led to more places to visit and eat. We walked it to the Jimmy Carter Center. Would definitely visit and stay here again. Thanks Jesse!

Super host and lovely property. We wanted dog friendly and this was just perfect. Gorgeously landscaped patio area for the pups to snuffle around in. Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood so our dogs were mesmerized. Great location to the convention center where the Modern Quilt Guild had a show. Parking on the street but it was right across from the property. Highly recommend.

Great property, tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet so easy to walk anywhere. I parked my car and rarely used it. All the amenities you need, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great stay!

Great neighborhood, was within a reasonable and safe nighttime walking distance to Marta public transport (approx 1/2 mile). Owner was helpful and friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. Home was as advertised.

Came for a 3 day stay in Atl. This carriage house is just perfect. Quite and lovely neighborhood, so close to Piedmont park and easy access to other places in Atl. Also it's close to MARTA. Though the unit is compact, it is very well designed and nice touches throughout, very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and look forward to a return and would very much desire this VRBO. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a great location for a couple who is looking to enjoy sites near the downtown area and to have easy access to the park. It was a very active neighborhood. Parking on the street near the house was fine. Jesse provided a parking permit that was very much appreciated. It was nice to see the improvements that they made to the Park Tavern -- very nice enclosed patio. Enjoyed taking in a soccer game at the air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz stadium. Also enjoyed the "Battery" entertainment area where the Braves play--great place to go even when the Braves are not in town. Food places we enjoy are South City Kitchen Midtown, Fellini's in Buckhead, and Sweetwater Micro Brewery.

This carriage house was just perfect for our weekend getaway! A quick walk to Trader Joe’s and a sweet farmers market on the weekend. It was clean, quiet, with great parking and accessibility. It was very easy to get to the Mercedes’ Benz theatre from the property. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
