Cozy 2 bedroom & loft, 2 bath condo centrally located in the town of Mammoth Lakes, right on the shuttle route. The unit is located in the Sherwin Villas complex. Everything you need is provided for you such as a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable environment to relax in! The condo sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, and the loft has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. The unit has a private wi-fi network for internet access - no need to share bandwidth with other condos! We also provide a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Blue-ray player, and a cozy wood burning stove for additional ambiance. Keywords: Condo

We had the best time staying at this property. It was well stocked, convenient location and very cozy.

The rug was very dirty the tv/dvd playing in bedroom didn’t work. The stairs are dangerous.The upstairs toilet needed to be fixed. But the kitchen table was great and we made it work. The location was great. The owner needs to update the whole place and take down the really weird and scary chandelier. Other than that we had a great time and didn’t really spend much time in the unit.

Cozy condo in the heart of Mammoth. Everything is walkable as far as a multitude of restaurants and stores. Condo was immaculate and check-in/out was super easy. Fireplace was a nice treat at the end of the day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again and again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is so convenient to get anywhere just walk out front and you can catch any bus line.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here for a few days in December just before Christmas. The location can't be beat - a few hundred yards from Vons and across the street from our favorite restaurant, The Warming Hut and easy access to the ski bus with stops right in front of the complex. The condo was clean and had plenty of beds for the 6 of us (our kids brought friends) and there was also plenty of room to hang out in the evenings. Also, the property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend for smaller (8 or fewer) groups.

Very budget friendly. I do recommend that you bring your own blanket. Some of the blankets that are provided are old. and not as soft and fluffy.

First off, Peter, the owner was amazing. His communication, kindness and just overall professionalism was quite refreshing. The place itself is very comfortable for a smaller group. Beds were comfy, heaters worked, he supplied wood for the wood stove, kitchen had tons of cooking equipment, the property sits on the line of the red and green line. Walking distance to Avon’s, a great gear store, coffee shop. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Owner and Love Location
Peter was wonderful--so responsive and helpful. The condo is in a fantastic location--right on shuttle line and across the street from Vons and close to so many restaurants and bars. Super hot water for showers and heaters worked fantastic so nice and warm. Plus, really enjoyed jacuzzi and sauna although jacuzzi could be warmer (but I like it very hot).

Property is in great location. I did not know there was a steep stairway up to second floor but the young people did ok. The fireplace is tricky but plenty of fire wood. Amenities well done. Kitchen well supplied. Close to shopping.

Such a great cozy place! Heaters in every room, fireplace with wood, balcony, two keys and two parking passes, owner let us check in at 12 which was super awesome, he was easy to reach as well, had everything we needed! Overall great experience and will be staying here in the future! Thank you!

Things were a little dated.
Especially the mattresses and the bunk bed. They literally swing left to right every time when someone moving in the bed. Not only dangerous but annoying. And therefore no sleep.

Walking distance to the market, coffee shop and restaurants. Short 3 min drive to the village. Check-in was easy. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you need. Parking is close to the unit.

Only suggestion is to maybe bring a small fan for the upstairs loft if staying during warmer summer days although the downstairs was comfortable with a cross breeze. Would totally stay here again. The condo unit was not clean and we had troubles getting in (the door lock and handle was not cooperating). The TV was confusing to operate with sooo many remotes so my parents couldn't watch tv while the rest of us were out hiking.
The unit owner was good at replying to my texts which was nice.
