Great property, very quiet, wonderful neighborhood, very clean, and well-appointed kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay. Only minus' is all the beds were too soft, seems owner should consider replacing/updating. No closet for handling clothes in the master bedroom. The living room furniture was all set far back from the fireplace and TV. There was plenty of room to move it all forward making it feel more comfortable and enhancing the television viewing. Internet was frequently spotty and very on and off in the afternoons, although this may have been a service provider issue. Should have the service provider look into it. In the mornings and evenings, it always seemed to work fine and with very good speed.

Beuatiful log home in the pines. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed watching the wildlife (Blue jays, chipmunks, etc.) from the back deck and also from the lengthy front deck. Also enjoyed playing a little shuffle board. We especially liked that we were away from the hustle and bustle of the weekend crowds, yet quite close to everything. The home was very well provisioned. The master bedroom bed seemed old and noisy and in need of an upgrade. Will definitely stay here again.

The home is well-appointed and luxurious. It backs up to the national forest and is in a quiet mountainside location near Bear Mountain. The decor is charming and each of us felt very comfortable there.

We spent two weeks at Beary pines. Our Daughter and Granddaughter stayed with us the entire two weeks. Our son-in-Law joined us for the first couple of nights and then the second weekend our son joined us. The cabin’s open living space was spacious and easily accommodated all of us. The kitchen was well appointed, however there was no crock pot. The only negative was that the Master bedroom closet was locked, there was absolutely no place to hang any of our clothes. The other two bet rooms had closets but there was a lot of stuff in them. My suggestion to the owners is to make sure your guests have a place to hang their clothes. Beds were comfortable. The area is very quiet and backs up to the forest.

The property manager was accessible and responsive. The home was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the view into the forest relaxing. We enjoyed watching the squirrels, chipmunks and birds as well as walking among the trees.

The cabin is beautifully done with the forest right out the back door! We really enjoyed being able to take walks whenever we felt like it! Kitchen was well stocked and flows right into a very comfortable family room. Bed was really comfortable too. Quiet neighborhood was just what we were hoping for!
