About this condo rental
Located in Telluride, this attractive condo for $320 per night is a great choice for your next break. Take pleasure in our condo on the banks of the San Miguel River! This unit is located on the third (top) floor which affords views of the San Miguel River, the box canyon, Bear Creek trail, and Telluride ski area. Also, enjoy music events from Town Park. All from the large corner balcony and wall of east-facing windows. Relax in our quiet condo with a queen pillow top bed, leather couch (converts to a queen bed), flat screen televisions, and corner balcony. Skiers/boarders, as well as mountain bikers and hikers have lift access 4 blocks away. Hikers and bikers also have access to trails right from the property. At the end of your busy vacation day, relax in the Muscatel Flats hot tub just steps away from the San Miguel River. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. If you would like to travel to Mountain Village the gondola is a short walk or you may catch the Galloping Goose (free shuttle) that comes by Muscatel Flats frequently. The Galloping Goose will also be happy to take you to other locations in town, as well. This place is immaculate. The Town Park and walking trail is right outside your door. The location is within a few blocks of everything you need. Kristin, the host, was great to deal with as well. Oh did I mention the view? We will be back!

This perfect spot was just the place to take in the amazing views of Telluride. It’s very close to the river, trails and mountain views, and also very accessible to town. Very well set up for a home away from home. We hope to visit again soon.

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect size for an individual or couple. One step away from the walkways, bike path, town park, and beaver ponds. A short drive or a good bike to Bridal Veil Falls. It was great to park our car and be a very short walk to great restaurants, activities, and the gondola to Mountain Village. Inside the apartment, the views up the canyon are spectacular. It is 2nd story, end unit and the best views in the complex. It also offered better privacy than other units because it was an end unit. We enjoyed the hot tub view up to the mountains. We can't wait to return!

This unit has the most amazing views. Also, close walking distance to everything in town, including the Gondola. Check-in process was very smooth and Kristin was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I really can’t say enough positive words about the place. Very comfortable accommodations and great location in town. We had it timed at about 8 minutes to walk to the gondola. Kristin was a great host: accomodated an early check in and assisted with several questions of the area, such as which shuttle was best to take from montrose. We would definitely return and we’ve already begun initial discussions on when that could be.

This condo has the best views of any in-town condo in Telluride. It's on the third floor overlooking Town Park. We usually stay in Mountain Village, but were swayed by the photos that really don't do the views justice. It's a few minutes walk to everything in town. The covered reserved parking under the building made move-in and out super easy - especially with a lot of snow. The owner is very invested in making sure you have a great stay and the condo has everything you'll need to be comfortable. We'll definitely stay again! The only downside was that I was later than normal getting on the slopes because I thoroughly enjoyed taking in those views from the sofa drinking my coffee. Stunning!

Condo was as expected…clean, well stocked with supplies and great location.! Kristin was responsive and checkin was easy. Would stay here again. Only notation is bathroom rug needed to be washed.

Our stay in Kristin's condo was perfect for our wedding weekend! We wanted a space just for the two of us, and it was the ideal home base for our festivities. It was great to be right next to Town Park and a very short walk to our favorite restaurants, trails, shops, and the venue for our welcome party.
It was unseasonably hot the first couple of days we were there (AC is a rarity in Telluride), and Kristin was very accommodating in reimbursing us for an extra box fan for the space. She was quick to respond and very helpful.
One suggestion we have is to address the sticky drawer in the dresser. We like to unpack when we're staying somewhere for more than a night or two, and the middle dresser drawer was super difficult to open. Not a ton of hangers either. It might be time for a new dresser ;) but it wasn't a deal breaker at all.
We loved relaxing on the patio — great views! We also appreciated the full-size kitchen and the easy entry with a digital keypad. It was nice to not have to worry about keeping track of a key! The large sectional was really comfortable as well.

The home is located right on the river trail and we were able to step out the door and walk for miles in every direction. You are also close to many shops and restaurants and the stop for the trolley is right outside the door.

This is located about a 4 block walk to the gondola/ski lift. Not a short walk, but walkable. It is very close to the center of the town and right on the creek and the path along the creek. So, the location is excellent and very convenient. The condo is nice and in good condition. A double bed in the bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. One basic bathroom and a small, but nice kitchen. There's a shared hot tub that is small, but nice and strangely not used much by anyone but us. The owner is very responsive and good communicator. Good place to stay for skiing in Telluride.

This was a very last minute booking and the host was amazingly accommodating. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is great, you could hear the creek outside your window. Views from large patio of the mountains. Easy walk to gondola, many great restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay!

This condo has a fantastic location on the edge of town near the hiking trails and stream. Amazing views! Well furnished and very comfy. We would definitely come back! Kristin was super helpful about local events and very responsive. Loved this place!
