This beautifully decorated condo, features stunning views from the 12th floor of the 'AQUA' blue gulf waters from the private balcony. The condo can accommodate 6 guests and is conveniently located to shopping, resturants and tourist attractions such as Pier Park, Gulf World, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, and Panhandle Helicopter rides. So many things to do within a short walking distance. The gulf front master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors leading to balcony, to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while viewing spectacular sunsets! Master also has a big walk in closet and spacious master bath that includes walk in shower, garden tub and double sinks. There is a queen sleeper sofa and extra bunk room that will sleep 2 more . Hall bath has walk in shower , toilet and single sink. Kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked with everything (dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware) that you will need for a comfortable stay. Dining area seats 4 with 2 extra seats at breakfast bar.

This was the perfect location with wonderful amenities! We arrived to a spotless home decorated beautifully. We loved the view from the balcony, the comfortable bed, and the huge bath tub. It was so nice to have access to the pools, beach chairs, and the hot tub! It’s also in walking distance to so many delicious restaurants & nice shops. Kelly was great at communicating & flexible, which made our stay fantastic! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back again!

Our stay at the Aqua was the best ever!!! Kelly was prompt when replying to questions and let me as soon as the condo was cleaned and ready for us…2 hours early!!🙌 The condo was absolutely beautiful and we will definitely stay again!

This place is so pretty and clean. It’s in the perfect location on the 12th floor. It’s up to date and everything is so beautiful. The master bedroom bed is SO comfy!!! Kelly responded to messages immediately and was so sweet!! We will definitely be staying in this place again and I have recommended this place to lots people already.

The condo is even nicer than in the pictures. It is a wonderful location, updates are great, beds comfortable and plenty of room. Even the view of the beach and pier, including sunsets is perfect. Only recommendation is to bring beach towels with you as none are supplied. But the beach chairs being included is a huge plus! Thank you for a great trip.

We've been coming to PCB the last 5-6 years and we have a new place to stay. Not only was our room clean, it was updated and perfect for our family. We had two other couples down staying at Aqua and our room was the most updated. Kelly answered all my questions and made sure to let us know that we could check in early. She also checked on us and made sure we didn't. Red anything. The location of aqua made most of the things we did walking distance and the kids loved it. Don't miss out on this property - it's wonderful and Kelly is amazing!

My husband and our two young children, ages 6 and 3 rented this condo the week of July 4th. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The primary bedroom had a king bed that was probably the most comfortable bed I've been in on a vacation. Our boys fit well in the small bunk room, and we had plenty of room throughout the entire condo. The view from the spacious balcony was wonderful, and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and made booking very easy. We will definitely try to book this condo again when we're visiting PCB.

Kelly was absolutely amazing! Fantastic views and Aqua is just stunning. Perfect spot for family and if you want to be close to everything, but not too close! We have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend!

The property is just ok. The living room furniture needs updated and is not spacious for a family. The rugs are stained and feel dirty. The fridge needs replaced. The drawers in the fridge are cracked and ready to fall apart with one wrong placement of a jar of mayonnaise..... Honestly, I'm tired of paying the "Aqua price" for such small condos that all need to be updated. After staying there the last several years I'm ready to pay less for a larger condo that needs to be updated...... I'm not seeing the benefit for the higher price here.

Kelly was very responsive to questions and in providing info needed for the condo. Upon entering, the kids were met with their bunks for the trip (very excited and they said very comfortable). A little further in you are hit with the beautiful view from the living room making it hard to really notice the fully stocked kitchen area with appliances, dishes, cups, etc. Master bedroom with STUNNING view, blacony accessible through sliding doors, large attached closet and bathroom with rain shower and separate soaking tub, two sinks and plenty of counter space! Slept like a baby , needed after all day at the water. Lots of things nearby for kids which is how we spent our time away from the beautiful white sand, clear water and fun swimming pools. Thank you so much for allowing guests to book your condo!

Everything was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. Big closet. Iron provided as well as hair dryer. Plenty of dishes and appliances in kitchen for our use. Washer and dryer worked well Bunk beds and 2nd bath were very accommodating for our 2 children. Balcony view (and master bedroom view) stunning. Host was very pleasant to work with. This was our first trip to PCB, we will definitely return and stay here.

The condo was spotless, updated, and exceptionally stocked, beautiful beach decor, outstanding views from balcony! Owner was very sweet & easy to reach -not that we had a need-but she checked on us because bad weather was supposed to be headed our way. Elevators are fast & not scary-normally I walk stairs but not here. Oh & the memory book was so thoughtful & appreciated. We will definitely make this condo our new go to place to stay in PCB. Thank you Kelly for everything!!!!!!!!
