About this condo rental
Situated in Siesta Key, this attractive condo for $271 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our spacious (1400 sq. ft.) luxurious third floor condominium has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated!! This top floor condominium has a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and 18' screened lanai with sliding glass doors. Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's famous white sand Crescent Beach (Picked as America's Best Beach by Dr. Beach) via a private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat in the private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of tennis on the on site courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex. Our unit is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features a Genuine Ekornes Stressless leather recliner and leather sectional with ottoman,plus 50' HD Smart TV, DVR for your viewing enjoyment, DVD/Blue Ray Player, and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, separate dressing area with walk-in closet, and 32' flat-screen cable TV. It also has a new Lenovo Computer for your use, with Frontier hi-speed wireless Router/Modem, plus Hewlett-Packard Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner. WE PROVIDE FREE Frontier Local and Long-Distance calling to US, Canada and Puerto Rico!! The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet, flat screen 19' cable TV, and completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided, and a full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit. Our chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, and provides features which include a built-in glass cook top, built-in oven/microwave, chef’s cutlery, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, and all the cookware and dishes you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Housekeeping is provided at the conclusion of your stay, so you don't have to do any heavy cleaning as your visit is coming to an end. Supplementary housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public transportation is available nearby for more distant exploration. Sarasota has world-renowned shopping, fine dining and cultural attractions, and is located within easy driving distance of the most famous tourist destinations in Florida. This condo is easily the nicest one we have ever rented. The view is amazing- the lanai is large and accessed from both the master and the living room. We watched dolphins and manatees morning and night- and loved watching the boats go by. They have it equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is large and is perfect for cooks! There are so many pots and pans, dishes glassware and flatware- all new and in really excellent condition. It was such a pleasure coming back to this home after a day at the beach. The location is really nice- you can walk to some restaurants or hop on the trolley to go up to the village. The beach is across the street but we also enjoyed going to Turtle Beach as well. Would love to rent again if we go back to Siesta Key!

The online photos are accurate, yet don't fully capture how amazing it is to wake up and eat breakfast as you catch dolphins and various boats just feet away on the intracoastal.
The condo is stocked with amenities! More than any other location. Since we flew in, and couldn't pack much, this was much appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Midnight Cove 11. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way possible, is immaculate and beautifully situated. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We had all we needed for a relaxing holiday We loved sitting on the lanai watching the many boats go by. The lanai is also perfect to view wonderful sunrises.
This is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in.
Thank you Jim and Audrey for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Has everything you need for beach, cart, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. nothing needed to be packed except your clothes. The walk to beach is about 10 mins but the view of the intracoastal makes it worth it. Short walk to fun restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this condo at Midnight Cove 2!

Perfect rental!
This was by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation! We appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for beach time. My girls loved the games and beach toys as well. If you like to cook on vacation (I don’t lol) there’s everything you could possibly need. We loved watching the boats and dolphins from the lanai. The grounds were very well kept with a nice pool and just a short walk to the beach. Also a short walk to Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curt’s and ice cream. The owners were great with communicating everything you need for easy check in and stay- they obviously pride on maintaining a beautiful condo. Loved it!! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful stay at James & Audrey’s property. The property was immaculate and just as advertised. The location was perfect for our needs, short walk to the pool, beach and short drive to the village. We have stayed on Siesta Key many times and this was are most enjoyable stay yet. We highly recommend James and Audrey's property and hope to return in future years.

The owners of this beautiful condo have thought of everything you need to make your trip to Siesta Key a memorable one. You only need to bring your personal belongings (and food should you want to cook at home). From the kitchen that has every gadget you would need to make a gourmet meal, to the wagon you can take to the beach (along with many fun beach chairs!) the owners have everything you would need...including white noise machines (our family can't live without them!) Watching dolphin swim and boats cruise by as you relax on the lanai is paradise! A quick walk to the private beach is a dream come true. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing condo, you will be so glad you did!
