Great place, serene and peaceful. Cell service ot good and wifi not top speed but adequate, and theres a actual landline - havet seen one in years! Thaks!

We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting. The house was even better than the description that had attracted us. Relaxing in the evening and seeing a moose in the yard was a highlight! The hosts thought of everything and respond quickly to any message. A great stay!!

Easy to get to and close to Matanuska glaciers. I would suggest having coffee and creamers to make it more enjoyable for the guests in the morning!

Smaller house but fit our family of 8. Great location for local attractions. House was very clean and well kept in a quiet location. Only complaint would be the fridge is very small. Would stay again

This is a gem! Rustic spacious cabin, great location to glacier hike, and we love the books in the cabin. Hosts provide blackout shades that are helpgul for good rest too!

Everything went very smoothly.

10 minutes from Mantuska Glacier. Saw a moose in backyard. Very spacious with all amenities including much needed washer and dryer. Owners very communicative especially around directions. Plenty of space and full kitchen. Beautiful area.

We loved this place. It was like being at home. Everything we needed was provided. The property had a nice front yard and fire pit and there was a big deck to sit on also. The rooms had sufficient space. The owners communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us use your property.

Whole house sitting on its own property was a delight. Beautiful views and birds all around. Quiet, private and safe.

The cabin is great. We stayed here in hopes to see northern lights and to do a glacier tour. Cabin has everything you need and its a great location.

Small house off the Glenn Highway was the perfect base for a weekend getaway from Anchorage with friends. Two families of three, both with a young teen, stayed for two nights. Nicely stocked kitchen and large dining area made for comfortable dining and evening gathering. Separate bedrooms allowed for privacy and seclusion when desired. There were lots of outdoor activities nearby and we enjoyed bird hunting, berry picking, rock and fossil hounding, and just taking in the breathtaking fall scenery around the Matsu Glacier and surrounding mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying again in the future. The host was informative and responsive and helped us to maximize our experience.

Just rustic enough to invoke feelings of a simpler time in history, but modern enough to be comfortable and convenient. A great place to relax and recharge after several days of traveling.

This is a very nice and cozy place. The owner is nice and considerable. The day we stayed there was very hot. She turned on all the fans before we arrived. We will definitely stay there if I go there next time.

We had an amazing time staying in this cabin! It so cozy and welcoming. Brolene came by to make sure that we had made it ok and we enjoyed chatting with her! Our only regret was not having more time to spend there! Our time there was perfect. Well equipped facilities, comfy bed, wonderful deck with a view, the list could go on! One thing we were sure of was that we want to come back! Thanks for sharing you place!
