Welcome to Links and Logs Chalet, a deluxe cabin experience in Steamboat Springs! This private home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms throughout three spacious floors. Adjacent from the Rollingstone golf course and less than a mile from the Steamboat Resort, you can ski, hike, bike, golf, and more in minutes. Explore the shopping, dining, and nightlife of downtown with a short drive into Downtown Steamboat. Enjoy the private hot tub with mountain views, a one car garage, at this grand cabin in the Rockies. The top level has a large living area with vaulted ceilings, ample comfortable seating, and a gorgeous wood burning fireplace featuring contemporary stonework. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped for preparing gourmet meals and the dining table accommodates the whole family. Large windows allow for natural light and epic mountain views. The luxurious master suite has its own gas fireplace and a spacious bathroom with a large tub to soak in after those long days on the slopes. There is another bedroom on an upper level with its own bathroom. The lower level has two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a family room. There is also a screened-in porch and a separate hot tub deck. Wonderful, comfortable log home for a group or family! My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. It was beautiful and clean. I emailed retreata to get help with some needed repairs like the kitchen faucet was falling off and the hot tub cover was sitting precariously and we didn’t want to be responsible if it fell one story to the ground. Also, we really needed help with wasps on the deck and in hot tub wood. We couldn’t use the deck and one child was stung. We missed sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful view. On checkout I told the agent about needed repairs

Loved the multiple decks and screened in porches. Plenty of comfortable seating. If you need to have some time away from the group, there are options for seclusion, including a hammock. The interior is dated but well done. We would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Everything was wonderful about this place - clean, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic views from a nice deck, great location... really an excellent vacation home. The ONLY thing that could have been improved upon was the beds. On the firm side for sure, and a little "slopey" - we slept with our heads where the feet go so that all the blood wouldn't rush to our eyeballs! They were "fine" and we slept well, and we'd still highly recommend this place unless you are a fussy sleeper.

We had a nice stay at the house in Steamboat. House had plenty of space and was very clean. It does need a bit of TLC in some places but overall a great place and so close to everything. Thanks again!

The house is located in a neighborhood with beautiful views. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms; and a large living room to accommodate several guests. Enjoy your stay. We did.

The house was perfect for our needs. It is in a normal neighborhood, but very quiet and close to everything in the area. Overall, just what we thought we were getting. Very relaxing.

Wonderful location and property. Beautifully decorated and outfitted roomy house within easy driving distance to downtown and nearby locations. Late September stay was gorgeous -- aspens and cottonwoods were amazing! Highly recommended!

This is a lovely property but not quite as advertised. We were happy with all of the room, the decks, the well-equipped kitchen, the wonderful hot tub.
However, the two queen beds were really double beds. The one upstairs was horrible. Our son said that it was like a 17th century mattress stuffed with straw. So their 13 year old slept in it, and they moved downstairs to the twin beds which squeaked every time you turned over.

Extended Ski Weekend Retreat
Spacious home close to slopes and downtown. Spectacular views of the mountain. Shuttle service was easy to use. I would suggest an APP instead of a website, as many times we were on the go and needed to book the shuttle.
Very neat and clean (ceiling fans could use dusting for allergies).
Would highly recommend this home for comfort & location!

Awesome home with plenty of privacy yet great for our large family!
Ski trip perfected with this home. View of ski area, great open space for watching Olympics and dining, privacy in bedrooms yet plenty of gathering space. Loved log details! Dishwasher needs a repair but was workable, some starter firewood should be supplied and 2 new mattresses would make it beyond perfect. Very easy small details to fix. All in all, really loved our stay here! And Retreatia was great to work with. Friendly staff.

Beautiful home with wonderful views
We spent Thanksgiving with our family and had a great time. This home has beautiful views of the mountains/ski slopes. Very open floor plan on main level accommodates a large group. I would definitely rent this one again.

The ONLY home to rent in Steamboat!
We rented both sides of the house and the owners clearly take care of this property. The beds were of a luxury hotel standard. Jacuzzi's nestled in the snow on either side of the home ensured the adults could have alone time away from the teenagers. They kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment to enjoy home cooked meals as well as enough wineglasses to host guests. Stunning views and an efficient shuttle service to the ski slopes and into town ensured a fantastic trip.

Beautiful views and excellent location
The listing description for the location and layout were spot on. This house was terrific for kids with little surprises like wood-carved animal statues throughout the house. The open floor plan kitchen and family room area were great for home cooked meals. BEAUTIFUL views of the mountain and village. Location super convenient for dropping off skiers, hitting the grocery store at night, and a short drive into town. Only tricky thing was that the driveway was a challenge for even our most expert drivers to get in and out of. Would definitely go back!

Great place for family vacation
Links and Logs was the perfect Thanksgiving retreat for our extended family. Between the stocked kitchen, the cozy environment, and the outdoor space, it was perfect. We would definitely look to stay there again. We opted for the shuttle service which was a perfect way to hit the slopes or go to dinner. Thank You!

Great Ski Vacation Home
Thank you for making our ski trip and stay at Steamboat very enjoyable. The house was exactly as described and in a great location with awesome views. We had six of us on a guys ski trip and we were very comfortable the whole time. Michael and his team do a great job taking care of everything we needed and were always available, helpful, and friendly.
We would stay here again both winter or summer. Great job Retreatia team!

Great Vacation Home
Just back from a wonderful 6 days at Links and Logs and the home was very nice. We felt like we were borrowing my brother's house rather than renting from people we didn't know.
4 of us for the first three days, then comfortably slept 12 for the next three days. Everything we could have wanted for the week was right there. Amazing sunsets from the deck on one side, beautiful sunrise on the other.
The rental agent was also super nice and easy to work with.

Our Amazing Ski Trip
We rented this home for our ski trip this year and we had an outstanding time. We reserved the private shuttle and what a treat we had. They took us skiing, shopping, even dining in downtown. Nobody drove anywhere in the snowy conditions- great skiing, but driving...another story. The home was beautiful, you can tell that it was well-maintained right away. The hot tub was great addition, we used it a lot, the kids had their own area downstairs, they played lots of games that were already in the home. The adults were hanging out in the main living area, the views of the valley were spectacular! What a great home overall! Enjoyed every minute!
