About this condo rental
Nestled in Panama City Beach, this attractive condo for $372 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Celadon 306! The 3rd floor is a perfect floor for you! Great view of the beach from the balcony and ocean and you can easily take the staircase down if preferred. It is only 1 flight down to the 2nd floor walkover to the garage. We pay for beach service for 2 (2 loungers on the beach and an umbrella) from March 1st to October 31st...that would normally cost you around $40 + a day! Please note that there must be a responsible party who is 25 years of age or older to rent our condo. I will need an emailed or text copy of the primary renter's driver's license after booking. Celadon does not allow smoking OR vaping, even on the balcony...they are very strict about this rule. There is a designated smoking area outside. No guest pets are allowed. You will love that there is no check in when you arrive; we will text you a code for keyless entry. Wifi, Celadon amenities, and beach access are all included in the price quoted. There is a $45 parking fee per space per 30 days that is paid directly to Celadon Beach. Please ask about other types of special vehicle parking. My photos were taken by me; no touch-ups or professional photography. Our condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bunk beds in the hallway, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Up to 4 adults can stay, 6 total people are allowed per fire code. The bunk beds are for kids only. This is a clean condo. All floors are tiled, so no stale or dirty carpet smells! There is a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where sunrises and sunsets can be your very own private shows every morning and every evening. Dolphins and other sea life can be seen from the balcony, also. Condo amenities include smart TVs, DVD players, cable TV, Internet, WiFi connection, 2 pools (1 indoor/outdoor and heated during colder months), a fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, charcoal grills, and covered parking. There is a washer and dryer and a full service kitchen that includes utensils, dinnerware, cookware, and a dual coffee pot/K-cup maker. The beaches of Panama City Beach are some of the most beautiful in the world with white sand and emerald water. This condo is right on the beach so there will be no waiting to cross the street...hit G for ground floor on the elevator and there you are! During the warmer months there are on-site rentals for jet skis, banana boating, deep sea fishing, and more. Tons of shopping, restaurants, golfing, sky wheel rides, kids' activities, and a cinema are about 2 miles away at Pier Park. Across from Pier Park is a fishing pier that stretches into the Gulf...very pretty! Frank Brown Park is 3 miles away, Camp Helen is 6 miles away, 30A is 6 miles away, and so much more! (See my photos for some activities.) This is a family-friendly resort; great night life is a short distance, toward the east end of the beach. Celadon is on the quieter, west end of the beach at 17757 Front Beach Road. We know you will love our place! We look forward to booking your vacation! NOTE: Please be aware that when double red flags are flying, there is a great risk of rip currents. Research how to save yourself from rip currents prior to your stay. Double red flags mean you must stay out of the water because there is significant danger to you or your family. Naturally, children are more easily swept out. Because there is a significant risk of drowning and risk to first responders as well, you can be arrested for not obeying this law. Stay in tune to weather conditions. Severe weather/thunderstorms can pop up suddenly in PCB. Our condo has several brochures out for you to review flag meanings and saving yourself from rip currents as well as the Leave No Trace & Sea Turtle Nesting ordinances.

The property is very well kept. Checking in was flawless…you already have codes and information in rental agreement. The owner is exceptional in communicating and asking if we needed anything. Definitely worth staying at this location for the view from the balcony. The pool and access to the beach were easily accessible. Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Appliances all up to date. The bed very comfortable. Very little wait time for elevator if any on most days. We had a great experience!

We were looking for a nice and quiet vacation to the beach and our stay here exceeded our expectations! It’s close to all kinds of great restaurants and activities while staying out of the hustle and bustle of PCB. The condo was very clean and the ocean view was beautiful and perfect for watching for dolphins. Karen was so kind and accessible. She provided info and insight for preparing for our trip that was greatly appreciated. We would love to come back some day!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described. The breathtaking ocean view was beautiful and it was located on a more quiet area of PCB away from all the noisy chaos of the other end of the beach. The owners literally left no stone unturned. Every single thing we needed was there! From bedding to kitchen utensils to basic household supplies, they had it ALL! That really makes for an even better experience! The bedding was comfortable and it felt like there was so much room for us all. There were 4 of us so having the hallway bunks really gave us the extra space for the kids to have their own area too. We never felt cramped. There is plenty of seating for us all and then some. Karen always responded to any questions or concerns within minutes and was SO very pleasant to rent from. We were VERY lucky to somehow cross paths with the perfect hosts for our vacation! We would highly recommend them again! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo! It was a great first experience in PCB! 💛

Second time staying at this condo and we loved it again! Clean, great communication with owner and lots of helpful info sent about the condo and surrounding area. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful beach and not too crowded. Balcony view is wonderful and can see the sunsets. Two pool options including one that is heated. We had a great time getting to stay here!

Family and I rented over spring break and the property was perfect. Even with the weather being a little chilly, the property and location were a delight. View from the balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets.

We rented from Karen. She was a lovely hostess, very easy to work with. The condo looks just as pictured, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Karen provides many little extras to make your stay more comfortable. She checked on us before we checked in and before departure. She also provided a lot of info on the area. I felt very comfortable in my correspondence with her. Celadon is in a great area and is well maintained. I highly recommend Karen and the Celadon property.

Beautiful, clean & great location!
The condo is really nice inside, beautiful beach view from balcony and so clean! Also more spacious than even the pictures show. Easy access to stairs or elevator. Having a parking garage was a nice plus. We went during college spring break time but no issues and not crowded beach. Quiet beach area but still close to so many places to eat, groceries & activities. Owner went out of her way to provide us with details about the condo & surrounding area. She also checked in when we arrived to make sure everything was taken care of. Communication was easy & so helpful! We had such a great experience and hope to stay here again in the future!!

Relaxing vacay
We wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation on the beach and this condo delivered! I had my coffee every morning on the patio and watched the dolphins. There was only one day all week that we didn't see them! Condo was clean and up to date and only steps from the beach! Karen was wonderful and made the whole process a breeze. We will definitely be back!

This was a super clean property ! The manager Karen was a joy to work with ! The view is spectacular ! My mom was with me and my daughters and due to neuropathy and arthritis she is unable to walk very far at all. Nice Getaway
My husband and I wanted to take a babymoon, and this place definitely did not disappoint! Karen was attentive the entire time and never skipped a beat. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived, and I loved being on the 3rd floor (although we didn't have any trouble dealing with the elevators). The walk to the beach was effortless. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect for a small family!
This property was great for our family of 3. Check-in couldn’t have been any easier than having a door code. It’s was clean and neat upon arrival. Our 3 year old loved the bunk beds and the Master bedroom had an unbelievably comfortable bed with its own bathroom. The beach was absolutely beautiful and already having 2 chairs and an umbrella reserved was so convenient! The communication with the owner was very informative and helpful. We would absolutely book this condo again!

We recently spent a week in this property. The condo is immaculate. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, as well as kitchen appliances and adequate cookware. Although we did not use. The elevator is right next door; no issues with noise/traffic. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The king size bed was very comfortable in the master. Bunks were perfect for the kids. Two full bathrooms were convenient with a family of 5.
Two chairs/umbrella complimentary-FCFS on location. Karen was very helpful and stayed in touch with us prior to and during arrival. There was a scheduled maintenance with the elevator and she text letting us know in advance. I would definitely rent from her again. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to vacation in this property.
