The location was great. Condo could use some updating. The TV in the first bedroom didn't work. Would have been nice to know dually trucks aren't allowed.

The property is nice and clean with ocean view. It decorated simply with good taste. The balcony has a day bed that’s nice. The only thing was when we checked in, a small shelf on the wall in the living room coming off the wall. A small statue broken on the floor.

The property was really nice place. Only thing i got to complain on was i wish we didnt have a storm coming in the week we went. Other then the storm i would definitely enjoy booking here again. I gave a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 because of the sand on the floor. Its exceptable because we were right on the beach and it so hard keeping sand out even after we swept every other day. Overall i give a 6 out of a 5 rating. Oh also your bed was so nice and comfortable. Usually the beds in at least hotels are hard and uncomfortable. Very nice place. P.s. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A NICE PLACE AND STAY.

This condo was great. It was clean and spacious. Everything looked just like the pictures showed. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We saw dolphins and stingrays almost daily! The host was very responsive if I messaged her. The location is about a 8 minute drive to the pier. It wasn’t in the heart of Panama City beach but we were totally fine with that. We don’t like big crowds so it worked perfect for us. You are literally steps from the beach. It was such a great week for my family. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 5th year in Panama and by far this was our best stay. Everything from the description to the owner was spot on. The views especially from the balcony and the less crowded location made this the perfect rental. The owner was very responsive to any thing needed and kept in contact before arrival and after departure with all needed information. We felt welcomed and had everything we needed in the condo including 2 free chair rentals on the beach along with 4 other beach chairs provided in the condo for our use. We will definitely stay agin and make this our yearly vacation rental destination. Don’t pass on this one you will regret it!

The views were amazing! One thing I would recommend is adding fans out on the balcony because being up so high you don’t get much of a breeze and it was extremely hot when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy much time on the balcony. Other than that everything was good!

We had a great vacation. Loved the view, the patio was amazing with lots of seating and large table. The king beds were nice and comfy too. The parking garage is a huge plus. We didnt bring beach chairs because we didnt have room to bring them and they had advertised there would be some in the unit in addition to the beach service. When we arrived there was only 1 chair. I notified the host so that we wouldnt be held responsible for the missing chairs. She ordered 4 new chairs and had them shipped to the condo for us to use during our stay. She didnt have to do that but went above and beyond to ensure we had everything to make our atay as pleasant as possible. We love the area and condo. Cant wait to come back again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our week so much the property was very nice and had the most amazing views. This space was a great size for 4 people everyone had privacy the air conditioner works extremely well the shower was awesome and most of all the host was very accommodating and pleasurable to deal with. We absolutely cannot wait until next time.

Very nice property. Very roomy and a wonderful king size bed. It was extremely comfortable. Exceptional views of the Gulf! Great access to the balcony and it had terrific seating and a huge table. It also had a nice lounger. The kitchen is very roomy and easy to cook in with multiple people. Large bar to sit at and enjoy breakfast or lunch. Big washer and dryer to do large loads of laundry. Easy access to get into room. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to answer any and all questions we had. The only suggestion I would offer.. is a couple soft chairs in the living room for someone who has back and leg issues like I do. The decor/furniture is beautiful/tastefully done..but was difficult for me to get comfortable. Other than that, it was absolutely perfection! Highly recommend this condo!!

The place was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays, and sharks from the balcony. We brought binoculars which made it amazing! The condo was beautiful and well maintained!Thank you for the use of the lounge chairs and umbrella at the beach. Also the accessories for beach in the condo were a plus ( cooler, noodle, and washer and dryer).We will definitely be back SAME place SAME time. The only complaint we have is : That we couldn’t take that beautiful view back with us. THANK YOU for sharing your condo and making it a perfect place for memories!

The view and location were great. There were multiple lights not working in the unit. The dishwasher was very difficult to latch and start. Beds were comfortable. Towels had stains on them. No kitchen towels. Shower curtains had mold on them. Sink in master leaked. The beach service was nice. There was a lot of kitchen items which was nice but no pizza cutter.

The stay was wonderful. Any questions were promptly answered by the homeowner themselves, not going through a pesky third party. The place was wonderful and the condo was clean and the furnishings were perfect. Having a 3D television was a little extra and was neat to watch after a day on the beach. They offered a small library for a more quiet time if needed. The only sad part was we were so busy we never took the time to enjoy the daybed on the balcony. By the end of the stay, the host were more like newly acquired friends. Not only helpful with answers, truly cared not only about our stay but our well being. You will not find a more homey feel and caring people no matter how hard you look. Leaving was the hardest part.

My friends and I stayed here for Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. We LOVED the giant balcony and took lots of naps on the day bed. Sowmya was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again!! The hot tub and beach service is also amazing.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay on the beach. This was our third time staying in Sowmya's condo and it was clean, neat and welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed the swivel balcony chairs for watching dolphins, rays and sea birds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. At this time of year, we could turn off the air conditioning and open the balcony door for the sounds and cool of the ocean at night. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

The room was good in all areas except for the living room furniture it stunk, very uncomfortable, I would be embarrassed to say that the furniture was appropriate. The floors were dirty. Walls had scuff marks throughout and the comforters had lipstick all over it so we had to wash them to use. But besides that everything else was good. The parking was a nightmare. I think the owners should visit and see their condo, so they can see how they are being maintained because the cleaning service needs improvement

This property was an excellent place to spend some time away from daily stress. Our unit was large, clean, and well equipped for any family to stay. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The view from the 17th floor was amazing! The location was perfect. Far enough from the attractions to not be crowded but close enough to get to the attractions in a short amount of time. This will be one of our top destinations in the future.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was great just as listed. Only thing that we did not get to enjoy was the hot tub due to no children allowed, we have 2 small children so hot tub was not an option. Everything else was great. Loved the view from the 17th floor.

We come to PCB annually to get away and see family in the area. This was by far the best trip as it was our first 4th of July week there. The condo was very clean and had a lot of upgrades. The daybed was amazing to take naps on and the table was great for eating dinner with the kids. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and as shown in the listing. The owner messaged us when the condo was ready early which was SO thoughtful. She is a great communicator and replies so fast. We will definitely come back to the property in the future.

My family and I stayed here for a week long getaway. The view was breathtaking and the condo was clean and very beautifully decorated. Definitely looking forward to going back next year. It was a pleasure being able to enjoy our morning coffee out on the beautiful balcony just relaxing listening to the sounds of the waves. we enjoyed being able to BBQ down in the 1st floor. Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

We had a wonder week long stay in Panama City Beach. The view from the balcony was awesome and the weather was great this time of year. The only weird thing was the parking garage....I've never seen one squeezed in like that!! Condo was fine, could have used more kitchen cookware, glasses & utensils.
