The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar. We just spent 5 nights here and we had a great time! My husband, myself and our 3 kids (4, 10, and 11) stayed in the condo. The location is awesome, super close to restaurants and the pier. Check in and check out process was super easy. The kids loved the pool and so did I! The pool goes from 3 ft to 7 ft. We also spent a day at the public pool off the pier which was a lot of fun. We ended up having some car issues and asked Fritz if we could extend our stay by a night. Fritz was very responsive and let us extend the stay which we are very appreciative of. Also, the kitchen had the supplies we needed to cook meals at home and we used the laundry machine to clean some clothes as well! Overall a great time in St Simons!

No fault of owner but a dog with non stop barking was on one side and on the other someone coughing. With very thin walls the TV was set to loud! Water pressure for toilets and shower very low. Proximity to everything was good. Queen mattress made it hard to sleep. Not a place for large people.

This condo is in the perfect location for everything! It's walking distance to the beach and to the cute little downtown area. The host was easy to communicate with, and he fixed a slight problem for us (a clogged drain in the bathroom) in record-breaking time! We would rent this space again! The only thing we would suggest is that the kitchen be a little more stocked. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee, not too many dish towels, and the water/ice maker on the frig did not work.

Location, location, location. We played golf at Sea Island every day of our stay and it was just 6 minutes away. Downtown St. Simons was only 3-4 minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as advertised.

Located off of Mallary St., the condo is an easy drive to downtown restaurants for breakfast/dinner and also a quick drive to the beach. Condo was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet, so you can sleep with the windows open.

Location was convenient to downtown restaurants and the shuttles for RSM. Check-in was VERY easy and communication was excellent! Property was just what we expected from pictures and description.

This property was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants or the pier area. We biked to breakfast one morning- there are sidewalks but it does tend to be busy with traffic once you get nearer to shops, so it was a little tricky for my 4 year old, but fine for everyone else. It was a short drive to the beach where there was plenty of parking. There is a big playground just a few minutes away. The unit had everything we needed for our short stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here in St. Simones Island and this rental was perfect. Charming place within walking distance to downtown. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels/extra bedding, & the kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect location for being close to Brunswick to see friends as well as to attend the RSM Classic! We enjoyed eating at Fiddler's, Barbara Jean's and Palmer's Village Cafe. Would highly recommend staying at this charming condo!
