There was cock roaches in the room we were in and we had to be moved to another room also the people that was above us kept us almost all night with stomping and banging against the floor.

They waited for us as a very late check in

Well before check out a house keeper was attempting Access to the room, I got the room on discount and for the value honestly it was still too much money, the microwave stopped working while using and had to go to office area for help. They I feel should have offered some form of discount to travelers like my family we were literally only there for a few hours

The television in my room was much larger than I expected or normally see in a motel.

The exterior of the motel could use a fresh paint job.

Value is good for the accommodations they provide.

I find wrappers (trash) in the night stand drawers. Cleaning staff should really take more time to check these things.

Very dirty and poorly maintained! Would have cancelled my reservation had it not been 2am.

Right off the interstate but not a good place to stay.

The place was dirty and the minor cosmetic updates do not cover up the glaring issue with conditions. If it hadn’t been 2am I would have gotten my money back and left.

Floors it level, bathroom walls and ceiling showed water stains and mold, air freshy in the heater was offensive, Door to room did not seal from the elements. Lack of pillowy for a comfortable night's sleep. No access to the 50 cent coffee machine in the morning. In fact,. No access to the lobby in the morning. Entrance drive was partially blocked with debris. I regret the decision to stay there.

Disappointing

The bed was really comfortable and roomy. It was peaceful and quiet.

The room could have been cleaner especially the carpet. The bathroom was very small. The commode seemed extremely low. I had a hard time getting up and down.
