This location cannot be beat. For us it was perfect because I don't like to stay in the most touristy area. This was still close to everything and a relatively touristy spot, but just on the opposite side of the Ponte Vecchio from the main part of the city. It is tucked into a small piazza with great restaurants and shops around it. It is a quick walk to the street markets on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio. The suite is very large and spacious for 4 people and has a cool old world vibe. The were some minor issues/inconveniences, but overall it's a great spot. They did not give us instructions on how to turn on the hot water (which is a panel by the back door downstairs) or the air conditioning (we figured both out eventually). The shower is kind of awful lol but we managed (it is an elevated tub with half a shower curtain and water goes everywhere). A tall person would struggle in here. There were thin linens on the beds and we did not find any thicker blankets. I will say, I got confused and did not pay my balance on time so they almost canceled my reservation, but were so accommodating when I apologized and paid. The staff was friendly! Overall it is a great spot for a good price, but the bedding/shower was not the best.

Overall we did enjoy our stay, but there were a few issues. Mainly the full bathroom - it was absolutely terrible. TONS of mold, ceiling falling down and the shower curtain smelled of urine. Because of this we would not stay at this property again. Other issues were we had no water for about a day, and was only after I reached out and maintenance came over did they say "oh yeah, no one in this area has water". I would have fully expected that information to be communicated once the issue arose. Other small issue was the furniture...it seemed to be shredding and there were white pieces of fabric constantly coming off. The washing machine was also VERY difficult to use. I had to find a manual online as there were no directions left at the property. Even then, it barely seemed to do what I thought the settings told me to do. Would have been nice to have instructions noted by the property manager or owner.
However the place was clean (with the exception of the bathroom), large, and the location was very good. The area was quiet and walking distance to pretty much everything you'd want to do in Florence.

Overall this was a great location for visiting Florence. There was mold in the shower area and the ceiling was low over the shower. We loved our stay and it met all of our needs. The building itself is not very insulated (as expected for an older building) and not that much privacy for one bedroom. For our group, this was fine and we had an excellent vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

It's located in an amazing spot and pretty spacious. Unfortunately bathroom requires some updating and rooms could be a bit cleaner

Nice old place w charm. Location was good for walking the town. Clothes washer needs to be clean...smells of mold and mildew. Had to rewash clothes in sink multiple times to remove odor

Upon arrival Niccolo was great and stayed in contact with us as we were dealing with a lost luggage situation. The location of the apartment couldn’t be better, within easy walking distance to everything in Florence. The internet speed was excellent as well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed even though we didn’t cook during this stay. I would love to return and stay again in the future!
We struggled with the clothes washer, so some recommended settings in English would be helpful.
Great stay!

This apartment is architecturally beautiful with vaulted ceilings and beautiful brick and wood floors. It was pleasant but a bit cavernous feeling. The location was excellent.
The biggest issues were that the internet disconnected constantly in the bedrooms and only worked well near the front of the apartment in the common rooms and the bath situation was odd.
For two friends it was a good place, however the only full bathroom is an en-suite in one of the 2 bedrooms and a thin connecting door between the bedrooms…so very little privacy.
The bath had 2 sinks but only a tub (no separate shower) that was difficult to get in and out of. It had a mounted hand-held sprayer and a very low ceiling (6 feet?) The tub had a seat but felt unclean due to mold around the caulk. It did not have proper shower curtains to prevent water from going everywhere. Overall we had a pleasant stay but it wouldn’t work unless you are very close friends who don’t need privacy.

A bit difficult to find and nearby parking is very expensive. Other than the noise from outside and the hallway of the building, the place was great. Much enjoyed. Could use a coffee maker.

This is one of the rare places where pictures and reviews do not do it justice. It is such a lovely apartment. We would stay here every time we come back to the city.

We stayed as a group of 4 adults and one toddler. The location is great with easy access to Ponte Vecchio and all the sites of Florence. Also easy walking distance to less crowded areas of Florence such as San Spirito. The ground floor location was ideal for moving luggage and for coming and going with the baby stroller. The property manager provided a lovely Ikea high chair for our meals in the highly functional kitchen. Communication, check in and check out was easy and effective.

Out of the four apartments we rented on our trip to Italy, this was by far the best one. The location, amenities, communication, and apartment itself was incredible. Andrea was most communicative out of all our hosts. We'd definitely rent this unit again if we visit Florence again.

It has potential...
This accommodation could be a really great one, but there are some issues, that sadly spoil it all. Many things are quite dirty and used, unfunctional, unpractical. It`s a pitty. Don`t expect a high standard, expect a stylish vintage apartment with all the problems of an old flat that isn`t well maintained. And the list of amenities doesn`t match reality in some cases. It is obvious that this apartment needs much more care to feel comfortable during your stay. I mean things like dishwasher tabs, functional air conditioning, no big spider webs (including spiders), no mold, clean bed linens...

It’s a nice place located very close to PonteVecchio. It has a lot of room and closets. Large kitchen and eating area. Because it is on the first Floor (ground floor) it tends to be dark. The place will improve a lot if more electrical lights are added to every room. Cleanliness was fair.
