Situated in Florence, this charming condo for $472 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located on the second floor of a historic building between the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce, in a typical and lively district, this spacious, bright and stylish apartment sleeps up to seven people. Recently renovated with great attention to detail has been furnished combining antique and modern furnishings. Natural light permeates every room thanks to high ceilings, large windows and light wooden floors. The apartment is located in the historic city center, a short walk from the main monuments and museums, in a lively and typical area, full of restaurants, cafes, markets, theaters and shopping: a perfect location to discover the hidden beauties of Florence. Upon entering the apartment, we find a very bright entrance with a single sofa bed, chest and paintings from the ancient taste. The large living area features a sofa bed and a sofa, plus a flat screen TV. To the right, a corridor leads to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe Florentine Renaissance style. The two bathrooms have a bath and the other a walk-in shower. At the end of the corridor is the spacious dining room with a large table for six people and a comfortable belief. The kitchen is very spacious and bright, modern style, fully equipped with everything that might serve to cook and feel at home: from the oven to the dishwasher, the cookware in the microwave, from filter coffee machine to the kettle. The best way to get around is on foot. In a few minutes you reach the Duomo to continue up to the old bridge and cross the Arno to Piazza Pitti. The central station of SMN is about 15/20 minutes on foot, a pleasant walk through the historic center passing from the Piazza del Duomo. Many bike rental points are nearby. Access to public services, electric buses that run through the old town and other buses that connect the center with other neighboring areas, are located within 100 meters. Taxis come to call in a few minutes from the house. The detailed information will be provided at the time of your arrival. .

Wonderful stay and great location; only minor concern was that the property was not available at check-in time (2pm) and when still being cleaned when we arrived at 3pm

My family and I stayed here for a week on vacation and the location in relation to the sites was so perfect. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants in all directions. The apartment itself was very clean and had a great layout. It seems like there was a club on the same street, however, and there was lots of loud partying on the street below our windows at night, so earplugs and white noise is a must to drown it out. Heads up that when you arrive, the host will ask for photos of your passports and ~€150 cash for Florence taxes and apparently to comply with some police mandate. We were exhausted after arriving from our long flight, so we just complied, but it was a little uncomfortable and seemed strange/sketchy to handle money outside of the app. In all, the host was quick in responding in the app, the apartment was nice, the location was nice, but there was a lot of noise at night, and some sketchy interactions once there.

This place looks exactly like the photos. It is clean, big and is in the perfect location. 5 min walk to the Duomo! The only thing I would say is that the beds are pretty hard but since you are walking so much all day that doesn't matter too much. I would book this place again for sure!

Very enjoyable flat in a great location of the city. Easy walking to all the city center attractions. Very close to some really good restaurants. Short walk to groceries. Super comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit!!

To All Perspectives Guests, Writing as an annual 40-year visitor to Florence, I can truly say that number 13 Via Pandolfini is situated in an ideal location in the immediate heart of the city, yet in a wonderful working class neighborhood with all the flavor that provides. The apartment itself is magnificent! It is large, highly livable, well decorated and incredibly well equipped. We could not think of anything we would add. Choosing an apartment abroad is always a challenging endeavor. Renting number 13, is by far, one’s best solution! La Famiglia Sottile

We loved everything about this apartment! It was ridiculously hot and even without a/c, we were happy. There were fans and a breeze at night. It is a little on the loud side, but it didn’t bother us. When the windows are closed, it’s not an issue. A lovely apartment in a perfect area!

The location can’t be beat. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. Our party enjoyed a wonderful stay there. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because it was noisy because of the World Cup.

Our family of five spent five great days here. The apartment is bright, airy and well-appointed. With two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus a sofa bed, we had plenty of room. The location is great for sight seeing and there is a quaint piazza steps away that has multiple great places to eat and drink. It can be a bit loud as it's a popular area but the windows are very high quality so they block out any noise when closed and an efficient fan is provided for each room so it doesn't get stuffy. Overall, a great location!
