Florence Peretola international airport (FLO) is 20 minutes away by taxi or coach and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just a 30 meters. Taxi Station is a 20 meters; Shuttle to/from Pisa Airport (PSA) is a 30 meters. Just renovated, the apartment offers all the comforts like a light airy living room with comfortable sofa and sofa-double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a King-sized bed with spacious balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds, large storage / wardrobe area and two bathrooms, both with shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric owen, dish washer machine, stove with four gas burners, toaster, electric kettle, american and espresso mocha coffee. Other services: TV, air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating system. Towels and bed lines provided. This Apartment is in a fantastic location directly opposite the train station (can’t hear any trains!). Exceptionally clean, fully equipped and very secure. Alberto was great host who met us at checkin. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay in Alberto's apartment immensely. It was spacious, lightfilled, very comfortable and warm (winter time).
The kitchen was well appointed to enable home style meals.
Its location made for relatively easy walking to the major sights of Florence.

This apartment is across the street from the train station. It is such a great location if taking the train in or out of the city. Florence is very walkable and we were able to get everywhere we wanted within 30 min walk. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and fit my family of 5 well. I read other people say not to stay by the train station but always felt safe. It was always crowded with people even at night . I can’t stress how easy it is to get off the train with your luggage and only have to walk across the street. We enjoyed our time in Florence and would stay here again if we came back.

Alberto is the perfect host. Very easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment. Very helpful. The apartment was so spacious and modern with everything you need even Netflix, washing machine and clothes horse. Great getting off the train and not having to go far with our luggage. The only negative was the noise at night of trains and people, but ok if you are not a light sleeper. The lift was great with all our luggage and good secure building. Could walk to most tourist spots. Loved our stay here.

Just cross the street of train station, and on the other side of train station is bus station. Convenient for taking day trips by train or bus to nearby Siena, Piza, Milan, Venice. Florence train station area is safe and nice, just about 10 minutes walk to Dumo.
Host is very helpful. We arrive early, around noon time. Host is waiting for us already, and we did early check-in.

Alberto is a wonderful host who goes out of his way to make his guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is comfortable, furnished to a high standard and so centrally located that you can reach all the main sights on foot in just a few minutes. And although the area is very busy, you can enjoy peace and relaxation in the flat itself: The windows close very well! We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful city and can only recommend the accommodation.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, well appointed and maintained, safe, and had all the amenities you need for a vacation. It was also ideally located, a 2 min walk from the airport tram and within a 5-20 min walk of Florence's major attractions like the Duomo, Ufizi and Ponte Vecchio. Literally hundreds of restaurants and cafes close by.
Our host Alberto was fantastic. He met us at the door, walked us through the apartment and provided us with great restaurant and tour recommendations. He even came by late at night when we had an issue with one of the keys.
Highly recommended this spot if you're staying in Florence!

The apartment is very close to the central train station, however, there was very little city noise, which was a very nice surprise. The apartment is beautiful and spacious for two couples.
The apartment building had character! The huge doors and tiny elevator...it was fun! The host welcomed us at the apartment and offered many great suggestions--attractions, restaurants, museums--for Florence.
The location was awesome. We walked everywhere--day and night.We hired a driver for a day to visit a winery in the Chianti region. We visited Sienna and San Gimignano too. Easy location for day trips.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay at this most beautiful apartment in central Florence. The location is perfect with the main train station literally across the road and many of the famous plazas just minutes away within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is so comfortable and decorated to a very high standard. Our hosts, Alberto and his wife , are extremely helpful both before you arrive with offers to help with any tours or other plans you may wish to make and they both met us on our arrival to show us all the facilities within their property. A huge plus is that there is great air conditioning is all rooms which was essential with the heat wave over recent weeks and despite the very central location the double glazed windows mean that there is almost no traffic or other noise in the apartment. So we cannot recommend this property enough to any couples or families would want to treat themselves.

The beds are comfy, the air conditioning worked very well, and the apartment was even larger than we expected. The location was within just a few minutes walk of great restaurants and fun sites to see. The apartment had everything we needed and even more.

Alberto is a wonderful host. The apartment is very clean and spacious and situated in the perfect location for exploring Florence. In the middle of literally everything
While only in Firenze for a few days this time we never felt rushed or like we were cramming in what we absolutely wanted to see, thanks to the outstanding location, comfort and hospitality shown us by Alberto. The location simply could not be better, less than a half mile from everything on our list for this trip and a slice of the Duomo in view from the rear balcony, you are literally in the middle of all the history, art and architecture this city has to offer. Our host was proactive in communicating, extremely helpful with suggestions and patient as we worked our way into the city. The apartment is extremely comfortable, but also impeccably decorated with art to enjoy on the walls and even art inspired pieces (a toaster that could be in a kuseum of modern art), as well as great views of the main station and (did I mention?) the Duomo. Will be returning to Firenza AND will DEFINITELY be trying to rebook with Alberto for a more extended stay next time.

Great location and wonderful apartment
The apartment was directly across the street from the Santa Maria Novella train station and a short walk to the Duomo and other Florence attractions. Alberto was a gracious host who responded to our requests immediately. I appreciated his assistance in some of our logistical issues. The apartment is exactly as shown, updated and very clean. Everything needed during our stay was included in the apartment. After long days of sightseeing it was a very comfortable place to unwind and recharge.

Alberto’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5 adults! The location couldn’t be better if you are traveling by train. Alberto met us and made check in extremely easy. Can't say enough great things about this apartment. Alberto was a great host. Literally across the street from the SMN train station. Perfect location for reaching all the highlights. Very clean and updated. Building with elevator and very secure. Felt safe. Beds very comfortable. Nice showers. Highly recommended.
