This outstanding home is just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Relax on the deck and enjoy breathtaking views of Twin Sisters, Estes Cone and the famous Longs Peak. Don't expect to enjoy the views alone - deer, elk and a variety of birds frequently visit. If you are feeling more active, walk out through the backyard and pick up the Prospect Mountain hiking trail to enjoy a 360 degree view of Estes Park, RMNP and the Continental Divide. The 4 bedroom, 5 beds, 3 bath home includes a spacious open living, dining and full kitchen , outdoor grill area. Don't worry about going over your checked bag allowance because the home has a laundry room with washer and dryer. Direct TV, wireless internet service are also included with your rental. Our house is almost 8000ft above the sea level, in a peaceful stargazing community without light pollution. In a dark night you can see million of stars, and amazing Milky Way in our front porch and out side of the house, that usually make all photographers and space lovers exciting! Summer might be the most popular time to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, but all four seasons have something special to offer. Summer opens up the whole park for hiking, driving over Trail Ridge Road, or fly-fishing. Fall is a photographer's heaven with the spectacular autumn colors and the elk bugling all through the park and downtown. Winter opens up a new playground, with snowshoeing (my favour), cross / back country skiing, access to the Eldora ski area. More and more people avoiding heavy traffic on I-70 and heading to Estes Park for winter activities instead. When you aren't exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, the town of Estes Park is just 3 miles away. Enjoy shopping, restaurants and bars. Most weekends, you can head down to Bond Park to enjoy one of the many festivals. Visit the Stanley Hotel to see for yourself the inspiration for The Shining, or head to the hotel's whiskey bar to sample one of the best selections of whiskey in Colorado. This house is family-friendly, pack n play, high chair and booster seats are available for your family. Please note that I only accept reservations for a maximum of 8 guests. This is such a nice place - it was perfect for my family of 6! Close to town , close toRNMP, yet so quiet! The community is a star gazing community so it was so pretty at night too .
She had so many little extras - made it such a nice stay !!
Oh ! And we had snow - they have a snow removal service so you don’t have to worry !!!

The location itself is very close to the estes park entrance. The basement of the house is creepy. Very accessible to downtown area where food and shops are located.

Loved staying here!! We also had our 9 month old daughter with us and they had a high chair and pack and play she could use which was amazing!! Great location, and very clean! Definitely would stay here again!

House was perfect for our family. Having coffee on that porch with the grand view of the Rockies was fantastic. It was our first stay in Estes Park; we will certainly be back.

House was centrally located to many attractions. Kitchen was well supplied for ease of cooking. Jeannie was quick to respond to questions we had. Lots of wildlife visited the yard. All in all…was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation!!

We stayed in Estes Park to participate in the Longs Peak Scottish Festival. Having a "home" to return to at night was fantastic. This home had everything you might have forgotten. We had family/friends join us from Georgia and Massachusetts and everyone had positive comments about the property. Thank you Jeanne.

We were so blessed to be able to stay in this wonderful, spacious, cozy home for two nights with our extended family and two small children - we had everything we needed, and more, for a memorable vacation in such a special location.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in your VRBO home. The kitchen was well stocked, including spices and basic staples that are handy to avoid buying more than needed. The porch had a gate, which was good for containing a three-year old. The basement bedroom was surprisingly cold for July, but comfortable with the space heater. We appreciated how close we were to Rocky Mountain National Park and the amenities in Estes Park. Yet the location was far enough away that it was peaceful at night. A great family vacation.

We stayed for one night in Estes Park after hiking at RMNP. This house was perfect, it was close to the park and to town. The kitchen was very well stocked and there are so many rooms. It was perfect for our stay.

This home was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational family’s visit to Rocky Mt National Park. We wished we could stay longer. We were on a long road trip to national parks and stayed in several homes and this was our favorite! Comfortable beds, well- stocked kitchen, and wonderful location. Highly recommend!!

We came to Estes Park for a wedding and this house was just what we needed. Exactly as described and the pictures don't really do it justice. The view from the front deck blew me away. It's in a very quiet neighborhood that is secluded but close enough to downtown. The house was clean and comfortable, really have no complaints at all. Jeannie was very quick to respond to any questions we had before checking in. If we ever come to Estes Park again I will be booking this house again.

This home was perfect for our girl's trip. Lovely view, super clean and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed.
We did find two glasses that were chipped and threw them out, we broke one glass. The oven took a VERY long time in cooking our two meals. There are burnt out bulbs in the family room, kitchen, in the double bed room upstairs, and downstairs bathroom. Thank you for giving us a fabulous weekend away with the girls!

This stay is officially becoming our Estes Park destination. Jeannie, the host, was very responsive, kind, and accommodating.
The rooms were very cleaned. We’re a hospitality-driven family and can say the cleaning standards were very impressive and detailed.
There were also a ton amenities and nice small-wares from serving vessels to the glasses. The towels are hotel quality and also very clean. You’ll have a beautiful view staying here, and a comfortable stay.

House was just as advertised. Kitchen was completely stocked and unfortunately we didn't even use it. We ended up going out to eat. The bedrooms were all clean and spacious. We highly recommend this house.

My husband and I planned a vacation with our son, daughter, son in law and grandson and I chose this home based on the good reviews and location. The reviews were spot on as the host was always quick to respond and the home was perfect for our family. The house is very comfortable and kitchen well stocked for cooking.The location was great to get into Estes Park and to Rocky Mountain National Park. And, we had deer in our yard daily. I would definitely recommend staying here and if ever we return we'd plan to stay again.

Beautiful house. Fantastic view of mountains. Quiet, Super stocked cupboards so we had everything we needed. Layout of house was great because it made every bedroom and bathroom quite private. One of our favorite houses ever to rent.

Very clean and well supplied home within minutes from everything. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the great views and wildlife. There was a family of deer that were a joy to watch. We also saw Elk. Jeannie was fantastic and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
