About this house rental
Nestled in Estes Park, this attractive house for $764 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. License #6003 Our 'JVRSpa River Cabin' is on 450' of the beautiful Fall River. Riverfront Hot Tub, Mountain Views, Fish in the River, Lounge on Patio, Steam Shower, Wildlife - Moose, Elk, Fox, Coyote, Wild Turkeys, Bears & Big Horn Sheep have been seen at our home. 2 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park & downtown Estes. Bike path into Rocky Mountain National Park just across the road. Wonderfully furnished, three bedroom (with 3 King beds), two bath, single level, remodeled cabin on the Fall River in Estes Park, less than 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Our 'JVRSpa River Cabin' is laid out so there is separation when desired - two bedrooms and the living room on one end of the house and the family room, kitchen and third bedroom on the other end of the cabin. There is 450' of river frontage to enjoy and explore with the closest neighbors being the condos across the river so our cabin is not secluded or remote. Grill on the patio or take an afternoon nap in the lounge chairs by the river while enjoying the splendor of the Rocky Mountain National Park views. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river after an amazing day of hiking, fishing, horseback riding or snow shoeing. Due to the new ordinance banning solid fuel fires for Short Term Rentals, we have installed a gas fire pit. Cozy up in front of the fireplace with a good book and a cup of tea or glass of wine. Enjoy the Elk walking up the river, or the Moose grazing in the grass or Wild Turkeys strutting in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar counter area for enjoying a cup of coffee while reading the paper or a glass of wine while conversing with the chef. Regular Coffee Pot, Keurig pod type coffee maker, Blender, Slow Cooker, Microwave, Four Slice Wide Toaster, Mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, Corning Bake Ware, Nordic Ware cookie sheets, Wine Glasses, Spices and more complete the fully equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients. The family/great room overlooks the river with a sliding glass door to the patio and has a Fireplace, a TV, leather sectional and leather rocker/recliner. The dining area overlooks the river and the table accommodates up to 8 people. The living room has a big screen TV, DVD, sofa, a leather reclining chair with a separate footrest and a desk. There is a door to the living room that can be closed to separate it from the kitchen and the rest of the house so that someone may work in there or the kids may watch their favorite movie. Great for vacationing, distance learning and working. 1 Gig WiFi. The 'Bears by the River' Master bedroom has original log siding, a sliding glass door to the river (less than 15' away), an ensuite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a King bed and TV. The 'Gone Fishing' bedroom has a King Bed, a set of bunk beds and a TV. The 'Wolf Harmony' bedroom has a King Bed (which may be converted into two single beds) and a TV. The second bathroom has a steam shower with a tub. (ahhhhh, quiet relaxation). A 'pack and play' style crib, a card table, games, books and puzzles, massage table are all included. The patio has furniture for taking in the beautiful Rocky Mountain sky, the big pine trees, the mountains; relax for hours enjoying the sight and sounds of the river. Enjoy the rainbow trout you caught in the river with veggies on the grill. We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of the property between stays based on information from the CDC. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during this period as the full time is needed by the cleaners. There are exterior security cameras. All this and more makes for a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation at our 'Spa River Cabin' to enjoy with your family and friends. No Smoking, Please. Sorry, Absolutely No Pets (owners are very allergic). The place is more beautiful in person. It had everything we needed in every room and space in the house. The backyard area with the river is very nice. The host where responsible and diligent. Thank you.

Loved the ameneties!

Nice maintained home. Well stocked with kitchen items.
The hot tub had too much chlorine chemicals in it. 2 out of 4 of the group got out due to the strong smell of chemicals. All after showering could still smell the chlorine on our skin.

We had a bigger party, but due to illness it ended up just being me and my partner. It had everything we needed and more! So nice to hear the river outside the master bedroom's door and we made a lot of use out of the kitchen and hot tub. It's a bit of a drive from downtown, but nothing too far and it encouraged us to make meals in the cabin instead of going out, which was nice.
Easy check in and check out process too!

Great experience, definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Just myself and wife but master bedroom mattress was very comfortable (and we're picky). Loved the electric fireplace in main living room, couch was okay (like more support) there are condos right across creek so not private if that is what you're looking for. We saw some Elk near the cabin like 50 yds away. Didn't use hot tub but looked nice and clean.

The cabin is perfectly located close to the national park and just enough out of downtown (5min drive) Estes that you have no noise. The hot tub and fire pit are located right behind the house next to the babbling brook is fantastic! We will be coming back if they’ll have us. Absolutely perfect for a family and friends!

Traveled with family to visit RMNP. Great location for us—just enough out of Estes Park to be a little quieter, and very close to the Fall River entrance. House was clean, well maintained, and well stocked (for cooking, etc.). Host instructions detailed, easy to follow. If we return to Estes, would stay here again!

Very nice property, accurately described and great location. There seemed to be a lot of additional, not significant, but still present, rules with the rental. All was enjoyable.

My brother, sister-in-law, husband and myself stayed at the cabin. The cabin is right on the river and not far from Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. We had 2 good nights there. We saw lots of Elk which was really cool.

Absolutely Breathtaking great accommodations failed to list located less than 1 mile to entrance of RMNP ❤️🥰

Great location right along the creek with nice outdoor patio seating and a hot tub. Inside it’s musty smelling when you enter. The master is nice and faces the creek, the bathroom isn’t great. The shower door wouldn’t close properly, the toilet is tiny and the top of the mirror was about mid-chin and I’m 5’5”. The other bedroom with a large bed and bunk bed is almost unusable. There’s barely room to walk around the beds. The 2nd bathroom’s door wouldn’t latch properly and we were unable to close it. Kitchen and both seating areas are nice with comfortable furniture. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some things could have been better.

Beautiful home and property. If you need to recharge and relax this lovely home is next to a river with several species of birds flying and the Elk stopped by for a snack on the abundant wildflowers. We will definately be back!
The house is fully equipped with anything you might need and the owner checks in to ensure your stay is all you dreamed of. Highly recommend this home for your next getaway!

It's a nice & clean home and had everything you need. The steam shower was amazing and would like to install one at home. Just know that it is not private, the owner states this in their description however it is not pictured, across the stream is condo/apartments and most people do not read the fine print-like me....

The best part for us was the location, the house was very near RMNP and Estes Park.
We enjoyed the proximity of the river, we enjoyed birdwatching. It was a relaxing family gateway, for us, our teens, and my elderly parents.
The house was clean and cozy.

The place was close to RMNP for when we went into the park early in the morning to hike. It was also close to the shops and entertainment in Estes Park. The creek going right by was awesome and so relaxing to listen to the water. We loved the fire pit and hot tub! It also had enough space for our family of 6 to spread out while we were there. We would definitely go back!

The home was clean and beautiful, had everything you could need in house, and the property was just breathtaking! Unfortunately it was super cold and raining so we didn't get to spend much time out there, but the location is perfect! The house is very close to literally everything - but please note - and maybe this isn't all year long, - but if you plan on doing anything after 7-8pm, Estes Park is basically shut down. Restaurants, most bars, shops everything. Just found that a little odd, but we made due.
As far as the issue people have with the condo's... yes, they are there, across the river. I see how the photo makes it appear you are in the middle of nowhere, but it didn't affect my opinion of the property any. I guess it just depends how secluded you really want to be.
Jane has rules. I mean if it were my property I would do the same! I did not find them over the top, it was basically what I would typically do when leaving a rental property, and as a hot tub owner, I know the struggle in keeping those balanced and clean!
She checked in on us a few times just to see if we had any questions and making sure we we were enjoying our stay.
Thanks Jane - It was a great stay and we are already planning a trip back in warmer weather!

Really enjoyed this cabin off the beaten path, close to Rocky Mountain National Park and outside of town, just what we were looking for. Great house, plenty of space, picture perfect outdoor space.

The house was very clean and well stocked but check out rules where too demanding this was a family vacation and the rules for checkout was to wash all towels and sheets before leaving and empty out all trash cans. When you have to catch a flight out of Denver early this is very stressful and hard. The outside of this property was also very unkempt and the back porch was filthy. The photos were also very deceiving and did not show the condos being right across from the house and blocking off all the views .

It was a beautiful area tucked in the mountains with great amenities

I loved staying at this cabin it was soo beautiful it was to die for I wanted to stay and never leave 😂 This is definitely worth the money they accommodate you with everything you could possibly think of they have a whole cabinet of spices even so you can cook whatever you want and just bring the groceries everything else you could possibly need is available , literally everything you could think of they got it here for u & it made things that much easier to relax and take it all in they even put 3 different types of coffee, teas , hot cocoa etc. 😊 The hot tub and steam room/shower was awesome, the view of everything on the Fall river sitting outside in the morning while drinking a nice fresh cup of coffee in the morning was too die for I wanted that moment to never end. Out of all the cabins I've rented out in Estes Park this has to be the best of them all ! The interior decoration was even better then the photos once I arrived in person , everything felt so cozy and peaceful , it was clean, organized and stunning all around this was probably the best time I've had in a looong time it was sooo worth it and me and my husband can't stop talking about how we want to come back again already, we are definitely booking this a few more times for this summer 🌞 I absolutely LOVED the cabin and will be coming back again to visit many more times to come to make more awesome memories 😊
