The home is amazing! Our kids loved the toys, the fun bunk room, pool table and fusbal table. Not much yard, but we enjoyed the grill on the back porch. The large dining table accommodated all 13 of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with more matching dining sets and pots and pans than we needed. We will be back!

We couldn’t have found a better house for our multi generation family reunion. The young ones took over the basement level with its hidden bedroom and game tables. The adults enjoyed the comfort of the main seating areas. And Kristen was very responsive to our every need.

What a wonderful property. BUT, be warned, there is a lot of steps to negotiate to get into the house. The driveway also is a bit of an adventure to get up and down. Once inside it is simply amazing. Plenty of common gathering space plus nice size bedrooms should you need some alone time. Kitchen is completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Great neighborhood location only a short drive to I-25 and all the retail or restaurants you could want. We highly recommend this property to all who are capable of negotiating stairs.

All three of our adult children and their families met at this house! some of the cousins hadn't seen each other in 2 years - so lots of talk and laughter! It was a great location - the driveway was a little steep but since we could park in the garage - it all worked. Enjoyed it!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to get together with family. The large table was such a perfect setting for gathering together as a family. The towels are luxurious and there was plenty of them for our group. We were beyond belief in how well equipped it was for infants! We used the two strollers in the garage for our outings. Definitely ask before you pack! The kitchen was well equipped for prepping meals. The property management was very accommodating. Five stars for their hospitality! Amenities were close as well. Our family truly enjoyed every moment here!

We enjoyed this home during our family reunion and birthday celebration. The home is spacious and contains lots of toys for children and items needed when away from your home. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our Colorado Christmas! There was 14 of us staying in the house and we never felt crowded. The teens loved having the whole lower part of the house to themselves with a pool table, huge tv and foosball table. With 3 upper rooms having king beds & 1 queen, the adults were very comfortable. This house was very clean, well stocked, well taken care of, and even decorated for Christmas for us. The location is quiet, centrally located, and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment within 2-5 miles. Communication with the property manger always was smooth with fast replies. As others have stated there are a lot of stairs and they are steep, as is the driveway. Just something to be aware of. We have no complaints about the home and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a great area of CS.

Communication from Kristen, the property manager was wonderful. She texted before, during and after the trip to update us. There were 14 of us. 4 kids and 10 adults. We had plenty of room and space to have quiet time to ourselves or be together. The grandkids loved playing in the snow and sledding in the extra lot. The hole is well equipped with everything we needed. It is on the corner of a busy road so there is road notice but not inside. It is in a great location. We didn’t get to play pool much because it was downstairs with the kids room but the kids room is a great space and they loved that it was hidden. The stairs from the main floor to the 3rd floor bedrooms were pretty creaky. We had to stay off of them when the kids were going to bed. Overall we love the house and would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the property and all of the amenities. Communication was great but we had no issues. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed many activities in the area. Back up cameras really help getting down the driveway.

We were in Colorado Springs for our sons wedding and the House was spacious, clean and perfect for our large group. The location was just about the best we could have asked for - centralized to everything we wanted to do. The only thing I would say is that there are a lot of steps both outside and inside and multiple levels in the house, so a little tougher for the grandparents to navigate but they did fine - just had to be cautious!

This lovely home worked out great for our large family that had traveled out of state for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and game table. And the pictures don’t do justice to the open flow of this home. A few chalkenges were dealing with the steep driveway and even steeper front entry stairs ( so we figured out it was easier to come in through the garage .)

This place was perfect for our family for parents weekend at USAFA. It definitely had plenty of space, and a great location. The owner is super nice and very easy to get a hold of. We will stay here again for sure.

This property suited our family perfectly! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of games, and an extremely well stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. There were even some odds and ends in the pantry. The location was ideal for all the activities and site seeing we wanted to do. The property manager was very receptive to any communications. I would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone with a large group get together.

Amazing family vacation!
Thank you so much for your hospitality! The property was everything we had hoped for and so much more. We traveled to Colorado Springs with family including 6 adults and 7 children ranging in ages of 8-14. Kristin was so great to work with!
The kids absolutely loved the basement, bunk room, all the games and huge tv for winding down with a movie at night.
The adults loved the spacious deck to enjoy the beautiful Colorado evenings! The fire table was the perfect touch to relax after an exciting day!
After traveling 13+ hours we all loved how conveniently located this home was to so many amazing places! We loved that it was close to town but felt so secluded! We were able to watch mule deer right outside! We brought baseball bat, gloves and ball to play a game at the nearby baseball field within walking distance too!
We spent time at Air Force Academy, watched parachuters land at the air field, visited Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Royal Gorge and Pikes Peak via the Cog Railway. Went whitewater rafting with Arkansas River Tours and zip lining with Adventures Out West. We also visited Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Helen Hunt Falls and Rampart Reservoir.
Looking forward to our next visit and would absolutely stay at this property again!

Easy to check in and helpful communication with property manager. Large house offering many sleeping options and at least three distinct gathering areas for larger or multi-generational families. Loved the spare parking lot on the north side of the house. And the DEER roaming the yard was a special treat.

Kristy was very promptly responsive to the few questions we had. Supplies for the house were abundant. The vacation was great and the home made it all come together being the perfect nucleus from which to venture out, come back, relax and regroup for the next day’s adventure.

Loved our stay at this location! However the stairs were a little overwhelming on the first day but you get used to them quickly. This home was large enough for 4 families to stay and not kill each other. lol We're hoping to return next year.

House was spacious and worked well for our family, which consisted of 3 separate families for a total of 12. House was basically 2 levels. The beds were comfortable and having 5 bedrooms with kings was a plus. Nice deck area but a small treed outdoor space, which disappointed the kids. There were deer on the property daily which the kids really liked. Property was convenient to all the attractions we visited and grocery shopping was within a reasonable distance.

Family Week in Colorado Springs
This is the best equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in! When we looked for something, it was there, even for our 9 month old grandson. The home is very spacious, with plenty of room and separate spaces for all 13 of us, with kids ranging from 9 months to 16. It's in a quiet family neighborhood with other homes near by, but feels very secluded since it's tucked away on a hillside. We enjoyed the frequent deer wandering through the yard!
The property manager is fabulous! I heard from her about a week prior to our arrival, separately from the automated vrbo notifications. She quickly responded to a few advance questions we had. During our visit, a toilet handle broke and a handyman was sent to repair it, it even the toilet was still operable.
I highly recommend this home for a large group! It's has easy access to the Air Force Academy and is very close to the interstate for all of the Colorado Springs attractions!

Perfect Location
Spacious, well stocked, and had plenty of room for the twelve of us! The secret room was a big success! All of the young adults now want to design a "secret room" in their future houses. The only negative was that the house was hard to regulate the whole house temperature. The upstairs was warm to hot, the middle, where the thermostat was, was fine and the lower level game room was an ice box. But we adjusted and had a blast! Thanks
